I have added 2081 to my wallet from my credit card but when I am contacting help it's show amount has been added to your wallet but there is no money added to the wallet .No one is attending the call in customer care tried many times .kindly help me to make my refund amount.Mobile application is also not working properly worst response kindly give me a better solution

I have done recharge of Rs.100 through mobikwik for my UTS account through BHIM ID. Balance got deducted but recharge still not done. If i do not have any response sure i will lodge consumer affairs complaint on court

    I'm being notified of a otp very frequently stating some amount transaction is being pending. I am not a user of mobikwik.
    How come i am receiving the otp's when i am not using mobiwik from any device? This is a big issue in your system and is very irritating.

    Please delete all my details from your database as i will never use this ever.

    Also, look in future that this is not repeated again.

      This is gowtham seeda, on 08/01/2019 there was a unauthorized transaction happened in my mobikwik wallet. I have not done any kind of transaction as such. I have loaded money from credit card to transfer money to my bank account, unfortunately some unauthorized transaction happened as below. I have given complaint to mobikwik, but none of them till now no response. After i sent an email to fraud alerts email as per their procedure, they sent me a questionnaire and i replied back after that i didn’t have any update. Atleast mobikwik is doing investigation or not?

      After this fraud i have seen my transactions and i found almost everyday there was a fraud transaction tried on my mobikwik, as i don’t have balance those transactions failed. Unfortunately on 8th i have balance and it got deducted. I need mobikwik to dig in and investigate and respond me asap. Atleast i am expecting a call from your team to get an update. Because i tired of calling mobikwik customer care, it never connects to an agent.

      I just got an email from this fraudsters(mobikwik) saying there is no responsibility of mobikwik with this transaction. They have sent me as below

      “ Upon conclusion of the investigation and based on its results we wish to inform you that we are unable to bear any liability for the consequences in any and all such events where Your Personal Information has been willingly or inadvertently shared by You with any third party and thus are unable to accept any liability for any alleged misuse which you have highlighted in your recent communication. You would agree that this high level of protection can only be effective if you follow certain security practices yourself. You must never share your MobiKwik Account or Login details (but not limited to Password, Email Address etc.) with anyone.”

      My questions to mobikwik -

      Do you have any proof that I have shared my information to third party?

      Do they have any information about transaction from which location it is happened?

      From which third party application/system did this?

      Technically speaking, mobikwik account will be logged in with OTP, also for any transaction to complete it requires OTP, if I willingly shared to any one, they must be doing this transaction normally, which means I should get an OTP. In that case show me the details of OTP When it was generated?

            I made a bsnl prepaid data recharge of ₹551 via bsnl mobikwik app on 9th january'2020 with txn ref i'd: - mbk[protected] and order id :-59ba5cf92c028 which failed. I tried to repeat my recharge after waiting for 5 minutes but again the recharge failed.in my bsnl mobikwik account wallet showed ₹ 0 as balance but in the history section ₹-551is shown with the above order i'd. ₹551 got deducted from my bank account but no refund received yet.. Please help...

            As soon as I loaded my mobikwik wallet with 5000 I forced for logout and since 4 days I am not able to login it shows account disable . I am sending 20 mails a day but mobikwik account is full of mails and there customer care number is not working toll free number transferring calls to person since 1 hours 15 minutes then cut off .

              I am receiving otp to my number without requesting for opening account in mobikwik. I would like to make a complain on this

              “your mobikwik one time password (Otp) is *. Don't share it with anyone. We don't call/email you to verify otp. Otp is valid for 15 mins.”

              After few hours i received one more otp, saying

              * is the otp to complete your mobikwik wallet txn for amount rs. 500 at 11wickets. Happy shopping!

              Please let me know if there is any fake account creation going on with my number. I tried to call customer care but no response from mobikwik.

Then i was approach mobikwik customer care through help sec on 08 jan two time ticket raised but not resolution received even cc contact no not pickup from 08 jan to till date. Please support for foreclosure of boost loan of dmi fin through mobikwik. An early action requested.

                  I have made transaction of 4500 to my bank account from my credit card 4683 rupees deducted but still not credited to bank account and more over i have done previously also but never faced such issues. It's been 3 days by today.in help section only says me to select the issue but no response. Shall i raise a complaint against mobiquik? Or will you people provide me money?
                  Option is yours.

                          Since I did not receive any credit in my account with Adani Gas, I have raised a query yesterday as mentioned below:

                          Since I did not receive any response, today morning I called them on the following number which someone lifted but after asking to press 1, 2, 3 and so on, and after I did so as per their instruction, nobody responded from their side and I lost a good amount of time and money in calling them from my mobile.

                          I have enquired with Adani Gas but they say no amount has been credited to my account yet.

                                  -no availability of online chat help option like other app
                                  -not respond fast as other app do
                                  -high rate of transaction failure least customer satisfaction compared other app phonepe, paytm, Google pay, amazonpay where my transaction never failed 800-900 total transaction.

                                    I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place on 31st Dec 2019.
                                    using my Brother-in-Law debit card. He got a call from the number [protected].
                                    The person claimed that he was calling from CRPF for some hotel order and, He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As my brother-in-law does not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, He was easily duped, and gave off the debit card number. As soon as the call was over, he got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of Rs 90000(Several Transaction) was made from her card towards Mobikwik.com. he was quick enough to get the card blocked and also filed an FIR with the local police. I have sent a mail to the backend department of mobikwik.com which handles all fraud complaints ([protected]@mobikwik.com), but haven't received a reply yet. I have also filed a cyber complaint so that it could be tracked early and hopefully the transaction could be aborted at an earlier stage. However, I haven't received any response yet from any of the sources. Could anyone suggest a better approach which will help me in getting back my money?

                                      I have added 4000 in my mobiqwik wallet and want to transfer it in my bank account but it says kyc needs to be updated.

                                      Fisrtly, online aadhar verification is not working as it says the aadhar is already linked with other account but its not.

                                      I visited the kyc center that is around 4 km from my place twice, when the retailer tried to put my number for getting otp it says maximum no of otp sent for the day.

                                      I have visited that center and the other one around but i am getting the same error and unable to upgrade my account.

                                      Mobikwik customer support is also mot answering any calls.

                                      Please look into it and help me getting my money back.
