I transfered 11, 031.53 (10, 600 + 431.53 including processing fess) from my mobikwik wallet to my linked bank account on 22nd of january 2020 but wallet money is not credited to my linked bank account. I raised a complaint at mobikwik help centre in mobikwik application they said in case ur transfer is unsuccessful your money will be refunded back your wallet but still now money is not refunded back. (Complaint ticket no. #[protected] i found other people also posting complaint like this ^their money is deducted from wallet but not credited with their bank account.^ i am using mobikwik since 1 year but never happened like this. I dont know why this much bad happened with me and other users.in case anytime transfer got failed they will give instant refund but now our hard earned money is stucked with them. We are transfering our hard earn money from wallet to bank transfer feature by paying 4.07 % processing fees for our urgent work and our money is stucked like this with them. This is very disappointing. "mobikwik is the most trustworthy & useful application for our bill payments, recharges, money transfer, investments and for so many other features like supercash, discounts many more benefits, schemes, unique offers etc etc they provide to us but if things like this happen our trust will broke." expecting refund soon & good service in future. Thankyou.

      Hi,

      I tried to transfer amount of 10000 with including transfer charges 10424.8 rs
      Through mobikwik app on jan-21-2020 but amount got deducted from my mobikwik wallet but the amount not credited into bank account which i was added.

      I has raised support ticket for to refund amount but i did not received money and even i did not get notifications status on my issue ticket from mobikwik team

      My ticket number : 13586483

      I tried to contact customer contact so many times but it is connected.

      I was held up to reach mobikiwik team

      Please any one can help how can do the action on this...??

        An amount of rs.49980/- was made fraud through my debit card against txn. #242169 to mobikwik. I enquire immediately from bank and for stop the payment process. And i also contact the cyber crime br. Sector 36, noida and also file a complaint with police and fir no. 1032 dt[protected]. Cyber crime br. On inquiry from mobikwik, they reply that amount withhold and given a charge back id no.[protected] through which they have refunded the amount. But till date i. E. Today i have not received any amount in my account. I have also file a complaint in rbi complaint no. [protected] dated[protected].

          22.01.2020, i received a call from +91 [protected] at 16.26 pm. Told me that calling from shine.com and have vacancy and asked me to register and pay a fee of rs.10/- (Rupees ten only). As per her instruction i have started filling the registration details at the site. The site was showing only rs.10/- for payment. So i have made the payment from my credit card, with otp received from bank. For some time the site was not confirming the payment and she was asking me to re do the payment.

          Below message from bank
          Your bank credit card xxx has been used for a transaction of inr 10, 000.00 on january 22, 2020; 16:38:47. Info: mobikwik \.

          Against rs.10/- approved i got message from bank that rs.10, 000/- debited on the card. Request not to settle this.

          Before this call i have got call from following numbers also.

            amount deducted, but mobile recharge not done

            Recharged the mobile data on[protected] through mobikwik app with 399/-pack (Airtel to the mobile number: [protected]) amount deducted in my sbi account, but recharge was not done in [protected].

            Mobikwik Wallet App's MaxGetMore is still disabled by Mobikwik We are not able to get benefits of MaxGetMore or Max_Get_More into Mobikwik App since last two years. I think Mobikwik's Customer Care Team's Representatives are also continuously ignoring or avoiding My Queries or Tickets regarding MaxGetMore or Max_Get_More related Queries since MaxGetMore was disabled by the Mobikwik. As everyone can see in Screenshot uploaded by me.

                I have made a payment of 4260rs to wificash app through mobikwik. The amount got deducted from my bank account but it is not received by the merchant. The merchant is making me pay huge penalty for delayed payment but mobikwik is not responding to any calls.
                The transaction details from my bank statement are as below

After transferring almost around 20000 my account has disabled. Now i have almost 23735 to my mobikwik wallet. I need my amount so badly.
                    It is so illegal that whenever they want they blocked user. Please unblock my account as soon as possible.

                      On december 31st i transfered my money from wallet to bank the money deducted but i didn't receive the money yet. Then i comained on their application they took 7-8 days for a reply and they said that my problem got solved bui i didn't received the money then again i registered a complaint on their application but it's been 10 days but i didn't receive any reply.                         I am sai vinay i have done a transition on 12 jan 2020 at 1:30 and that transaction was amazon gift card purchase of 1300 and the amount was deducted from by bank was 1243.04 by the deduction of 56.96 of mobikwik super cash and have gave complaint to mobikwik customer care but they have said please wait for 24 hours your money will be credited but until now i cannot get my money and today was 15th jan 2020 please refund my amount as soon as possible and the order id:59becb6a08cb2.

                            I'm being notified of a otp very frequently stating some amount transaction is being pending. I am not a user of mobikwik.
                            How come i am receiving the otp's when i am not using mobiwik from any device? This is a big issue in your system and is very irritating.

                            Please delete all my details from your database as i will never use this ever.

                            Also, look in future that this is not repeated again.

                              This is gowtham seeda, on 08/01/2019 there was a unauthorized transaction happened in my mobikwik wallet. I have not done any kind of transaction as such. I have loaded money from credit card to transfer money to my bank account, unfortunately some unauthorized transaction happened as below. I have given complaint to mobikwik, but none of them till now no response. After i sent an email to fraud alerts email as per their procedure, they sent me a questionnaire and i replied back after that i didn’t have any update. Atleast mobikwik is doing investigation or not?

                              After this fraud i have seen my transactions and i found almost everyday there was a fraud transaction tried on my mobikwik, as i don’t have balance those transactions failed. Unfortunately on 8th i have balance and it got deducted. I need mobikwik to dig in and investigate and respond me asap. Atleast i am expecting a call from your team to get an update. Because i tired of calling mobikwik customer care, it never connects to an agent.

                              I just got an email from this fraudsters(mobikwik) saying there is no responsibility of mobikwik with this transaction. They have sent me as below

                              “ Upon conclusion of the investigation and based on its results we wish to inform you that we are unable to bear any liability for the consequences in any and all such events where Your Personal Information has been willingly or inadvertently shared by You with any third party and thus are unable to accept any liability for any alleged misuse which you have highlighted in your recent communication. You would agree that this high level of protection can only be effective if you follow certain security practices yourself. You must never share your MobiKwik Account or Login details (but not limited to Password, Email Address etc.) with anyone.”

                              My questions to mobikwik -

                              Do you have any proof that I have shared my information to third party?

                              Do they have any information about transaction from which location it is happened?

                              From which third party application/system did this?

                              Technically speaking, mobikwik account will be logged in with OTP, also for any transaction to complete it requires OTP, if I willingly shared to any one, they must be doing this transaction normally, which means I should get an OTP. In that case show me the details of OTP When it was generated?

                                    I made a bsnl prepaid data recharge of ₹551 via bsnl mobikwik app on 9th january'2020 with txn ref i'd: - mbk[protected] and order id :-59ba5cf92c028 which failed. I tried to repeat my recharge after waiting for 5 minutes but again the recharge failed.in my bsnl mobikwik account wallet showed ₹ 0 as balance but in the history section ₹-551is shown with the above order i'd. ₹551 got deducted from my bank account but no refund received yet.. Please help...

                                    As soon as I loaded my mobikwik wallet with 5000 I forced for logout and since 4 days I am not able to login it shows account disable . I am sending 20 mails a day but mobikwik account is full of mails and there customer care number is not working toll free number transferring calls to person since 1 hours 15 minutes then cut off .

                                      I am receiving otp to my number without requesting for opening account in mobikwik. I would like to make a complain on this

                                      “your mobikwik one time password (Otp) is *. Don't share it with anyone. We don't call/email you to verify otp. Otp is valid for 15 mins.”

                                      After few hours i received one more otp, saying

                                      * is the otp to complete your mobikwik wallet txn for amount rs. 500 at 11wickets. Happy shopping!

                                      Please let me know if there is any fake account creation going on with my number. I tried to call customer care but no response from mobikwik.
