My last transaction of 17-sep-2019 rupees 17018 rs, i use mobikwik upi to bank account of canara bank is showing successfully done but today the account holder is very tensed that money is not reached to his account. When i checked into my mobikwik history it's not showing invoice summary. If mobikwik is not transferred money to account then refund my money. I also tried to contact mobikwik customer care on no. [protected] there is no answer only ivr recording was asking me to hold. I'm really fed up with mobikwik. T. I'm requesting consumercomplaints.in to take an specific step against mobikwik.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Lone processing very bad.all time submit our ditels he said documents not matched.

    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    As soon as I receive an otp, it does give a place to enter the otp I tried 2 times since a week because it says otp sent Max number of times. But when I try to enter it asks for password not otp.
    Yesterday i recharged my account with 498 rs and the balance is deducted from bank account but the recharge is not successful.Try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

      I was tranferring rs 2600 from mobikwik to beneficiary account. I didnot allow me to transfer without kyc. I tried to do it online but didnot allow so i tried stores option. I selected mr bimal dey jadavpur stores. It gave me pay option. I thought since beneficary details was already added i thought my money will be transferred to my beneficiary. But instead to my surprise my money got transferred to bimal dey. I called this person he said he is no agent and he gossips in a tea shop in jadavpur and he donot know how his number is added to mobikwik agent. And he never used mobikwik. Now my money is fraud. What i am i supposed to do. I tried raising ticket and ofcourse the its a very unfriendly interface and my ticket is due two days to be resolved. I have like no hope of getting my money back. This is a utter fraud...

        Hi mobikwik what are you doing...if anyone missed one emi means you will call their relations & spoiling their names???your executive speaking in bad words & giving torcher...how you copied my all contacts & asking emi with my relations & friends...this against law...if I paid emi once..did my bad name will erase from my relations???for 4000 you spoiled my life...I'm going to attempt suicide...you are the main reason...100 % you only ...I will complaint with written...friends don't take loan from movikwik..

          Please consider my complaint at high importance, an amount of 10400 was added to Mobikwik Wallet to my Mobile Number [protected] later i transferred to Bank, But Amount of 8325 Debited from wallet but not credited to my bank account ..

          please resolve this query at earliest, Moreover this Mobikwik has no Support Team or Customer Care Number to resolve query ...

          Pls help to resolve my query and credit my 8325 back to wallet and to tranfer the same to my bank account ...

          Seriously the Worst Service and you guys are really Money Looter's with Bad Service to Customer's . 
          Already escalated to Consumer Forum and Next Level Will be Escalated Shortly, If i didnt hear any response by today .

              I was booking bus ticket on rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in and used Mobikwik as Payment mode. As per Mobikwik transaction was successful but as per RSRTC transaction failed. I tried to contact RSRTC and they said Contact Bank (MobiKwik). I have tried mail and call but Mobikwik is unreachable. Please help. Money deducted is ₹ 2440.

                I have taken rs 4000 instant loans through cashbean loan app on 31 aug 2019. I had to pay rs 4611 on 14 sep 2019 and i paid it on time.in cashbean app payment mode options are shown in which mobikwik is also, so i choose mobikwik. I paid rs 4611 on 14 sep at 7:14 am my money is deducted from my account mobikwik confirmed that transaction successful but money didn't paid to cashbean. Cashbean call me regularly to pay amount and loan delay penalty also succeeding. I contact both companies customer care but may problem was not solved. Plz help me

                Unauthorised transaction from sbi credit card of amount 19999. From MobiKwik app. Consider this complaint and refund the amount. It was done today in the afternoon
                My security pin got locked and unable unlock it even after provided the required document attached in tickets.
                Mobikwik doesn't allow to transfer the loan amount to bank account and I get a message "Bank transfer of the Boost Credit is not allowed'. What do i do with this? I need loan amount in my bank account

                  On 6-9-2019 i received a call from a no. Saying that they are calling from axis bank credit card service. And asked about credit card queries. I refuse to gave the details. But they said that I can increase my card limit thru online. They have furnished the following details. Card number, name, email. Due to that I have provided the otp.
                  The amount debited in 2 transaction such as 24999 and 25999 from my account. Total 50998 rupees debited.

                  "this amount debited to mobikwik account"
                  I gave him card no., name and cvv, i was not knowing anything so i gave him the otp for all transaction... Then my account is debited with total 50998. This transaction was not done by myself. So please raise this issue and resolve.

On payment of every rs. 100/- rs. 95/- from main wallet funded by us and rs 5/- is used from super cash we had earned from various trasactions.in case part payment is refunded by merchant (In this case grofers) against damaged goods returned, entry should be credit 95% to main wallet and credit 5% to super cash. I bought goods worth 1, 668/- from grofers paying from my mobikwik wallet. While paying 1668/- i used my super cash of 83/- (5% of 1668/-). I returned goods worth 213/- and got refund of 213/- but you people are doing the same mistake of reversing full amount of super cash instead of 5% only

                      With reference to above mail, rs 2020/- was deducted from my account without my concent for paying bsnl landline bill. My mobikwik mobile no was [protected].
                      I have raised complaint within 1 minutes of transaction.
                      Now i have recieved mail from your end saying that you have to raise query to merchant. Now something fraudulent happend and it was raised within 1 minutes and the medium was your mobikwik channel. On what basis i raise query to merchant because i dont i have details of third party.
                      If you are not able stop transaction witthing 1 minutess of transaction why you are sneding mail link saying report for an issue. This is toatlly unprofessional and do needful.

                        While recharging mobile phones, sometimes i got some returns from the company in the name of supercash. By the way, i have enough supercash in my account that has been earned from my money.

                        Although i have enough supercash in my account, while converting them to cash, only 10 supercash is converted to cash. While taking another attempt for conversion of supercash to cash, it is denied that only one conversion is allowed per month.

                        Supercash is earned by me from the lucrative offers from the company and accumulated in my account but that r not convertible.

                        It's a lollipop to customers in the name of supercash.

                          It's been 2 days since no information from mobikwik people please let me know where exactly the problem is so that I can contact the correct person as the sender bank has confirmed that transaction has been successful but the receiver bank has notefied that they cannot see any transaction.

                            Sir/mam,

                            Today i received a call from a no. That job seekers related. He told me to register this site "http://quikrs.com/" and it's refer by ayaan sharma. He also told that 29 rupees charge for register and this will debit from your account.
                            But debited 3 transaction such as 1848, 39999 and 13333 from my account. Total 55180 rupees debited since today (13sep'19).

                            I gave him card no., name and cvv, i was not knowing anything so i gave him the otp for all transaction... Then my account is debited with total 55180/- rs.in three transactions.
                            Please look into the matter n refund my money...

                            Kindly check and update on priority.

                                  Credit card bill was paid on september 9th amount got deducted from the bank account.
                                  After some time on the same day recieved a notification stating transaction got failed refund will be initiated. Its been 4 days, the amount has not been refunded. Its very important to pay the credit bill because due date is 13th of this month.
                                  I need to pay it today. Please refund the amount by today at any cost.

                                    I was suppose to receive an amount of rs.10000/- from jai kishan who having mobile no. [protected], through mobikwik.

                                    He called up to me and ask me to accept a link so that he can make the transfer. Once i accepted the link it had debited the amount from my own account. You are requested to kindly refund me this amount back to my account against these two transaction id.

                                    I already mailed to mobikwik on dated 07
                                    09.2019. But not response received.

                                        I paid my recharge worth rs 45 on 7/9/2019 and order ID - MBK[protected]
                                        but due to some technical problems my recharge got failed.My money had been deducted from my account which i havent got back yet.
                                        They are not even recieving my call.pleasee to solve my problem and one thing more mobikwik is probably the worst app i have ever used . I tried reaching the customer care, but all the contact numbers as well as mails are invalid.

                                        This is very poor service from mobikwik.
                                        I would like to request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.
