In my transactions one mobikwik fraud account holder, cheated me and took 800 rupees cash from my account, and that person denieing to pay back pls resolve the issue, pls get back my money to my accoount, this transaction occurs on august, 26th (Yesterday) im unable to recover my money back pls find him and get my money back please, i'm requesting.....

I was cheated by a mobikwik user, i have made a complaint to mobikwik but they have no time to reply on [protected], i have also made a police complaint. The person who has done the fraud his mobile phone is yet operating. If mobikwik wants they can trace the fraud person. And reverse the fraud transactions. But they are not emailing nor are they answering the call center number....

I made 6 attempts to recharge my mobile number [protected] one on 3rd, 2 attempts on 5th & 3 attempts on 13th august 2019. But all attempts ended in futile. Every time rs 319 has been deducted from my account. I received a message every time that the money would be returned to my account after one week. Sofar rs 1914 has been deducted from my account.
Even after 20 days of my first attempt, i have not received back any money. I request...

On 23rd august nearabout 10.30 pm i transfer 45000 to my clients account. Then i saw transaction was succesfull and my bank deduct the same amount from my account. Bt till now 26th august mrng the receiver did not get the money. On 24th with apps help option i lodge a complain. Then i got a ticket no. And i get a messege from helpline that within 72 hrs the problem will solve. Now today 26th august 11.41a. M. I did not get my money back....

I paid 2700 rps from mobikwik account on dated 19th august, 2019.

Amount of rs. Deducted from my account but bill is not paid yet. Please refund my money.

I again paid 2700 rps from my paytm account on dated 24 august, 2019. This payment is done. But my mobikwik payment is not done. Pls refund my money. Please check.

On 22 august i transfered 7200rs from my mobikwik account to my punjab national bank account and transaction charges was arround 280rs. But the money was not yet transfered to my bank account. And it was deducted from my mobikwik account. And in history it was showing no invoice found. This transaction was very important to me. I want this resolved as soon as possible. Police complaint already done yesterday.

My father got a call today, stating the person is from SBI. They need my father's SBI debit card no as the card is blocked. So my father told him the no. Then they said they will unblock it, for that one otp will come in his mobile no. He gave the otp. At the end of it they deducted 30000 Rs. The transaction numbers was [protected]. Account no of SBI [protected].

Can we get help for this please....

My transaction was failed but money was deducted from credit card and mobikwik claim money from the card also money not credit and my account and my account is being disable amount is - 52251.05 on date 12.08.2019,

Yatra transfer my rail booking amount to mobikwik which i have paid to yatra from my mobikwik wallet transaction date 18, 8, 2019, transaction id[protected]. I have raised a complain regarding my refund which is showing me in my wallet that mobikwik received a amount from yatra 2245 is still not refund to my axis bank account please refund as soon as possible. It’s not easy to earn money which you are giving....

I have placed an order for nike sandals on Ajio.com on Aug 5th 2019 at 7:01Am.. i paid amount thru Mobikwik wallet and after that page showed some error and i have raised ticket no 11830432 on Mobikwik which they closed saying Ajio.com said they have received the money and When i raised a complaint on Ajio.com with complaint id COM[protected], they closed the ticket saying they have not received money from Mobikwik ... PLEASE DONOT USE AJIO.COM...

The bill generated 149 rs. With due date 5th aug and i am trying to make payment but technical error is shown everytime. I made the complaint with customer support on 4th aug with detail and proper attachhment but till date there is no solution provide moreover wallet levied penalty on penalty. What the customer care us. There is no concern no. Where one can talk or no customer aasistance.

I was trying to pay my electricity bill using mobikwik app but the transaction get failed and the same amount was deducted from my bank account. Mobikwik is really a fraud. There are hundreds of complaint against the company but they are easily doing their business.

And i had also contacted to the costomer support services of mobikwik, but i didn't get any positive response from them. The last date of the bill payment was already...

Inr 20, 000 was debited from my account by fraudsters and the text message said it went to mobikwik. Please look into this and return my money. I don't even have an account on this app, i don't know who took such a hefty amount from my account. I have lodged an fir too and has brought this forward to the concerned bank as well. However, help from you people will definitely make a difference and i will get the money back....

I had made many UPI transfers through UPI but many of them fails without any reason.

Money gets deducted and donot gets refund back to either account even after many complaints aginst mobikwik.

Till now, 7 UPI fails for rs 7000 and there is no response. Atatched the photos o[censored]pi history in last mon th from jul 19 to jul 17.

SInce many UPI are take place, it is not necessary to capture bank statement...

It is showing in history that rupees 10389.40 has been transferred to the account.
But money is not recieved in my account and deducted from my mobikwik wallet.

Its very urgent.
Please resolve it as soon as possible.

On 13th august 2019 i made transaction of 5194/- from my mobikwik wallet (Number-79*54) to my bank account num (63*72) at 11:51am. The amount got debited from my wallet and it hasn’t been credited yet. After that i placed a ticket (Complaint) in reply they said with in 3 days amount will credited. Please help me out, i have been trying to reach out customer care number consistently but i haven’t got any positive response from their side....
