On dated 4 august 2019 at 11.30 am. I am trying for send 1300 rs to friend. I done the transaction account balance of bank account deduced but mobikwik app shows error like no innovice number found. Transaction pending i complaint to app he said we taking action in 24 hours. The day passed but still no reply. Contact operator no receive any call. Still no done any refund.

    A transaction of rupees 21000 was made in mobikwik which i requested for reversal on 16th of july has not been reversed till today 5th of august. I have made several complaints to the customer care but they are not helping. It is already past the 14 days they have asked me to wait. The customer care line does not get through even after waiting for more than 30 mins on the call. I request you to please look into it.

      I did recharge on 1st aug for my jio number 399. Unfortunately amount is deducted from my account but recharge not done. I checked with customer support. They told amount will be refund within 7days. Still now i did not get my amount. So many times i connect with the customer support. They told within 24hrs will credit ur amount. But still now nothing was done. I need my amount

        I am compalaining about my mobile number [protected] recharge.
        I did a recharge which could not be done but the money was withdrawn from my bank account.
        I did a recharge of 1 august 2019 which could not be done but money was withdrawn from my bank account, but mobikwik has not yet returned my money.
        Mobikwik has marked the refund but has not yet returned/refunded in my wallet/bank account

        sir aapne muje call kiya tha kya
        Since 1 month I was trying to get customers care number of yours but I failed because of you are not responsible for your customers. Till now also I am getting trouble with login issues always it shows as USER IS DISABLED.

          I paid 620 rs from bajaj wallet (Thrugh mobikwik) electricity payment but transation failed msg received from that time but at the same time 620/- rs deduct from account, i tried so many times contact to customer care but no response from custmer care service, request you to please solve the problem as soon as possible & refund my amount.

            mobikwik boost loan misusing contacts list

            I have taken a loan from boost offer mobikwik, i have paid 8 emis on time but since last 2 months i couldn't pay as i am out of work. But i am trying my best to pay asap, on 1st august they misused my contacts list. Which the app access stating need to access contacts list for creditworthiness and convenience of recharge and all. They randomly called 5, 6 people from my contacts and said the i have taken a loan and not paying an all that...

I did recharge which was not done but my account was withdrawn 186 rupees. I did not refund order no. Mbk[protected]. The mobikwik still mark refund but do not refund my wallet/bank accounts. Please look back this. Please report this problem as soon as possible.

              3rd class service not provide properly service and not solved my problem till now it been 1 week i am complained by my issues is not solved this company should me taken a strictly action they are only tell us we will help u and all but they are not helping my money is with the mibokwik and i can't pay the payment to any merchant or any store... And i cant take out my money too they are not providing the services properly and doesn't have there customer service number takes action against them and block there app and service

                I have been tried recharging in mobikwik upi... It was saying that not able to connect.. But my amount has been debited 4 times.. I have started a ticket in the app too.. But only once my amount got credited... The remaining 3 transactions are still pending... Kindly do acknowledge at the earliest... I have been using the app for the first tym and got irritated much... Please do the needful at the earliest

                  On 24th july i got a call, that person claimed to icici employee. He was knowing all my card details. I didnot belive him but he gave his employee id and and generated otp on my mobile my bad i told that otp to him. He transfered 31, 500 rupees to his mobikwik app. Immediately i blocked my card and reported it to icici on same day bu i dont have any updates from them.
                  Please i need your help to get back my money. I have a call recording.

                  Blog in code and send whoever the information needed

                  He is from Israel but unfortunately moved his um back to El Paso

                    This is regarding my bajaj finserv emi card, i have received rs.10000 in my mobikwik wallet on 9th jul without any request made from my side.

                    I was shocked when i got sms saying that my 1st emi of rs.1775 is due on 2nd aug. I also spoke to bajaj customer service and also followed with them on emails but they are not providing any solution.

                    I can confidently say that i have not opted for this loan. When i spoke to customer service they informed on how the loan service is to be availed. They send a link in an sms, once the link is clicked, person requesting for loan has to agree to the terms and conditions, later an otp is sent on registered mobile number, which we need to manually enter. So i am sure that i have not gone through the above process for availing this loan service.

                    Bajaj finserv is purposefully doing this, so they can start earning from their customers.

                    Refund from rentomojo not credited, 2 weeks. The transaction of Rentomojo_prod-RM47SXHXE7-1 refund of 3500 initiated by rentommojo on 19/7 has not been credited yet to my account.

                    I was told 7 days are sufficient for the credit of refund.

                      I paid my electricity bill worth rs 6140 on 25/7/2019.
                      But due to some technical problems my recharge got failed. My money had been deducted from my bank account which i havent got back yet.and not to refund to wallet or bank account.
                      They are not even recieving my call. Pleasee to solve my problem and one thing more mobikwik is i have ever used.

                        I pay 2550 rs via my mobikwik wallet registed with m.no [protected] at lohgarh hp petrol pumb (state-haryana distt-panchkula city-pinjore). At the time of payment mobikwik dr 2550 rs from my wallet date[protected] order id no[protected] but at time of payment merchant not received any credit msg and also say we have not received any payment from your side.i complaint 10 times on mobikwik need help center every time one msg drop by him we would like to inform you that the tranaction[protected] was sucessfully settled at our end please get in touch with merchant for further clarification and merchant reply also same we have not received any payment from your side.
                        Please help me to get back my money into my wallet again.

                          So a fraud happen with me on dated 30/july/2019
                          so i received a call saying that i am selected for axis bank and to fulfill some of their formalities to fill a form and to pay rs 25 for the online form. and have to fill the form today only i.e. on 30 july 2019 so as per the instructions i filled the form and the payment details for rs 25. but when i entered my otp the amount deducted is rs 5025, and the again within a minute or 2 again the amount deducted was rs 5025. and again one otp came and without entering it anywhere the amount deducted was rs 1025. so in total the amount deducted was rs 11075.
                          i have also attached the screenshot for that in which otp for one amount rs 5025 i didn't even receive.

                            We tried to pay bwssb bill through mobikwik, but the amount of 1517/- is deducted from my bank account. But bill is not paid and refund amount not received. Kindly refund the amount immediately. We experienced poor service. Kindly do the needful immediately. There is no proper response from your end and there is no proper customer care number in the website. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

                              I paid icici bank credit card bill through your upi portal of mobikwik for a consideration of rs 42, 000/-paid in respect of my credit card of icici bank being xxxx xxxxxx x 5007, from chandigarh, on july 11th, 2019, vide online mobile transaction from your mobile portal [of my client’s mobile number [protected]] vide id mbk[protected] and reference id kkbk[protected] and the same was deducted the same day from client’s bank account.
                              I also paid sbi elite card ending with digits 4335 xxxx xxxx 6373 has not been remitted by you to the concerned operator, which was to the tune of rs. 10, 000/- made on the same day i. E. On[protected] from chandigarh, and the same was deducted the same day from client’s bank account. The same was remitted vide order number mbk[protected].

                              Both the payments aforesaid have not been credited to respective operators by you despite three weeks having elapsed and i am being levied heavy penalty, interest and other charges besides facing flak due to non-payment. Earlier complaints have failed to elicit any response at all.
                              Forthwith make the payment of rs. 42, 000 to icici bank; rs. 10, 000/- to sbi and also to tender an unconditional apology plus reimburse a sum of rs. Two lakhs each towards mental agony and harassment suffered

                                I had tried to recharge my bsnlmobile number [protected] with special recharge of ₹99 through mobikwik by debit card number 95#25 o[censored]co bank on 27/07/2019 and amount was deducted but mobile couldn't be recharged. This is second consecutive time when this happen in a week. Therefore, you are requested to dissolve the issue by refunding the amount into my same account.

                                    I had made an electricity bill payment on 21st july, but the amount hasn’t been yet credited to the operator.

                                    I had registered a complaint at bbps in help section as per suggested by the support.

                                    But there was no worthy response.
                                    I tried reaching the customer care, but all the contact numbers as well as mails are invalid.

                                    This is very poor service from mobikwik.
                                    I would like to request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.
