Can you help me to get my money back from Mobikwik wallet,
I have transfer Rs.58, 883/- to my wallet yesterday.
I want to transfer 57, 717 to bank for OD interest of my office but unfortunately I can transfer Rs.20, 000/- because of your limit of Rs.20, 000/- which is not mentioned any where.
Today I have transfer Rs.10, 000/- to HDFC OD interest but Mobikwik deduct Rs.20, 000/- from my wallet & transfer received in bank Rs.10, 000/-.
Now I want to login my account but is shows User is disabled.
Request you to help me sort out this problem, because I cant connect Mobikwik customer care team even after 30-35 min for one call & I have call 8-9 times.
