Sir transaction no ecom[protected] mobikwik is fraud transaction by person yesterday 30/6/2019, time approx 05:00pm to 06:00pm.
So i request you to kindly please refund my money in my pnb account
So he call to my old father and get him otp and than deducted money from my account. I register fir in my nearest police station and i have avidence to my account details

    This is to inform you that one of the guy was asking me the card details who told me that he is calling from mobikwik support center. I too provided him the card details and in few minutes an otp received showing me the transaction of rs.23998 on my scb credit card. He is a fraud person seeming to be a guy from mobikwik.

    Kindly hack the person and take action on him for doing forgery.

      I was ordering shoes from myntra for which i tried mobikwik for the first time ever as a payment gateway. The money from my mobikwik wallet got deducted so fast but my order was never placed in myntra. Now i want my refund as early as possible because i don't trust this app anymore. It wasn't a really good experiencing losing money just like that. I am attaching the transaction screenshot from the mobikwik app. I want to know when do i get the refund for my transaction.

        A fraud transaction took place yesterday, using my debit card. I got a call from number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the sbi group. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. He told otherwise my card will get blocked so i gave my debit card number. When call was over, i got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of rs 5645 was made from my card towards mobikwik.com.

            I had paid 4 emi from march to june
            2 emi's on march and 2 emi's on april
            Which completes 4 months of emi payments of my loan
            Till may its ok after that in june a mobikwik agent called and spoke rudely to me as if i was going to start ignoring paying back and he was yelling at me
            After showing the proofs of my payments till june then he remained silent.. You see how is this fair? You app faults make wrong assumptions to shout at customers
            I am # serious to put this useless rude asshle to court i have audio clip of the call record and his chats better call me

              I sri Ngi yot Weingken, Longjong 2, PO-Naharkatia, PS- Joypore district-Dibrugarh. Assam. booked a flight ticket from Chandigarh to Dibrugarh through my Debit Card. due to some net problem the booking was not done but Rs 8004 was debited from my account. On 19-06-19 As I called for refund to Make My Kerala customet help line number -[protected] it seen in my true caller as Amit Kumar West Bengal, ased me details of my debit card. As i informed him instead of refund Rs-25000/- in reo phases Total 50000/- Fifty Thousand was debited from my bank account. This amount credited to (i) PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/Mobikwik and(ii) PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/mobikwik at 10.58am. It has found fruaud and I am victim from cyber crime in the name of mobokwik.
              so please take necessary steps to refund my lost money from mobikwik .
              your active initiatives may save thousands lives from such fraud incident.

                We have recharged BSNL pre paid no : [protected] for Rs 144 /- thru Mobiwiki but still it was not added in to my pre paid BSNL mobile sim . we have paid through SBI credit card bearing no : [protected] dated on 23/06/19 AT 4 PM

                we request you to please update the same to BSNL online system through your mobiwiki server then only they will add the plan of rs 144 /- to our BSNL mobile [protected] .

                Please take the action on urgent which is not acceptable already 18 hours over after making the payment to mobiwiki.

                  I have made a upi transaction by mobikwik app on 28th may'19 for rs. 1000/- through my icici bank account[protected] to pay my credit card bill.
                  Money has been deducted from my account but payment was not credited to the beneficiary account.
                  I have also checked with icici bank for this transaction & they replied that this transaction was successfully credited to mobikwik account given below.

                  I have tried to connect mobikwik customer care many times. But there customer care no. Is always busy & not connecting after waiting half an hour.
                  I don't know how i can get my refund.. Please help me in this regard.

                        I sold a phone and accepted payment using mobikwik. The person who bought the phone raised complaint saying money transferred without authorisation.
                        Mobikwik as they want to loot the money disable my wallet and say wait for 25hres.
                        Our concerned team is # our owners and so you wait indefinitely.
                        It's been 1week and my wallet is disabled.
                        The person who gave complaint has given in written that he planned for fraud but as i said i will complaint against you. He withdraw the complaint made towards mobikwik.

                        So please take action against this 3rd class company and return my amount of 13000

                        By mistakenly I entered wrong password and my security pin has blocked I request to unblock it I have all documents
                        I am trying to transfer money from my mobikwik wallet to my bank account. When i'm trying to transfer money from "wallet to bank" have got the error "email id not found in the request". Whenever i'm not changing my email id from mobikwik account, using same mail id, but still got the error.

Debit card number. cvv. OTP as I informed him Rs 25000/- in two phases totsl 50, 000/- (Fifty Thousand) debited from account and credited to 1. PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/MOBIKWIK
                          2. PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/MOBIKWIK time at 10.58am.
                          The respondence informed me after verification i shall get back my flight fare but instead he cheated ne as I am unaware on this line.
                          Till today I called the above number but didnot get any response and my family badly broken from this fraud.
                          I therefore beg your help and take immediate action to refund my whole and save me in your hand.

                            I have transfer Rs.58, 883/- to my wallet yesterday.
                            I want to transfer 57, 717 to bank for OD interest of my office but unfortunately I can transfer Rs.20, 000/- because of your limit of Rs.20, 000/- which is not mentioned any where.
                            Today I have transfer Rs.10, 000/- to HDFC OD interest but Mobikwik deduct Rs.20, 000/- from my wallet & transfer received in bank Rs.10, 000/-.

                            Now I want to login my account but is shows User is disabled.

                              I have made a payment of Rs.520 at Petrol pump through Mobikwik on 27 June 2018 . The amount had been deducted from my wallet but it's not credited to the merchant. I complained it to Mobikwik lots of times on Twitter as it has no other platform for customer support. Mobikwik kept on delaying my issues and further started harassing me mentally by assigning me tasks like go and collect the merchant handwritten letter that he didn't receive the money, ask him for bank statement for different different months. Several times they change the date of money deposit in merchant account and asked me for statement of that month. Mobikwik broke me fully. I have all the screenshot of the conversation and I have attached to this complaint.

                                  I want to delete my mobikwik account because I am no longer living in India and my mobile number is deactivated.
                                  I tried many ways but didn’t get any response.
                                  I am not able to login into mobikwik account because it is asking for OTP and my mobile number is not working.
                                  Mibikwik does not has a customer care number to call or email id to sent complain too.
                                  Please help

                                  Payment made trhu Mobikwik App Rs.8900 on 28th May with reference Number UPI[protected] for credit card payment, but transaction has been failed and deducted from my bank. still i have not received reversal amount RS 8999 to my account. i called so many time customer care of Mobikwik daily they are saying within 48 hrs it will credit.
                                  Sir, I booked today dated 13.06.2019 railway ticket by IRCTC apps. Rs. 303.19 has debited in my mobikwik wallet for booking railway ticket IRCTC valid Transaction Id ZP8deb43bba666. But irctc shows not booking of that. Please refund an amount Rs 303.19 in my mobikwik wallet .
                                  I couldn't able to make the bill payments and others through wallet balance. Customer care number is also not available and the available number is not responding

                                        Tried to pay credit card bill from Mobikwik app, money got debited and it was credited to Mobikwik account stating transaction failed.
                                        How come my money was credited to Mobikwik and contacting customer care several since last 21 days and their is like your transaction was failed and asming me to wait, thats all.
                                        Please help me to refund my amount of rs 2000.
