On jan 2 nd 2019 i have paid electricity bill on the bill number 4096457 in bangalore.
But it is not updated yet.
The bescom guy is disconnecting the fuse multiple times.
So please update it as soon as possible and please update the same to me on mail sreenivas. [protected]@gmail.com

I M NITIN, I couldnt transacting bijli bill from mobikwik. when i subit after fill all the details then it asks how do u make payment by credit card or upi but previously it takes directly from mobik wallet. but now much problem..

    I did two times recharge for my mobile connection offer but money debited from my bank account but not to be recharge. Then i went go to recharge shop i done recharge manually.     Today around 2.15 Am I've done recharge of my Jio no. for Rs. 399 and the amount is debited from my bank account but still my recharge is not credited to my no. I've lost my valuable money please refund my money back to my wallet or account as soon as possible.

      Sir maine 19/01/19 ko rs 3000 apne bank of baroda ke a/c se sbi ke a/c me transfer kiya but mere bob ke a/c se 3000 rs. Deduct ho gaya kintu 26/01/2019 tak sbi ke me paisa nahi aaya. Na hi mere main a/c me return aaya aur na hi mere sbi ke a/c me credit hua. Maine kai bar complain kiya but ko replay nahi aaya.

      When ever trying to report issue on app. Get message as incorrect number. No way to connect their customer care number. Trying to get in touch through many ways . Need noc for the booster loan took 6 month back on urgent basis. Pl revert or call back on [protected]

        अमाउंट bank मे से कटने कें बावजूद भी bill 3 दिन तक pending show कर रहा था last day कें दिन वो bill मेने किसी और site से भर दिया लेकिन mobikwik से अभी तक हमारी payment 1290 वापिस नही आई
        Plz कुछ सल्यूश्ण कीजिए और मुझे मेरे पैसे रिटर्न कीजिए
        मेने काफी बार अपनी app मे से help मे क्प्लेट डाली लेकिन अभी तक कोई सल्यूश्ण नही हुआ plz जल्दी से जल्दी मेरी payment वापिस कर दिजिए

          There was 9950 rupees in my wallet, so i was trying to send money to one of the merchant, i did a mistake instead of scanning qr code i type the code unfortunately i typed mistake and i was sent to wrong merchant, how do i get the money back any chances,
          Any ideas are most welcome,
          As there is no contact support to mobikwik it is very difficult to get in touch with them i request any one who already faced this issue please give me suggestions

                      I raise a complaint long ago regarding transfer of wallet amount into bank.. On 19 th January one ### called me from mobile number [protected].and ask me otp.. I mistakenly told otp.. Then ### asked me account number to which the wallet amount should be transferred... Then I came to know that the ### trying to loot my money.. Then immediately i cut that call. On 23 rd January today that ### used my wallet amount to pay badarpur service station bill... I searched that number in true caller and it shows as Uzma khan.(bloody ###)... I want that ### to be arrested by police.. And logout my account from his device.. I want my money refund too... I seriously asking mobikwik how these fraudulents came to know the compliants raised by mobikwik users in their own mobikwik account... Uzma khan you are going to punish...

When Im trying to login using my number [protected] im getting OTP after entering OTP its displaying " error : user disabled". I have lodged a complaint to mobikwik but there is no response as its been almost 15 days after complaining.

                            Whenever we search for mobile wallets mobikwik has the least credibility.
                            Now i get it why, as i have lost aboutv400 in october. They told i will be getting a 50% off but instead i got super cash which i cant use accordingly to me for that super cash to turn to cash i have to buy scratch cards again and at that time they expired all d super cash available in my wallet and again today i have to use mobikwik butbits like iam wasting twice the money.

                              I have done ease my trip flight booking through through mobiqwik using my debit card. Money deducted from my account but mobiqwik has not transfered the amount to ease my trip. There is no way to contact mobiqwik as they don't have a proper customer care. I called to their mobile number but they are not attending calls. I contacted bank but the payment is already done to mobiqwik.

                                I want to upgrade my wallet adhering to kyc norms. I cant use my wallet money it seems to be locked in wallet. Kyc centre is not available in trivandrum, kerala. What should i do to save my hard earned money? I am awaiting your reply without further delay. If not addressed in time i will look for other legal options such as rbi. I have checked for kyc centres near me but no mobikwik centres found. I am working hard for my money please dont play with customer's emotions. If not possible to provide kyc services, arrange a mechanism to re deposit wallet money to my bank account

                                    The amount is stucked with mobikwik.. Mobikwik has no customer care number no chat option available..for customer.
                                    I have add money Rs. 4000/- on 16.01.2019 on mobikwik wallet, but due to failed transaction the amount has been deducted from my bank account but not added in mobikwik wallet till now.

                                      I have made a transaction for 6000 through mobikwik [protected]@ikwik to my friend [protected]@ikwik on 7-1-2019 at 1.51pm upi id is[protected] amount deducted but not credited to receiver account its already 10 days but the amount was not credited. Bank said that mobikiwik app only responsible for this plese solve the issue and make my money refund

                                        Sir, i complained before regarding mobikwik wallet (Now no issue using my wallet) at this site, regarding this someone call me & say that i am from mobkwik customer service (His ph. No. [protected]) and said, open your mobikwik wallet & tell me pay and store 6 digit otp & ask about wallet balance and which card add wallet money, tell me cvv no. Printed back of card. I told them wallet balance & other information but i din't told about cvv no., when he asked about cvv no. Then i understoopd he is totaly fraud. After 30 minutes he booked xiaomi mobile from my wallet rs. 13999/- but failed to transaction amount. I atonce complained in police and cyber cell and given all the infomation to police. Is that possible any member of mobikwik service center ask about this type of information. Please take against those people who try to destroy the reputation of mobikwik company.
