My mobikwik registered mobile no. is [protected]. On 31st October, 2018, I do a payment of my credit card bill amount 3581.76/- by using RBL UPI mode on mobikwik, but transaction cancelled, or amount debited from my bank a/c, which rrn no. is[protected]. After then I do again a transaction of same amount, which was successful or credit in my credit card a/c, which rrn no. is[protected].
After then I do a complain in my bank for wrong debit of amount rrn no. is[protected], which was not credit in my RBL UPI using bank or credit card a/c. or my bank generate a ticket on 5th November, 2018 (ticket no. is CR[protected]) or told me that wait for transaction+30 working days and they will solve my issue. After 30 days complete, I called my bank or said that the debit amount is not credited in my bank account. Then they said that no issue from their side in this transaction, from their side this transaction is successful and they closed my ticket, So, I want from you that pls solve my transaction issue of mobikwik rrn no. is[protected].
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by shubhamtannu I also complaint in ICICI credit card dept., but they say that they have not got any amount of this transaction ID.
