I tried to add the rs. 2000 from my sbi bank account to the mobikwik wallet by mobikwik link message but it showed "transaction not completed", however, money was debited from my bank account.
Reference no:[protected].
I checked in app to raise a complaint but there is no option in app. Please check the reference number and reverse the transaction that i have made

    I tried to recharge my friends jio number [protected] vai mobikwik e wallet dated on 13/12/2018 for the rs 399. Mobikwik deducted money from my bank account but didn't proceed for recharge even if sending a massage recharge successful. When i talked to jio customer care after two hours they said we didn't receive any recharge request. I complaint to mobikwik with the ticket number 9975297, 9972340, but mobikwik say contact to your operator. Recharge has been done successfully.

      Upi transaction from paytm of rs. 1020 has been added to mobikwi wallet.
      I have made transaction on 23rd november 2018 from paytm to mobikwik upi [protected]@hdfcbank. My mobikwik upi is [protected]@ikwik.
      Money deducted from my bank account. Now i am expecting a refund from mobikwik or hdfc bank into my bank account. Please call me on this number [protected] to resolve this issue.

        I am very much disappointed regarding mobikwik service. I did a transaction of bill payment amounting of rs - 900/- on 23rd nov 2018. My transaction ref id was "mk[protected]" due to some technical issue transaction was failed and get revert from mobikwik that refund money will reflected in my bank a/c with in 7-10 days.
        But still it has not reflected in my bank a/c. I had already raised a complain to mobikwik help desk with ticket no "9900572" on dated 5th dec 2018.. But still i have not received any positive feedback from mobikwik side..
        So requested to you please resolved the issue and get back the money into my account..

        Hi, I have made fund transfer from wallet to Bank on 01.10.2018 and amount was debited from wallet but didnt credited to source account and i have raise the complaint to both.

          I abhishek verma and my money is debited from my account while transfer money from bank to bank (Upi) and in the middle of process.. App says "went something wrong" i did 2 times and both of the time app says something went wrong.. Each transection rs 200, total = 2*200=rs400
          Date[protected] around in evening 6pm and i cant find how to reach the company

          Amount got deducted but did transfer to her bank account. Each time amount was Rs6000.
          My 12000Rs deducted from my SBI account. I don't know what to do. Please help. Mobikwik is not responding.

            Ondec 16, 2018 i added inr 448 in my mobikwik wallet.
            In history, it shows inr 448 added successfully and in next transaction it shows "wallet debit against bank transfer recovery" and inr 448 is deducted from the wallet. There is no invoice or detail of this transaction. I've tried contacting customer care but so far i haven't got any response.

              I have done a upi transaction (On mobikwik app) (Using paytm payments bank) of 5001 rupees on 9th december, the transaction was failed but money is debited from my bank account and not refunded till now.

              Upi reference id is[protected]

              I contacted mobikwik customer service they said that "the transaction was failed please contact your bank".
              Wnen i called to paytm customer service they said that "the transaction was successful if beneficiary did not get the money contact your upi provider mobikwik".

              I don't know what to do!!
              You guys stole my money!!! I worked very hard to earn that much, and you guys stolen simply!!!

              Please return my money..

              Third class app builded by mobikwik and made easy to transfer money from cerdit card to wallet.
              But from wallet not able to send money to account and upi payments not able to do.
              This way this third class app is cheating peoples.
              And also no customer care numbers to this third class app not available.
              Same happened with me for 12000Rs

                  I made payment of rs.2047 to reliance trends on 27th jun 2018 through mobikwik mobile application using my axis bank debit card.. Amount got debited from my bank account but the payment was unsuccessful at the merchant end. So the order has been cancelled but amount was not refunded. I raised complaint regarding this issue to reliance trends after a month of investigation on aug 11 2018 the amount has been refunded to mobikwik. It is being showed in my mobikwik mobile account history.
                  But when i raised charge back sheet against this transaction in axis bank, mobikwik continuously rejecting. I have been following this issue from june 2018, but till now the amount is not refunded back to my wallet or bank account. Here i have attached the invoice copy from reliance trends. Very hard to deal with mobikwik since my complaints have been marked as resolved without providing any solution & not able to reach them through mobile, i raised many times regarding the same issue on their support service. Mobikwik ticket nos:9490509, 8643143, 9605402,. I have been harassed between axis bank & reliance trends since mobikwik blaming the merchant & bank. Now i m not able to reach mobikwik customer care from my mobikwik mobile application. It is showing invalid cell number!!! Till now the amount rs.2047 is not yet credited back to my wallet.

                      I want to pay online adani electricity mumbai from mobikwik rs.1009.30 has debit from debit card account. On info eco 22/11/[protected] mobikwik. I complain to mobikwik complete no is #9788184. The replay all the time issues resolved. I can't get my payment return in mobikwik wallet or my bank account still today 14/12/2018.
                      Many time i call mobikwik help number no response or call back. Refund of 1009.30 has been initiated. It may take up to 7 days for reflect in bank account.

                      10 December 2018 I had paid my electricity bill in mobiwik but they had detected amount three times extra in bank, and they are not refunding it, please refund my money quickly.

                        On 08/12/2018 at 11:15 am, i have recharged my bsnl (West bengal circle) mobile number +91 [protected] for an amount of rs.220/- for full talk time with online bsnl - west bengal circle prepaid recharge site and paid an amount of rs.220/- by credit card through mobikwik. The amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. When i have raised this with mobikwik through their web site the recharge transactions were reflected on transaction history as rs.220 was deducted and also refunded. But the refund was not maid and hence i complained online and they promised me to settle the issue within 24 hours. But when i checked on 14/12/2018 with my credit card statement that the deducted amount is not yet refunded. As the recharge was unsuccessful, the said amount should be credited back to my account at the earliest. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and do the needful at your earliest.

                            I've booked tickets from IRCTC through mobikwik on 11/12/18 worth of 1486 rupees and I've cancelled it on 13/12/18.                               My mobikwik registered mobile no. is [protected]. On 31st October, 2018, I do a payment of my credit card bill amount 3581.76/- by using RBL UPI mode on mobikwik, but transaction cancelled, or amount debited from my bank a/c, which rrn no. is[protected]. After then I do again a transaction of same amount, which was successful or credit in my credit card a/c, which rrn no. is[protected].
                              After then I do a complain in my bank for wrong debit of amount rrn no. is[protected], which was not credit in my RBL UPI using bank or credit card a/c. or my bank generate a ticket on 5th November, 2018 (ticket no. is CR[protected]) or told me that wait for transaction+30 working days and they will solve my issue. After 30 days complete, I called my bank or said that the debit amount is not credited in my bank account. Then they said that no issue from their side in this transaction, from their side this transaction is successful and they closed my ticket, So, I want from you that pls solve my transaction issue of mobikwik rrn no. is[protected].

                                    Mobikwik is an online banking service providing application. Recently i added an amount of 3500 in my mobikwik wallet. But now i cannot transfer the amount back to bank. For this purpose they require mandatory kyc. When i go in kyc section, a pop up comes "kyc is not available." neither can i use it not i can transfer it. And moreover they have supercash facility which is absolutely worst idea. It cannot be utilised properly.
                                    To sum up, this company is working in very fraudulent manner.

                                    I send 5000 money to my friend but it failed and Money deducted from my account. My transaction id[protected]. I also complain to mobikwik castomar care.bu didn't satisfi. Transaction date is 7 /12/2018.
