I have registered in mobikwik 10 to 15 days back and add 5000 but i cannot able to use this money due to kyc service unavailable and i have tried lot of time to update my kyc through mobikwik app and mobikwik kyc center as well but not done so how i can withdraw or use this money if. Kyc service unavailable so mobikwik team need to inform before adding money so that no one will loose or block money.
Kindly suggest

    I have made a bill payment for an amount of rs.15, 819.52 ps to hmswwb towards water bill through mobikwik payment gateway on 21/11/2018, whereas the amount has not been reached either to mobikwik or to hyderabad metropolitan supply and sewerage board but the amount has been debited to my sbi card account.

    Kindly it is requested to resolve the issue and reverse the amount and credit the same to my sbi card account.

        also the wallet transaction invoice error shows no invoice data found

        so u pls check and revert

          Dear sir, i am r. Arun, thirumangalam, madurai district. I have applied the online loan in mobikwik wallet on 21.9.2018. But loan amount receieved from ivl finance. (Indiabulls) they promising loan amount for boost loan for mobikwik rs.60, 000/-. First they have not told interest rate and documentation charges. After all the process completed they have deducted rs.2681 for documentation charges.

          Deducting rs.2681/- for documentation charges and charged rate of interest for 2.04% monthly. After that deducting amount of rs.57319/- not credited to my account, this amount was transfer to mobikwik wallet. I am not able to use the money also. If transfer to the my bank accounts they have charged more than rs.3000/-. This is too much transfer for online loan amount. This is consider as a kandhu vatti group loan (Indiabulls)

          I have immediately raised documentation charges was high and interest rate also high (Copy also attached). But they have not respond. And another mail sent regarding what ever credited amount i will settled to the indiabulls (Copy also attached). They have not respond and customer care also not respond for indiabulls.

          So many person calling to my number. They torchuring me. I have record my mobile all the persons speaking. They have told come to my house and torchuring me.

          Please sir consider my request safe me.

          I will ready to repay the what ever credit money (Amount of rs.57319/-).

            This has under order No.:[protected]-1782203 in myntra and further refund initiated INR 1802.08 against cancellation in myntra, amount is still not credited to my HDFC account. Myntra referred bank account refernece no. for refund is WAP_1074443509577967893395. However as informed by HDFC bank, amount is lying with Mobikwik, for this reason amount is not showing in my HDFC account, please let me know the status of refund and credit to my bank. It is pending from 2 months. Please refer the attached invoice from MObikWik wallter transaction history myntra receivable is reflecting the statmenet, however whether mobikwik has yet to clear the refund to HDFC. As during help complain, this particular refund reference is not showing. I have done enough blame to my bank, here in that case as i can understanad mobikwik is the main source of all issues.

            some fraudent is trying to deceive us by calling and trying to get information of debit card. I beleive consumer complaints forum shall take care safety of customer. Please delete my complaints.

              Sir i have transferred rs 5000 to my friend by upi transaction.. The transaction has failed but the amount got deducted but it neither transferred to beneficiary account nor to my account...
              Sir please go through the transaction... It's i'd is :[protected]... My mobile number linked to mobikwik is [protected]...
              Sir i have previously reported a different i'd but this time i have thoroughly verified with my bank passbook.... And this i'd i have not found in history in mobikwik... But when went to help section there i selected upi then i got this transaction i'd and it is in red colour and then i cross checked my passbook and my friend's i'd then i realized that even the amount got deducted it was not refunded into my account and also it is not sent to my friend's account...

              Sir... Please solve my issue sir... Please.. Sir...

                Sir my bank account has an amount of total rs 11581 but after doing few upi transactions of rs 5000 each with my friend it shows only rs 6581 even we have done transactions equally (I have checked many times)... What i understood is that one of those transactions has failed but money has been deducted... And it was neither transferred to beneficiary account nor to my account... So please bring my amount of rs 5000 back to my account sir... Please... The transactions are done between 23/11/18 and 26/11/18 sir.. My phone no attached to mobikwik is : [protected]...

                Sir please help me sir.... Rs 5000 is huge amount for me sir...

                    I have using the mobikwik payment app 15 oct 2018 taking the my icici bank creditcard payment 4363.00 inr. But that time my account deducted amount in 3 times.2 times is unsuccessful transaction and third time transaction is successful so i have refund me immediately in one transaction but second time not refund me so far. Third transaction successful for icici bank credit card payment in 16 oct 2018. My icici bank credit card no [protected]
                    I have contact icici bank and credit card team he told me our side not pending any type of amount. Please you have contact mobikwik team and sending mail this mail showing you have paying 4363.00 inr amount in hdfc credit card bill but i dont know this transction how to transacted my icici saving account. I am not paying this transaction my side. Its a system problem for mobikwik side because my two transaction is unsuccessful first attempt. Please help me i have very frustrated unwanted deducted my valuable amount and not refund me so far. I have contact mobikwik help desk but he is not support me.                       Yesterday i (Jitender pal singh) tried to pay an electricity bill for my customer of rs 39975.00 dated on 26/11/18 vai mobikwik using my central bank of india rupay debit card.. I got a massage vai email transaction failed and your amount is refunded and in massage box your debit card is used at zaakpay epayment services gurugon pos atm but my bank account not credited by 39975.00 please help me otherwise customer may hurt me because of huge amount.                       Company Customer care executive asking to me for my CVV code and OTP and saying to me to share a link from two days but when I strongly refused to do like this he stared to abuse me in Hindi as ma****od k***e s**le tu apna refund le ke dikha diyo, S***r ki aulaad after then l lodged my complaint in my Bank, DHBVN Electricity board, and Bharat Billpay Desk . Yesterday I lodged complaint and today I received my amount . So Friends never share your OTP CVV & ANY KIND OF LINKS anyways it was a good experience. have a nice day

                      Yesterday and today I received so many calls from a people saying mobi Kwik customer service asking about my CVV and OTP and share a link . Should I gave the information about my CVV code. I have call recording also as he rudely abused me when I didn't give my CVV CODE

                      Finally, when I logged my complaint in my bank, DHBVN electricity board and Bharat Billpay desk, I got my debited amount today of rs 39975 without giving any CVV code and without giving any OTP and without share any link. This is for that guy who abused me as mad****kor s**le k***te tu Paisa le ke dikha diyo...so plz Friends Never Share Your OTP CVV & ANY KIND OF LINKS.

                                I m unable to contact the customer care of mobikwik, there is no registered no. I am highly unsatisfied with the response there was unauthorized transaction which happened last month from my account on mobikwik wherein i don't even have the account.

                                I tried calling several times to mibikvik customer care buy failed to get through. This is really disappointing, i need an immmediate action on this.

                                      I was paying my electricity bill through mobikwik... But it failed due to technical error... But their was no refund yet... I paid rs. 509/- through mobikwik of hescom bill payment... But refunt not yet done soo plz accept my compliment n go through as fast as possible... Plz refund...
                                      Their here rs 509 should be refunded... It was paid on november 20... It showed that it may take 24 hours but it is more than 2 days. So plz check...

                                        Hi, mera nam gopinath kothwala hai, mera mo [protected] hai, mene novemb[protected] ko vodafone me RS 479 ka or RS 245 ka recharge karvaya tha par reharge hua hi nahi, or mere bank se paise bhi kat gaye, abhitak mere paise mere mobikwik wallet me nahi aaye hai, to plese mere paise muje vapas lota dijiye mera complaint no ticket #9699397 #9699400 #9700104 #9742705 #9715018 hai
                                        I have not got refund from MobiKwik to my bank account but its showing refunded as i got the mail from MobiKwik. The refund is done by myntra to MobiKwik successfully. But not done by MobiKwik to my bank account and showing successfully refunded via mail
