Yesterday i (Jitender pal singh) tried to pay an electricity bill for my customer of rs 39975.00 dated on 26/11/18 vai mobikwik using my central bank of india rupay debit card.. I got a massage vai email transaction failed and your amount is refunded and in massage box your debit card is used at zaakpay epayment services gurugon pos atm but my bank account not credited by 39975.00 please help me otherwise customer may hurt me because of huge amount. The transaction id is mk[protected]. I am going in depression please help me

Complaint marked as Resolved Company Customer care executive asking to me for my CVV code and OTP and saying to me to share a link from two days but when I strongly refused to do like this he stared to abuse me in Hindi as ma****od k***e s**le tu apna refund le ke dikha diyo, S***r ki aulaad after then l lodged my complaint in my Bank, DHBVN Electricity board, and Bharat Billpay Desk . Yesterday I lodged complaint and today I received my amount . So Friends never share your OTP CVV & ANY KIND OF LINKS

Updated by jpsinghratia Yesterday and today I received so many calls from a people saying mobi Kwik customer service asking about my CVV and OTP and share a link . Should I gave the information about my CVV code. I have call recording also as he rudely abused me when I didn't give my CVV CODE

Updated by jpsinghratia Finally, when I logged my complaint in my bank, DHBVN electricity board and Bharat Billpay desk, I got my debited amount today of rs 39975 without giving any CVV code and without giving any OTP and without share any link. This is for that guy who abused me as mad****kor s**le k***te tu Paisa le ke dikha diyo...so plz Friends Never Share Your OTP CVV & ANY KIND OF LINKS.
