I was paid electricity bill through upi but shows payment was not done. Meanwhile i have paid same bill by another way i. E. From debit card. As i checked my bank account, payment was deducted twice through debit card as well as upi also. I was go to help at mobiwkik but nothing go on till now. Plz do the needful and help me. My query raised by ticket no. 9911873.

    In 15/11/2018, i have done two 1000/-transactins but one transaction is failed, that one amount is not credited to my wallet or not reversal to my account.
    One transaction is successful, already 25 days completed but my money not added in to my wallet or not reversal to my account,
    I have already sent my bank statement but customer service not resolved my issue.

    Already 25 days completed but my money not added in to my wallet or not reversal to my account, I have done two 1000/-transactins one is failed another one successful. Date of transaction is 15/11/2018.i am not received any mobikwik transaction Id these add money.

    I transfered 10348 to an ac num from my mobikwik wallet linked to [protected] on 30/11/2018 but money is deducted from wallet but not transferred please resolve my issue as soon as possible

      Sir, on 6th Dec 2018, WITHDRAWAL of Rs.10500 done from my BANK OF INDIA ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected] without any intimation to me.

      i request you to pls stop this transaction and reverse the amount debited on 6th Dec. Also pls track who has done this activity as this is a cyber crime to withdraw money from others bank account.

      pls help on priority. i have contacted Mobikwik as well but they are refusing to share details of payment. pls register my complaint and help on priority.

        From last 2 days trying to tranfer some fund and pay some credit card and phone bill. Not even a single money is teanfering from mu account always showing error email id not found and not otp is received any where
        Trying to get in touch with support teqm always showing message invalid cell no.

          Respected sir,

          I wish to bring to your notice, two fraud transaction which took place on 9th of dec 2018, using my google pay account. My friend's facebook got hacked by someone and hacker send me message to give him some money because his father met with an accident so i transferred him 10000 through two 5000 transaction each. Just after 15 minute after this i saw mine friend post regarding this fraud.

          Below are the transactions details:-
          1. Amount - 5000, date & time:- 09-dec-2018 19:36:00 upi transaction id[protected]
          2. Amount - 5000, date & time:- 09-dec-2018 19:22:00 upi transaction id[protected]

          Fraud person's upi:- [protected]@upi

          I've given application in cyber crime cell also they are saying that they will track it but i request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and kindly cancel this transaction and refund the money into my account.

            I m recharging for my number off rupees 88 from mobikwik. As their is present 50 rs in my mobikwik wallet so mobikwik demand to pay for 38 rupees.
            So i decided to pay through upi and make a successfull payment of 38 rs.

            Now then when i go to mobikwik then my recharge is not done. Please help to refund my 38 rs back to my account.

              I have made a transaction from mobikwik through upi. And i have entered the wrong vpa of the sender. The wrong vpa entered by me is [protected]@upi. This was actually a wrong transaction. And i need a refund 2050 rs. Transaction made by me was three times the first transaction was of 1000 and 2nd was also 1000 and 3rd was for 50 rupees only.                   I have transferred some amount to my mobikwik wallet knowing that i can transfer the amount to bank account later. Now i am unable to transfer money from wallet to bank account as it show service not available every time. I tried to upgrade my wallet by submitting kyc but that service is also unavailable. Now, it kind of i lost my money. Its stuck in the wallet. I cant even pay using my wallet.

                    Today i rechargers 399 in jio number [protected]. But my mistake this number is wrong by me. Right no. Is [protected]. And i also found that [protected] is not be in existence. So i just say that i[censored] not give me recharge refund but just give me mobikwik supercash as per ur offer. I also use offer "jioplan" so thats way u give me a rs.300 super cash.

                      Sir I have paid my bill through bajaj wallet mobikiwik killbill code amount Rs 1270 on 29 Nov at 8.37 pm even my money is debited Frm my account but there problems is that my bill is showing not paid pls give me a receipt or credit my money to my account it's very otherwise I will have to make a complaint against the appp i[censored] r detibing the money so pls give a receipt and its not a small amount it's a big amount I even sent so many emails but no proper reply cannot ever trust this company again it's my request pls give my amount back

                        Have made premium to Bajaj allianz life insurance through mobikwik but to our surprise after few days Bajaj allianz denied that they have received any payment. Amount was reflecting in HDFc credit card statement but mobikwik denied it. As per them it got refunded back which never happened.have raised tickets so many times. Their customer support number is automated and asks to raise query on app.

                          Complaint # 9699639 ft 11/11/18 and 9799705 ft 23/11/18.
                          Sir, mobikwik wallet have cheated me of rs 951.76 paid by me to them on 17.10.2018 for onward payment to 1mg.com for purchase of medicine. However due to payment not reaching 1 mg at that time, i cancelled my order and asked for refund. After a lot of efforts, 1 mg refunded the money to mobikwik and confirmed via email that i have forwarded to mobikwik. However, mobikwik are giving me false replies and not credited/ refunded my payment till date.
                          Please help. Thanks a lot.

                          They have not provided any channel for telecon or escalation of a complaint. Very difficult to deal with them as they WRONGLY mark the complaint ticket as Resolved.

                            I have a merchant account with mobiwik. I got two payments of rs. 1050 and 2000 on dated 02.12.18 and one payment of rs. 1000 on dated 03.12.18 in my mobiwik account but but today fifth day and payment is not credited into my account yet. And i tried to contact mobiwik at their contact number but not get any response from that. They not picked my call and ended without any response.

                              (1).MobiKwik authority was offering upto₹250 cashback offer on link bank account..so l linked My bank account with MobiKwik app..but MobiKwik didn't give me any available cashback offer.(2).also MobiKwik was offering upto₹250 cashback offer on money transfer/transaction... which is available the minimum transaction₹5000...so I have already 3 money transaction but MobiKwik authority didn't given me that cashback offer... so I want to get all cashback offer from MobiKwik authority.

                                (1). Mobikwik authority was offering upto-₹250 cashback offer for bank account lnik. So i linked my bank account details but mobikwik authority didn't give me no that cashback offer. (2). Also mobikwik authority was offering upto-₹250 cashback offer for minimum transaction ₹5000. I done that but no cashback offer me. (3). I have already done 3 money transfer/ transaction but i haven't get no cashback from mobikwik authority.

                                  My kyc is pending your agent didn't approve my kyc... I want transfer my money to bank urgently.. From last 4 days i daily send my complaints but i didn't get any response from your customer care... Your service is very pathetic your customer care didn't receive my call after holding 2 hours.. Service is very poor your app didn't help any problem and your customer care number are mostly wrong numbers your mention online.

                                      I added rs 2000 through my credit card into mobikwik wallet on november 30 2018. I tried to transfer this amount to my bank account of sbi. Money got deducted from my wallet but not credited to my bank account. Bank told me to contact mobikwik. I have contacted mobikwik several times. No response from mobikwik.                                         I made a credit card payment from my mobikwik upi on 16th nov 18 and the amount is rs 2332 and the amount is debited but not credited to my sbi credit card account. The mobikwik help says that transaction is successful please contact your bank.
                                        My icici bank confirmed that the amount is credited in [protected]@hdf/bhilwara urban branch and merchant rrn#[protected] same time my sbi says that any amount from mobikwik...
