I am sayanna, i made a money transfer of 5174.05rs from mobikwik wallet to bank on 21st nov2018. While sending the amount at the last minute error came. Amount deducted from my account still not refunded or credit to my account. I am praveen jainapur, my dth card number 95572870. I was rechaged through mobik. I was recharged 400 rs on 15/11/2018. And super cash 200 added in my account. But my videocon dth card not active. Still not get recharge. Total 10days over still not get.

Most humbly and respectfully i beg to say that on 23rd of november, 2018 i have made a mobiqwik upi transaction of rs5060 with my friend. After making the transaction the money got deducted but did not get transferred and in my bank passbook, the transaction of rs5060 showed but do not showed the transaction id.
So, i request to you that please resolve my problem by refunding the transaction amount.

I m unable to contact the customer care of mobikwik, there is no registered no. I am highly unsatisfied with the response there was unauthorized transaction which happened last month from my account on mobikwik wherein i don't even have the account.

I tried calling several times to mibikvik customer care buy failed to get through. This is really disappointing, i need an immmediate action on this....

Whenever i do link my adhar card to mobikwik wallet and i tap verify via otp... It displays sorry this service is currently not available. Why? Because of that i'm not able to transfer money to my bank.. And the big amount gone stuck in vain. Why cant you avail the service? Why cant i transfer money to bank in mobikwik... I had booked the flight ticket (Spicejet) through mobikwik wallet and also cancelled the ticket on 1st nov but still cancellation amount is not refunded into my mobikwik wallet. This is so unfortunate that we as a customer are getting the worse customer services ever.

I uploaded money in my wallet so that i could start using mobikwik.

I wanted to use the wallet for couple of transactions like ordering online food, petrol etc but neither i can able to use money on any merchant nor i can make any bank withdrawal.

It's been more than a week i am struggling...
