An order was placed in Myntra with Mobikwik Zip payment. Then I cancelled the order and Myntra credited the amount wirh the original payment method that is the Mobikwik. But the amount wasn't updated in Mobikwik website.

Myntra message-
Hi, we have successfully processed your refund for your cancelled order (order no.121649045227881151801). The ARN number for your refund is[protected] and refund amount is Rs. 473.00. - Team Myntra.

    Suddenly when I saw my zip balance all my money was used in BHarat petroleum, reliance power etc and the amount was about 39000, why I will pay If i never used this ease help me reg this

A sum of Rs.1193 =00 debited from my ICICI card ending with number 3006 towards payment of my electric bill, but not reflected in my mobikwik account. The ref. number is [protected].           I tried to pay a rent at 7.45 pm on 11/10/2022 amount of 39000 with a charges of 920 rupees. But the same amount deducted from my Credit Card but not show any where of mobikwik transaction history.

            Wallet, amount debited from my card but transaction is not successful. Amount is also not credited to beneficiary account. When I checked the app, there is no history of this transaction. So, I'm not even able to raise a complaint from mobikwik app. Raised issue at Mobikwik twitter account

              Few days ago i bought a pair of pants for 900rs from local vendor and returned that products after few days because of some issue, the actual problem is with Mobikwik, I paid the vendor from Mobikwik Zip and after returning the product the vendor refunded the money through Paytm business app but i didn't recieved any kind of refund. Even Mobikwik's customer care number also busy for a long time which makes suspicious.

              Why tweet, I don't use it. Is that u will not resolve my issue.

              On 7th of Oct 2022 I made a wallet payment of 596 and next movement I paid my airtel bill of 580 via same app or wallet. On 16th same month I am getting a bill of 680 plus service charge of 17 Rs even after paying to wallet from my own pocket. All of my transactions are safe with me.

                Payment not credited to beneficiary account

                Transfered payment thru card via mobikwik wallet, amount debited from my card but transaction is not successful. Amount is also not credited to beneficiary account. When I checked the app, there is no history of this transaction. So, I'm not even able to raise a complaint from mobikwik app. Raised issue at Mobikwik twitter account but not getting any response since 5 days. Could you please resolve this issue and provide the refund....

                Ref: My login phone no. [protected]

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                With reference to the above subject, I am unable to access my login account. During adding the money on 30.9.22 into my wallet & successfully added the money into the wallet, but I unable to transfer my money from wallet to my Bank account. During transferring the said amount, suddenly the account appear to asking login my account. Whenever, I was trying to access my login account & automatically adding my OTP as a mandatory, but it was showing "user is disable" However, I tryied to attempt so many times to access my login account but showing same message. I am not yet access to login my account.

                You are requested to please do the needful so that I may enable to access login my account immediately & ensure me for the same as early as possible. Due to festival season, my hardcore amount is blocked now, please consider the matter on most urgently.

                  I paid the sum of 1105 as zip repayment for mobikwik lender is idfc bank but the payment made for repayment is not updated dated 20 June 2022. So I spoke to customer support executive they told me to pay it again that previous transaction amount will be refunded back to source account, so I paid the bill again then it reflected but till now that amount which I paid first is not updated or refunded to me till now it's almost 4 months now.

                  I need my refund or adjust that in my zip account. It's already 4 months till now, I will proceed legally with our family advocate.

                    Hi,

                    I've ordered some items worth 1202.92 in Ajio using Mobikwik wallet on 5th Oct. Since the money is not available in wallet, I've added the money to wallet using my debit card ending 4644.

                    Amount is debited from my account but transaction is not successful. When I checked the app, there is no history of this transaction. So, I'm not even able to raise a complaint from app. Could you please resolve this issue and provide the refund for the same.

                      I have paid my dew amount of rs 1372 on 5 th October of this month on mobikwik by phone pay and in the mobikwik app also it has shown money paid successfully but the next day they have initiated me rs 354 of dew amount after paying the amount in given time also they are initiated me penality and I got the message to pay the money 1726 rs. Which I not used

                            Hyy sir,

                            Myself narendra Kumar I was making a payment on ZestMoney via mobikwik wallet on 05 Oct 22
                            By my axis bank credit card ending with xxxx 9194
                            When I was on payment page I had submitted the otp and transaction was done successfully they money was debited from my card
                            But same money was not credited anywhere and the status of that payment is also not available on MobiKwik app .
                            So it’s requested that same money of MRP 3400.94 only to be refunded to me shortly
                            My mobikwik wallet mobile no [protected] and the transaction was done at 22:48 Hrs on 5 Oct 22

                            Another transaction for same money was got successful on 22:53 hrs

                            But on both time my money was debited from the card

                            Soo Plzz make a refund shortly

                                This is a complaint regarding the loan from mobikwik Application
                                Loan account number: LM00979273

                                In the last month while i am checking on the loan terms in the Mobikwik Application on my phone, They credited rs[protected] rs of loan amount but i got credited only this amount) in my bank account without any confirmation. Actually i don't want that loan. Because of that im try to reach mobikwik customer support team as much i possible. But they won't have a proper customer support team and i am unable to reach them.

                                In this month (2022 October ) 5th was my first emi due date. So i maintained more than the emi amount of rs 11076. But they won't autodebited the amount from my account and it getting bounced.

                                What can i do?
                                Help me to resolve this issue and take necessary action against this type of frauds.

                                      13th August 9:03 Am with transaction I'd P2P-1660381393488315040162
                                      And on
                                      31st August 6:27 PM with transaction I'd P2P-1661970473488315040167

                                      And on today 4th October even after approx 2 months I've not got the money credited into my account.
