Sir, i had made a transaction of rs. 810 on 7 oct 18.. It was order no. [protected] through mobikwik for gullybaba publishing house.. Money was deducted bt transaction was not successful.. I got a msg from mobikwik that refund of money has been initiated.. Bt still money is not refunded even after 7 days... Kindly look into the matter..! I m annexing the snapshot of the order..!...

I have made a payment of 13000rs on dated 11 oct18 in credit card with mobikwik no[protected]. But due to not having money in account i have requested to others upi
For money [protected]@ikwik. He accept the request and made payment successful
But same is not credited to card accountbr...

By mistake i have made payment of rs. 2200 through my mobikwallet to airtel post paid no. [protected] (actually this number is prepaid mobile of my son) . Post paid number air tel [protected] is no longer existing.

When i realized my mistake, i have lodged complaint many times. Mobikwik ticket id: 9418875 & 9429393 and today no. 9479039/15.10.2018. I don't know how to see the feed back.

Would appreciate the amount....

I pay my icici bill payment of month sep 2018 of rupyee 4000/- on 16 sep 2018. But payment is deducted form my account but bill is not paid. Nor my mobikwik invoice is genrated.

Now next bill is added last bill payment and delay charge.

I contact help and support but not respond plz slove this issue.

My account is disable but now im in need as bajaj finserv is linked with mobikwik so, i don't know reason for disable but kindly help me to get m account back. I tried to reset password but on the top page it says user disable and inside says new password set instruction has been sent but i did not got any mail even checked spam... I thought that mobikwik is like other wallets which give you cashback which can be used later. Mobikwik turns out to be the greatest cheating company. Never ever use mobikwik. You'll get supercash which you will never and nowhere can use. Such a cheat. It should be banned by govt. Go for any other app like paytm or phonepe or amazon pay or anything except mobikwik....

As per your mobikwik post paid recharge terms we should recharge a week before the date of the payment to be done.
Accordingly i had done the payment few days before the due date it didn't get recharged. The money came back to the account. This has happened twice already.
I need a reply for this as mobikwik wont be of any use to me if these issues keep occurring again and again.
I cant even take the money to my account...

There was any option of cash back

When i had make payment of dish tv, after some time they give me cash back, but after 24hrs

When i see the balance of mobikwik, it was 0.00

Is it offer for make fool of customer???

I have not received my transferred amount of 500 in my bank account yet.. Reg mob no.[protected].. Transaction date-20/09/2018... I have many times try to contact but no any response almost 22 days i don't received my transferred amount so plz solve my problem quickly.
