I top up with rs 2600/- and from then i am not able to use this money. Every time i got a massage that service is unavailable. Mobikwik has no customer care no. They dont even reply on mail also. I want my money back.
Fake customer care no listed on webside, which is never usable. Worst experience with mobikwik.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      My kyc cannot be done, tried many times says service currently unavailable. Have added 10000 to wallet but unable to transfer to account because of kyc verification. Please do the needful so that i can use mobikwik after kyc. Cant do transactions with so less limit. Need it to get rectified asap. I tried contacting customer care no hope on that i tried help section in app but there also no reply been so many days

        Hello everyone has my transaction got failed of 4000 rupees and till now i have not received the amount. So please check and refund my amount immediately n and i m trying to contact many time and i was on line from 15 min and they are not receiving the call and i hope there is no customer care for mobikwik only to make people fool they kept customer care number and i have to get 4200 rupees.

          I had initiated a credit card payment transaction three days back. This transaction got declined on the app. My money got debited from my account. I need an update on the same. Also i am not able to see any refund initiated from mobikwik to my bank account.

          Attached are some details & sms updates on this transaction.

          Dear customer, txn of inr 4, 194.00 done via debit card of acct xx5100 on 16-oct-18. Info: iin*mobikwik. Avbl bal:inr 2, 10, 658.13.

          I have lodged an email complaint to the below email id's : [protected]@mobikwik.com, [protected]@mobikwik.com, [protected]@mobikwik.com.

          No action has been taken so far. They are big cheats robbing people of their earnings.

          Both the customer care numbers provided do not respond : +[protected] ; +[protected]

          I need an immediate update on this matter and strict action to be taken against such crooks.

            After complained in this page about 10 days ago I refund my Rs297.But Rs500is not refund which was sent my mobikwik account[protected] linked uco bank 0905...9917to my another mobikwik account [protected] linked bank account SBI 3228...676 on 29.09.18.at10.20 to11.00p.m.The transaction I'd is[protected].Ihave complained many times inmobikwik customer feedback but no approach is that I refund my sending money I.c.Rs500 in my account.

                I was making a payment for online purchase through mobikwik waleet.. The order was not made but payment was deducted from my account.
                Initially the mobikwik was showing that rs. 1825 added in your wallet, due to cancellation of order. But after few minutes, tgere was nothing in my account...
                It has been more than 10 days, i haven't got my amount back...
                This is the reason i can't rely on mobikwik anymore... Not using it in future.
                And also, i want my amount back.

                    I tried to recharge my mobile number, the money got deducted but recharge failed, I tried to reach customer care number around 100 times, but they are not responding, disappointed!!!

Money was deducted bt transaction was not successful.. I got a msg from mobikwik that refund of money has been initiated.. Bt still money is not refunded even after 7 days...                           I did a mobile recharge on 07.10.2018 by mobikwik.Rs 399/- was deduct from my savings account but my mobile was not recharge.
                          I had a recharge of 399 rupees in my Geo SIM with Mobikiqui but the recharge was not done. And my account was also cut off.

                              By mistake i have made payment of rs. 2200 through my mobikwallet to airtel post paid no. [protected] (actually this number is prepaid mobile of my son) . Post paid number air tel [protected] is no longer existing.

                              When i realized my mistake, i have lodged complaint many times. Mobikwik ticket id: 9418875 & 9429393 and today no. 9479039/15.10.2018. I don't know how to see the feed back.

                              Would appreciate the amount. 2200 credited back to the original mode of payment made or to mobikwik wallet, which is wrongly made. Sorry for the confusion

                                I have used Debit debit card recharge for 210, 210, 270, 300, 300 = 1290 but the process of recharge has not been processed, but the money from the bank account was not updated in the wallet on 10.10.2018 by the date of debit date, then I check my bank Account Account Service Turn my money back into my account

                                    I thought that mobikwik is like other wallets which give you cashback which can be used later. Mobikwik turns out to be the greatest cheating company. Never ever use mobikwik. You'll get supercash which you will never and nowhere can use. Such a cheat. It should be banned by govt. Go for any other app like paytm or phonepe or amazon pay or anything except mobikwik.

                                      For money [protected]@ikwik. He accept the request and made payment successful
                                      But same is not credited to card account

                                      Resolve the issue why payment got delayed.
