From my sbi account [protected] five fraud transactions of Rs.64, Rs.10000, Rs.2000, Rs.4000, & Rs.300 has been done thru debit card(XXXXXXXXXXXX3187) without sharing card details including o.t.p. on 18.04.2018 at about 16:30 to 17:30 hrs. A mobile call was received telling that that there is job vacancy at singpore and you have to pay only Rs.64/- for medical check up. They gave site for paying money I entered 1 USD (Rs.64) and after 15 minutes o.t.p was received. They kept me busy in talking and transferring call from one person to other and to other. When I saw there are many o.t.p and transactions about 17:30 hrs, immediately I call sbi customer care and blocked debit card and made complaint to them but they could not registered my complaint as there system was not working. Today I mate sbi bank manager he told to make complain in this site.

So I request you to kindly take action against frauders and bring my money back.

    I ordered something in FirstCry.com and made payment via Mobikwik. In this wallet I had supercash rewards which usually will be utilized during payment for about 10% of supercash and rest will be via normal payment from wallet or via credit/debit cards. But instead o[censored]tilizing the supercash full payment was taken from the wallet. When I questioned to support they were saying currently they are running a program which will only earn supercash so balance supercash will not be utilized. But refer attached offer for FirstCry, I didnt use the promo code during the transaction, which means I shouldnt be getting supercash for this transaction but its suppose to use the existing earned supercash balance. But support is keep on giving the same answer and they sticking with their answers.. which is really disguising.

      I paid my electricity bill with amount of rs 1225.25 using mobikwik app. But after some time i got message that your bill payment has failed and your amount has been refunded to bank. But still i don't get any refund. Even i raised two tickets but still their status showing is in progress. Please do the needful asap and refund my money.

        Please note that even after i have not set any transaction pin, they are asking for it every time. It is quite obvious that i would not know the pin as i have never set it... Now they ask for last five digits of my pan card. Come on i cannot forget my pan no. Which i have to use almost everyday... The pan number is also not matching!!! After that they block my wallet for "incorrect pin" and now they asking for my bank statement! Why a bank statement is required while there are so many ways for second level security otp to mobile/ email. And the worst thing is that they do not provide a direct contact for customer care. You have to wait for there sweet time to reply to your "ticket". And after waiting for 4-5 days you receive some foolish answers like "provide your bank statement"

        I am not going to provide my bank statement as i am not sure why they need that for my security! I know i will have to forget my wallet amount but i will not put my lakhs of rupees in my account at stake for thousands in my wallet.

        I do not expect any reply from mobikwik on this and i know i will not be replied. I just wanted to make india (Whoever reads this complaint) know that mobikwik is a fraud company... Beware of them

          Still i don't get my refund. I made a transaction from irctc on 24 march 2018 via sc net banking from mobikwik, but the transaction was failed and amount 2850 rupees is deducted from my account. I called irctc and they said that we processed your refund in your bank on 26 march 2018 and they gave me a refund reference i'd to tracks my refund amount

          Still I don't get my refund. I made a transaction from IRCTC on 24 March 2018 via SC Net Banking from mobikwik, but the transaction was failed and amount 2850 rupees is deducted from my account.I called IRCTC and they said that we processed your refund in your bank on 26 March 2018 and they gave me a refund reference I'd to tracks my refund amount

            This is to state that i did a transaction to pay the pspcl bill the transaction got failed but amount was deducted from my wallet i have already confirmed from the (Pspcl & bill desk) both of them confirm that the transaction was not successful hence the amount should have been credited to my wallet but after so many complaints at your portal i have still not got my money back kindly look into this matter and credit my money back as soon as possible otherwise i will be forced to lodge a complaint against you

              My wallet is too old i already verified with aadhaar then also my wallet disabled by this fraud company, immediately provide my account activated fast and also i advice all bycott mobikwik wallet because this is fraudster company!
              In my account nearly 3000 /- rupees balance, immediately refund the wallet amount to my bank with penalty of rs: 10000 /- as inconvenience caused to me in this regard!

                Indian government introduced 16 digit virtual id cards on 4-4-18 to retain the privacy of the citizens (Required to submit documents at such merchant sites). It is a welcome decision by rbi against the arguments raised by customers transacting at such third party sites. Government has full right to regulate the citizens but why private parties should have access to our personal data is really questionable.
                Mobikwik is the only company insisting on kyc update by 12 digit aadhar verification through otp and has not provided any clause for verification through the virtual id introduced recently by the indian govt. When rbi has legislated such a move how can individual companies insist on verification as if they were the ruling government themselves?
                Paytm alsoinsists on biometric verification or e kyc but that is not proper i suppose.
                Govt. Should ask these companies to accept verification through virtual aadhar id cards-after all what purpose they have in their mind to procure customers data?
                Mobikwik has forfeited our supercash (A special type of cashback with limited usage) even for cashbacks earned in february and were expiring on 15-4-18-a time when wallet restrictions were not levied by the government — my earnest request on behalf of all my friends, fellow colleagues and family members to intervene instantly and stop such policies which are against the general public interest

                Why the UIDAI has not instructed Mobikwik to update their softwares to update KYC through virtual card no.generated from UIDAI site till now-Mobikwik is adamant on verification through 12 digit Aadhar card no.only -Amazon has considered other ID proofs like driving licence, voter ID, etc for KYC updation and I don’t think mobikwik is in any way superior to Amazon -Amazon being a world wide company is not insisting on Aadhar only and transactions can be done smoothly by customers -please check mobikwik from following such unfair practices

                Mobikwik still insisting on Aadhar for KYC -not accepting other government ID proofs -very adamant and fraud company and thinks it is superior than government legislations and rulings.
                It has eaten up lots of our cashbacks already and in anticipation of the virtual Aadhar ID submission has preponed the expiry dates of supercash from 15-6 and 15-7 to 1-6-18 do that it is able to eat up the rest of our cashbacks-instead of simply informing them why can’t you reply to us atleast in brief.
                Informing them serves no purpose -you should take action against such fraudsters -Paytm has updated our KYC by accepting DL, Voter ID, etc but mobikwik won’t budge -it is clear that it's objective is to eat up customers earned money -it thinks it will prosper by eating customers money but doesn’t realise that customers are the basis of its profits -even the supercash can be used only for restrictive purposes like food, etc not fir paying bills except upto a maximum of Rs.100 in a month.I would request you to kindly take action against them and file a suit against them instead of allowing a free hand in doing whatever it likes.

                Tried so many times to call the mobile nos. given for mobikwik and also the no. given for nodal desk many times but they can never be connected-it is the worst company following all unfair practices -they state in their terms and conditions that a aadhaar based full KYC updated customer can do 3 transactions per day to use supercash but today my accountant could manage only 2 from his account.
                They are showing 15% usage at Baskin Robins and 10% at Bhoopeeco pharmacy but allowing only Rs.50 whereas 15% works out to be Rs.333 and 10% works out to Rs.222

                By postponing the virtual aadhaar Id for authentication by 1 month to July1 the UIDAI has encouraged this fraud company to further eat up our cashbacks(which they have done to quite an extent as would be clear if you could read the customers reviews)for another one month-the company is not at all about the customers and is forfeiting their cashback money (with stupid expiry dates which they have preponed to 1-6-18 for supercash expiring during next 2 months).
                I would sincerely request the government to stop this company from following sucgh mal practrices and to force them to refund all the money which they have retained by way of supercash expiry and scratch cards which can't be redeemed due to their vague definition of Full KYC through only Aadhaar and not other other ID proofs(all other big companies are not insisting on Aadhar but Mobikwik would not budge

                Still although mandatory mobijwik is a company which has not yet allowed KYC through virtual aadhaar id although it has been made mandatory since 1-7-18.
                They have not updated their apps and UIDAI has not taken any action against them

                They are eating away our cash back moneys every month on the pretext of not full kyc verified and not accepting virtual aadhaar verification -olease see the attachments as to how much they are swallowing by showing our super cash as expired by preponing the expiry dates and acting against public interest in a democracy like ours

                Further cashback cannot be treated as something else and should be same as cash -no other kind of treatment is justified-never heard that even cashbacks earned can expire

                  My userid is chehakaggarwal.[protected]@gmail.com. The number from which i use my wallet is 8699****11.I have completed kyc and updated and verified my aadhaar details as well.I have been using mobikwik since 2-3 months. I have a balance of 12000 rs now and since yesterday suddenly I am not able to log in to my account as it says 'User is disabled' on entering otp. No one is able to transfer money into my account as well. I have over 12, 000 rs balance in my account. Once the customer has large money in wallet, they disable it to cheat the customers. Fraud company. I need my money back.
                  They are not responding to any emails, and all there customer care numbers are not functional.

                      I am totally frustrated with Service which is Mobikwik is providing me now.

                      1) I got a message regarding loan and applied for the same, after whole process at time of transfer money got to know that amount is non -transferable for bank account.

                      2) Are you kidding with me 50000 loan amount just for online mobikwik use and for that I need to pay EMI with interest.
                      3) When tried on customer care number, never no one responded.
                      4) When raised concern tickets 8177648 and 8159534 after 7 days is says we don't have a service for this issue and my 50K is still in app.

                          Sir i rechagre on wrong number please help me to refund money. That person i recharge wrong he / she is agree to take back recharge so sir please help me to refund my money because i recharge on somebody else number i am your new coustomer i recharge first time from mobikwik. Once my friend had done this same mistake but that app had refund his money back

                              I have tried to order a dumbbell set from the site ebay.in using the mobikwik wallet but the payment is unsuccessful and the balance is deducted from my account please refund it immediately i need to order that product now my transaction id is lmbk[protected].                                   I had made a payment to bescom on 12th march towards payment of electricity bill, through mobikwik. The transaction went through smoothly. However, the amount has not been reflected in bescom and they have sent a the april electricity bill adding the march bill amount. Summary order # mk[protected] date 12 mar 2018, 09:32 pm

                                  Mobikwik cannot be contacted by customer care number. To the complaint raised on its site, they keep saying it is resolved without paying bescom or refunding the money to my account. The e wallets lure people by paying pittance cash backs and then possibly cheat people in due course. I hope that rbi and the government bring in safeguards to safeguard the interest of the common people.

                                    I did a recharge for 399 on my jio number. The amount has been deducted and the recharge is still not reflecting... Worst experience and no way to contact customer care... And i m really pissed off and i want it to be resolved at the earliest..

                                    The amount got deducted within a fraction of seconds and recharge is not done yet and there is no way to get in touch with customer care.

                                    Worst payment gateway to fool people.

                                      I have furnished my kyc details on day one when i registered for my new account about a month back. Still the updation of kyc status is pending from their end and i am being told that an official will verify my biometric after turning up at my home address failing to materialise the same for a long time now in spite of repeated requests. As a result of non-updation of kyc status, i am not able to transfer a lump-sum amount of money to my bank account from my mobikwik wallet which is only allowed to the kyc compliant customers.
                                      Another issue is with regard to refund against the purchase of an item from ebay using mobikwik wallet which was subsequently returned undelivered from my end to the seller. I made the purchase on 11.03.2018 for a combo of flip cover and tempered glass of xiaomi redmi 5 smartphone and the amount of rs. 187 paid from mobikwik has already been refunded by ebay vide reference number lmbk[protected] on 24.03.2018, but the amount has not been credited to my mobikwik wallet as yet.in this regard, i would also like to draw your attention to the fact i make make all payments from my sbi credit card while using mobikwik wallet and don't utilise the wallet balance of mobikwik to materialise the transactions. Yet the mobikwik wallet first adds the transaction amount to its wallet when i attempt to make the purchase or recharge using my debit card and then uses the money in the wallet to make the purchase instead of allowing me to debit the transaction amount directly from my credit card as allowed by other e-retailers like amazon, flipkart, snapdeal, amazon, paytm, etc. As a result, if there is a refund against the purchase, due to cancellation or return of the item, the refund goes to mobikwik wallet instead of being credited to the primary source i. E, my sbi credit card. While other e-retailers directly refund the amount in my credit card in case of reutun or cancellation of an item, mobikwik fraudulently credits the refund in its wallet even though the purchase was not materialised from its wallet amount in the first place. It automatically adds the money from the credit card in its wallet and then utilises the amount in its wallet to pay for the transaction which is absolutely a deceptive practice. Now, when i am trying to transfer the lump-sum refunds credited to my wallet to my bank account, i am not being allowed to do so due to non-kyc compliance though i have updated the details from my end almost a month back.
                                      It is a fervent appeal to you to help me get my refund of rs. 187 and also resolve other issues plaguing me thus obliging me in the process.

                                        This is praful m, my father got call from fraud person number [protected], saying that he is calling from sbi bank, and asked my father to share otp, so my father unknowingly shared otp on 11th april 2018, and amount of rs15000 is debited from my dad account. Kindly help us regarding this fraud, kindly reply to my mentioned email id. Thanks.
