I am using mobikiwk app on 3 april 2018 for rs 5150 for my sb account transfer but till now i didnt receive the amount i have also verified both in wallet and also in my account statement not receive the amount
I verfiy the history transfer to account but i open the menu its not shows invoice bill herewith enclosed the ac statement..

The electricity bill jusco business partner numbe [protected] amount 621/has been paid through mobikwi wallet;but due to mobikwi server problem despite of payment my bill has been not paid.
Mobikwi accepted their fault and show that rs 621/- has been refunded. But wallet amount rs 258/has been credited and t my rest amount of rs 363/-which is deducted through debit card has been not credited into my bank account....

Hi iam using mobikwik wallet for many years. I have around 750 in my supercash balance. But everytime i make a payment online or recharge the mobile no supercash will get deducted. I cant able to use even 1% of supercash for online merchants like ebay, myntra shopclues and nowhere. I got loan from mobikwik wallet of 60, 000/- with 6months emi monthly emi of 10700/- but it got credited 58700 to wallet by taking 1200 as first emi. Ok let it be but the amount has been credited to wallet not to my bank and it can't be transferred to your bank account. You have to use it only for shopping where mobikwik partners are available.in chennai mobikwik users are very rare how i can use it moreover that for online shopping only...

My bank account got debited for am of 833 on 6.4.2018 at 1pm. But my mobikwik wallet didnt reflect any amount nor did my recharge was done. I need refund of the amount as soon as possible. And neither mobikwik history shows any transaction as to whether the payment is done or failed.. Neither there is any message for payment successful nor for payment failed.. Just my bank ac got debited where is my money??...

After lodging complaints twice you are not responding till.
I am surprised about your service that after taking my hard earned money you are neither refunded nor contacting me. Contact nos on web are fake....

Mobikwik is a super fraud company. Supercash is the biggest scam right now in the wallet space. They give huge supercash in name of of cashback most of which is virtually not usable at all.
Mobikwik's terms and conditions change every month.
From unlimited cashback usage 3 years back, they have stooped so low by first restricting usage to 20%, then 10% and now 5%. And restricted usage with expiry dates

Done a dth recharge transaction via one mobikwik. Transaction failed but money deducted from account. It's been more than 5 days and no response. Complaint raised via their chat service but no response.
Their service is the worst one i ever encountered with. They don't have a customer care cell where we can raise complaints. Their chat support is worst.
Requesting all to remove the mobikwallet the worst...

I had given order for electricity bill payment but it had been failed i don't know what was the reason i ordered on 13th march i received email that you will get refund of ₹790/- within 7 to 10 days but uptill now i didn't get any amount. In history, it shows inr 5000 added successfully and in next transaction it shows "wallet debit against bank transfer recovery" and inr 4999 is deducted from the wallet. There is no invoice or detail of this transaction. I've tried contacting customer care but so far i haven't got any response....

Yesterday morning i initiated transaction of rs4000 with processing charges rs120 which is rs 4120 in total to canara bank account but it's failed and no response or even invoice is not there for that particular transaction. It's more than 24hours and i logged twice help tickets but no reply yet.

When will this be resolved and when will the money be refunded?...

I have made two transactions to BSNL on 02 March 2018 from Mobikwik. Both failed. But the amount not credit back to my account even after 1 month. No response for the ticket registered on the customer care service (Ticket #8110996).

This is regarding my order towards grofers where i paid 1505/- through mobikwik.
Transaction failed and order could not be placed but mobikwik deducted my money and did not refund it even after more than a month.
I have repeatedly raised a ticket but of no use.
I need my money back. Mobikwik has not shared any customer number on app where i can connect with them.

Please help.

Today 2nd april 2018, i did two transactions (Of rs 600 and rs 100 respectively) for adding money to my mobikwik account wallet linked to my number : [protected] but the money didn't update in my wallet although it got deducted from my sbi account, in both transactions.
Please look into the matter and make the refunds as soon as possible. These kind of issues are pretty annoying....

Please do not download mobikwik - it keeps on giving supercash to make people fool as there is no where we can use them - its just a eye wash and luring customers by saying 100% cashback - # mobikwik

When i tried to register for kyc with aadhar via manual check it says no service, when i try to use it in any local kirana shops and petrol pumps they say mobikwik cheats even vendors and not pay them as well - looks like brother...
