You get the cash back offer to jio first recharg to mobikwik app through 348 & higher recharg, i have done to 498 jio first recharg on mobikwik, but aftet recharg you dn't get cash back offer to me.. i request to u so plz get a cash back to my mobikwik wallet. Then a have countioune useing on your mobikwik aap other wise we will uninstall this app.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I reset my phone once. After that I am unable to sign in. My phone is windows based (Microsoft). When I try to sign in with proper Email ID and password, getting " could not connect to Mobikwik. Please check your internet connection." I had given complaints many times from this mail ID. Please give solution for my problem.
Sir i have mobikwik supercash amount and i want to convert into wallet balance. but i dont understand. how can i do this process.

    Mobikwik — Unable to use super cash, Since last few times I have tried to make payment through super cash in mobikwik, but mobikwik does not allow us to use my supercash. even i try to call customer care, but I not getting the proper way. still, I have 399 super cash in my account. but I not able to use.
    even I try to convert super cash amount to the main account balance. but it's also not done. I have also raised the concern with support team but they are not responding to me the proper way.

    plz, i want solutions about my problem.

        Should i start believing that mobikwik is a big fraud as mentioned by many users in app review and supercash is a myth... They are expiring unused...

        I hv one account on my no [protected]

        Supercash on mob no [protected] expired on 16 april - rs 1966/-
        Sc expiring on 15 may on mob no [protected] - rs 1946/-

        So, i lost rs 1966 in april and will loose rs 1946 in may as mobikwik is not giving an opportunity to use the sc.

        Pls convert...

        you are right dear mobikwik is a big fraud . my supercash has been expired . i will stop further any transaction from this site
        This is complain:when I got supercase that time not mentioned any dependencies on KYC to use supercase. Later only was mention. Mobikiwik took more then a month to update kyc.

              Hi i've booked a ticket on 22-april-2018. The following is bus ticket confirmation from mobikwik. On the date of journey 28-april-2018 i got a call from the bus operator "limo liner" saying that the bus has been cancelled due to break down issues and will refund the money to mobikwik account. But till date there's no refund to my mobikwik account (Mobile no registered [protected] / [protected]@gmail.com).
              I've raised many complaints regarding this but no reply from mobikwik customer care services yet. I have lost trust on mobikwik for such bad activities. Moreover there's no customer service contact number to call and explain the issue.
              Very poor and cunning ideology of mobikwik. I can attach the screenshots as well if there's a maid id of customer care.

              Mobikwik has refunded the money after complaining in this portal. Thanks a lot Consumer complaints. But I got many fraud / fake calls from +916203709495 and asked my bank debit details saying that he will credit money to my debit card... I got am OTP sms to transfer money from the bank to the fake caller payzapp account ( multiple times ) . I was cheated once with 734 rupees. Pls be aware of the fake callers. Do not ever share One Time Password to anyone / customer care / Bank.

              I've shared my mobile number in this complaint... why because the mobikwik customer service have not cared about my issued, so I thought at least I would get a call from mobikwik. Instead what happened ? Fake / fraud people gave me calls and looted money . If mobikwik has solved this issue I would not have made a complaint, hence only with complaints they are caring customers. Mobikwik is responsible for this loot from fake / fraud callers .
              The recharge not done for mobile but money deducted from my ICICI Bank account and my #order Id:56c26fa37065a
              Plz solw this meter b coz midal calls family below

                I have made an online transaction for ordering the food through mobikwik. But it was failed at merchant but amount was deducted from my account. But for refunding it was been more than 10 working days but refund was not made. I have approached the mobikwik chat support but not a satisfied response. Also, total there was three transactions failed but for two transactions they have refunded but for the third one no refund was made.

                  I tried to add 3222/- in my mobikwik wallet to book flight tickets from via.com, after completion the Money was debited from my bank but NOT Added to the wallet, there was neither a mail nor any message stating the fault ticket raised fr the issue[protected] but no response at all. i hope you would oneday stop using all the 3rd class service!! there are more than 100 cases that face the same issue while mobikwik does nothing ...

                    Once logout from my account l am unable to login... Everytime it shows that couldn't connect to the network... Even i have full network.. I have two accounts with different email id and mobile number...in both accounts i am facing same problem from last few days.. Please check out the matter behind login process and resolve the issue regarding login as soon as possible..

                    I did recharged to my no. [protected] (ported from voda to airtel). Through mobikwik app..but mobikwik gaves error like transaction failed after bank otp confirmation .. then instatly i got message from bank that( 499 deducted from your account. )
                    .
                    So .. this way i have lost my 499rs .. kindly request them .. to refund my money..

                      Today (7/5/18) morning at 9.14 and 9.18, i recharged my jio number [protected] delhi ncr for rs.399 twice, from my registered mobile [protected], as first recharge became negative. But after five minutes my bank union bank of india, motibah (1), new delhi deducted twice rs.399 from my account. Recharge is not yet taken place by mobikwik. The transcation got done but the money was not transferred to electricity board. electricity board said that the transaction is failed. So they refunded the money. now money is refunded from electricity board but not showing in my account.

                            I am highly disappointed with the supercash policy of MobiKwik.
                            It has been almost unusable now a days and getting expired with time.

                            For example consider the below mentioned transaction which was made via tapzo
                            Transaction Id: R6276155ACF62000FE9625600

                            It is clearly mentioned that "Supercash is applicable above Rs. 500" but supercash was not used hence I raised a ticket #8124431
                            But it gave me nothing but more disappointment.
                            The customer care people seemed they don't care at all.
                            They kept repeating the same phrase that had been trained to them and also behaved very rigid and irate, I had the feeling that they don't even bother to empathize the customer.
                            This is totally unexpected from mobikwik, how a company's policy gets changed in middle of a transaction???
                            Please check the above mentioned ticket number and go through the conversation for more clarification.

                              On 30th april i've done a recharge of jio for ₹399 and applied a coupon jiotalk according to this i should receive a cashback of₹300. The cashback is not credited to my wallet but in history it is showing that it has been given
                              But actually it was not credited

                              I've also placed my query on mobikwik application help and support but does not received any supercash
                              Look into this matter asap!

                              I recharged my sundirect DTH on 26/04/2018 worth rs 578, 209 respectively. My sundirect DTH ID. [protected]. So the recharge was failed the both money deducted from my account. I didn't get refund yet. Kindly do the needful

                                I have already lodged a complain in your site (Id no[protected] on dated 25.04.2018 that i have booked two bus ticket on dated 18.04.2018 from jaipur to kota through mobikwik of total five passanger from jai srinath ji ki travels. The date of travel is 06.05.2018. Ist tiket pnr is ts[protected]emao and the operator pnr is 147203 of two person and the amount deducted from axis bank account of rs 700/- and the transaction id is ecom pur/mobikwik/gurgaon/180418/15:19 dated 18.04.2018. 2nd ticket pnr is ts[protected]fcch and operator pnr is 146657 of total three person and the amount deducted from my axis bank account of rs 1050/-and the transaction id is ecom pur/mobikwik/gurgaon/180418/02:45 dated 18.04.2018. Early i requested to you to cancel my ticket and and refund my amount on dated 25.04.2018 and 29.04.2018. But very sorry to say neither you cancel my ticket not consult with me.                                       Supercash on mob no xxxxx11292 expired 2 weeks back - rs 280
                                      Sc expiring on 15 june on mob no xxxxx11292 - rs 400
                                      Sc expiring on 16 june on mob no xxxxx11741- rs 1444

                                      So, i lost rs 280 in april and will loose rs 1888 in june as mobikwik is not giving an opportunity to use the sc.

                                      Pls convert all sc into cash so that it can be used...

                                        On 26th of April 2018, i was trying to book a tatkal ticket on irctc app through mobikwik, the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account quoting a transaction id- IZADKEQTH3.However, the transaction details is not showing in my irctc app.It was not at all a good experience using mobikwik payment gateway.So please look into this matter and refund my deducted amount asap.
