I am highly disappointed with the supercash policy of MobiKwik.
It has been almost unusable now a days and getting expired with time.

For example consider the below mentioned transaction which was made via tapzo
Transaction Id: R6276155ACF62000FE9625600

It is clearly mentioned that "Supercash is applicable above Rs. 500" but supercash was not used hence I raised a ticket #8124431
But it gave me nothing but more disappointment.
The customer care people seemed they don't care at all.
They kept repeating the same phrase that had been trained to them and also behaved very rigid and irate, I had the feeling that they don't even bother to empathize the customer.
This is totally unexpected from mobikwik, how a company's policy gets changed in middle of a transaction???
Please check the above mentioned ticket number and go through the conversation for more clarification.

    On 30th april i've done a recharge of jio for ₹399 and applied a coupon jiotalk according to this i should receive a cashback of₹300. The cashback is not credited to my wallet but in history it is showing that it has been given
    But actually it was not credited

    I've also placed my query on mobikwik application help and support but does not received any supercash
    Look into this matter asap!

    I recharged my sundirect DTH on 26/04/2018 worth rs 578, 209 respectively. My sundirect DTH ID. [protected]. So the recharge was failed the both money deducted from my account. I didn't get refund yet. Kindly do the needful

    My transaction was failed and my balance is not credited to wallet and there is not any active customer service.
    WHY THE HELL THIS COMPANY STILL EXISTS. PLEASE BRING DOWN THIS COMPANY.

      I have already lodged a complain in your site (Id no[protected] on dated 25.04.2018 that i have booked two bus ticket on dated 18.04.2018 from jaipur to kota through mobikwik of total five passanger from jai srinath ji ki travels. The date of travel is 06.05.2018. Ist tiket pnr is ts[protected]emao and the operator pnr is 147203 of two person and the amount deducted from axis bank account of rs 700/- and the transaction id is ecom pur/mobikwik/gurgaon/180418/15:19 dated 18.04.2018. 2nd ticket pnr is ts[protected]fcch and operator pnr is 146657 of total three person and the amount deducted from my axis bank account of rs 1050/-and the transaction id is ecom pur/mobikwik/gurgaon/180418/02:45 dated 18.04.2018. Early i requested to you to cancel my ticket and and refund my amount on dated 25.04.2018 and 29.04.2018. But very sorry to say neither you cancel my ticket not consult with me.           Hi i have cancelled 3 tickets in irctc app on 26-april-2018 and i have not received my refund amount in my bank account in irctc app i can see refund status as refunded on 26-April -2018 in ZKPY Bank but not refunded in my account so please check this issue in priority .             Should i start believing that mobikwik is a big fraud as mentioned by many users in app review and supercash is a myth... They are expiring unused...

            I hv one account on my no 955xx11741 and my wife has another account on 955xx11292...

            Supercash on mob no xxxxx11292 expired 2 weeks back - rs 280
            Sc expiring on 15 june on mob no xxxxx11292 - rs 400
            Sc expiring on 16 june on mob no xxxxx11741- rs 1444

            So, i lost rs 280 in april and will loose rs 1888 in june as mobikwik is not giving an opportunity to use the sc.

            Pls convert all sc into cash so that it can be used...

            It's been, 4 month s I have my amount locked with mobikwik, the security pin got blocked temporarily, I have uploaded the documents Ashar card and bank statement, but still no response even mailed no, no customer care number working, please let me know if any way.

              On 26th of April 2018, i was trying to book a tatkal ticket on irctc app through mobikwik, the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account quoting a transaction id- IZADKEQTH3.However, the transaction details is not showing in my irctc app.It was not at all a good experience using mobikwik payment gateway.So please look into this matter and refund my deducted amount asap.

                Tried to book irctc railway ticket through mobiwik vide state bank of india net banking on 23/04/2018 the account was debited but the booking was not successful. The account was debited on 23/04/2018 but the amount for the failed transaction has not been reversed till date request reconcile and reverse further details are appended below

                Tried to book a railway ticket on 29/05/2018 using the mobiwik through sbi net banking the account was debited for an amount of rs 845.90 but the transaction was not successful request reconcile and credit the amount to the account the transaction details are attached below date of txn - 29/04/2018.

                  I have supercash of 2000+ in my account, and mobikwik as written in faq that 5% of supercash can be redeemed for all transaction. But i am unable to redeem supercash for any of my transacation from last month and supercash (1000 approx) is going to expire on 15th may, even i have sent complaint to mobikwik 2-3 times about the issue but they are closing the tickets without informing me.

                    Hello i'm using mobile ik since 2015. But the company all time failed to do well. And it always make fools to the customer. My rs 1000 has been deducted from my wallet automatically when i add money to wallet for paying the amount of rs 5999 on mi.in merchant. And transaction is failed and rs 1000 deducted for bank transfer recovery. And there are no invoice for this transaction. So i'm try to get in touch with mobikwik. There no response from other side. If able to help me. Please rise my complaint in consumer court.

                    My wallet id is disabled and not enabling, my wallet is having 10000 money in it. Even customer care also not working for the company.

                        Hi all even i am also one of the victim for this i am using mobikwik mobile wallet and my mobikwik wallet number is : [protected] of the name of satya prakash maddela and my registered email id is : [protected]@gmail.com. My mobikwik wallet has been blocked on dated 25/04/2018 and my 12000 rs has been stucked by the mobikwik team. And when i have mailed them then they are asking my bank statement and id proof, and i have given them all the docs which they had asked from me. But again they are asking my friend's id proof also. And they are doing money looting tactics with me. Kindly help me to get my money and i am personally recommend to you no one use the mobikwik wallet.
                        Kindly refund my money into my account.

                          In simple words, I would say the app is USELESS AND IT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM.

                          I bought a product at the local store and paid using mobikwik app. I have selected the store on the app and I showed it to the merchant and he confirms that it's his store before I made a payment. The amount was duducted from my wallet but the payment never went thru to the merchant account.

                          I started submitting requests about the issue from the app HELP link and nothing works.

                          In my case they started replying the same response several times asking me to contact the merchant.
                          I kept saying the same story that the payment went to an invalid number (Which is their fault without validating the merchant and listing in their app - It sounds like a SCAM). They kept asking me to contact the merchant and just closing the ticket. They are just posting the log from their database saying that the amount was transferred to the merchant. When I called the number that they gave me from their logs never worked (Fake merchant number)

                          MY EXPERIENCE:
                          This is what happening from the last TWO WEEKS

                          1. First thing is that there is no customer care contact number to talk to anyone at this company.
                          2. I sent an email to [protected]@mobikwik.com and I have never received a response. (USELESS)
                          3. They don't bother about the consumer and the problems.
                          4. There is only one way to get in touch with these guys is from the app Help link and they take forever to respond to any issue.
                          5. SuperCash - BIGGEST SCAM
                          6. I have accumulated around Rs. 1500 supercash in my wallet from the purchases but 90 percent of the stores are not accepting the Mobikwik payment mode or supercash and Eventually all the supercash expired without any use.
                          7. DON'T GET INTO THIS TRAP LIKE ME WITH THEIR USELESS OFFERS

                          FINALLY...WHERE DID MY MONEY GO?

                          What do we call it if they can't figure out where the money goes? SCAM???

                              For cancellation of Ticket, No option is popping up in your site. If a customer wants to change his program then then inform me how he will cancel his Ticket .I have booked two Tickets from Jaipur to Kota by Jai Shrinath Ji Ki on dated 18.04.2018. I want to cancel my those Tickets as my programe is changed.
                              For this i lodged a complain on dated 25.04.2018 but no reply received from your end till date. I have already given my Email address ([protected]@gmail.com & Ph.No is [protected] & [protected]).Resolve this matter as early .
                              For cancellation of Ticket, No option is popping up in your site. If a coustomer wants to change his programme then inform me how he will cancell and re book his ticket. On dated 25.04.2018, I lodged a complained and the complain ID is 1937516 but got no response from your end.
                              This type of tricky behaviour with the coustomer is not good for your company. If this matter is not resolved early as possible then I have to take my matter to social media platform .
                              I lodged a complain on dated 25.04.2018 and complain id is 1937516 for cancellation of my two tickets from Jaipur to Kota of total five passenger. After going four days no one contacted me either by phone or through Mail. For cancellation of ticket how much time will you take . I do not understand why you are delaying too much .

                                I made one transaction from mobikwik wallet to my bank. Amount was 3400/- on 21 april 2018. I still not recieved that amount in my bank. Contacted mobikwik but nobody is responding sensibly. My registered mobile number is [protected].

                                . However, no resolution still not amount have not been received first, i have been informed wait for 2 days now 5 days. I don't know what is wrong why mobikwik not sending amount or refunding to the wallet.

                                  I have given my aadhar number for my mobikwik wallet kyc verification. As my aadhar number was not linked to my mobile number i couldn’t verify it with otp. At the beginning they said there is no much difference between complete kyc & minimum kyc (Without otp verification) except send money feature. Later they have changed the rules as they wish that a minimum kyc wallet cannot use more than 100 supercash per month. Whereas full kyc user can use 1000 supercash. So i wanted to upgrade my wallet to complete kyc, so i have initiated a request for mobikwik agent for biometric verification but since 2 months there is no mobikwik agent contacted my for verification. Even the paytm verification is done within a day but mobikwik didn’t send any agent even after 2 months. So i request to delete the current kyc details so that i will update my brother’s kyc details so that i can verify it with otp. I have raised a ticket in help section of the app, to delete the current kyc. They said that they will respond to that query within 24hrs but even after 10 days of raising the complaint request they didn’t give any proper response. Please resolve my issue asap.

                                        I have transferred my amount to my bank account on saturday afternoon. The amount was 999. The amount is still yet to be credited to my account. I have raised total 3 tickets till date but no actions was taken against it.
                                        I would request you to process the amount as early as possible. Mobikwik is not providing a good customer service for which we all are facing issues.
