I ordered something in FirstCry.com and made payment via Mobikwik. In this wallet I had supercash rewards which usually will be utilized during payment for about 10% of supercash and rest will be via normal payment from wallet or via credit/debit cards. I paid my electricity bill with amount of rs 1225.25 using mobikwik app. But after some time i got message that your bill payment has failed and your amount has been refunded to bank. But still i don't get any refund. Even i raised two tickets but still their status showing is in progress. Please do the needful asap and refund my money.

Indian government introduced 16 digit virtual id cards on 4-4-18 to retain the privacy of the citizens (Required to submit documents at such merchant sites). It is a welcome decision by rbi against the arguments raised by customers transacting at such third party sites. Government has full right to regulate the citizens but why private parties should have access to our personal data is really questionable.

I did a recharge for 399 on my jio number. The amount has been deducted and the recharge is still not reflecting... Worst experience and no way to contact customer care... And i m really pissed off and i want it to be resolved at the earliest..
