Today I ordered something with the help of mobikwik zip but they are asking me 399 activation charge. Isn't it only 99 rupees and adding to that I didn't get my 100 rupees cashback either. And they are not even responding to customer care.

      I was trying to book a flight ticket for travel from Chandigarh to Patna (14th Oct, 7:45 -- flight timings) but after the payment confirmation from Mobikwik, Yatra didn't confirm the ticket.

      Note that Mobikwik has confirmed that the payment went through but Yatra doesnt show booked ticket. Please clear this up asap

          I cleared all my dues on 25/06/2022 and they blocked my account no problem with that.they didn’t pay rs 354/- against loan ending 6396 to IDFC first bank and bank reported it to cibil and my score declined by 34points and when I contacted IDFC bank they said they didn’t receive money and I should talk to MobiKwik but there number is not working and they don’t hv email on app too.
          There app also show no due(MobiKwik)

              Transaction was declined at merchant side on 4th 2022 but still my money is not refunded, so many times I asked mobikwik, they are saying refund is processed, so many days passed still the refund is not reflecting in my credit card ending with 2006 amount Rs.199

                  I have cleared my zip balance and send the required payments screenshots to the concerned team but after sending the payment screenshots they are not giving any response and not updated in my zip balance. Now it is showing too much amount to pay and my cibil is loosing score. The customer care is not responding. When I tried to open My mobiquik account it is disable and everytime I am getting messeges from mobiquik, asking to pay money.please help me resolve this issue since I lost soo much cibil score.

                    I can't withdraw mobikwik boost loan by Fullerton.when i am trying to withdraw loan then showing "this action cannot be performed from this device".but this device is same which was used for previous loan. I try for it something 9 month but no solution.and loan offer notification show many times in a day.i did many calls to mobikwik but no reply and no previous loan also was pay on time.

                        I paid rent to my landlord through my credit card, amount of 15000 rs. Along with the convince fees 354 rs. Money was deducted from my Credit Card at the time of transcation but still now my landlord didn't received money in account. In mobikwik transaction history the payment shown success. How can it possible. Please resolve my issue immediately. I have no many more standby sources of money.

                            Unauthorized credit card charges & Call

                            I had a suspicious transaction from one of the mobikwik account, the person called from saying he is calling from SBI bank and made two transaction one for Rs.19751 at 12:43 PM and Rs.15593 at 1:11 PM on 28th Sep, transaction ID shows that its OneMobiKwikSystemPLtd, If you could please help in stopping this transaction from this particular account it could be great, i can provide you the detail of where the cash credited to them from my credit...

                            Hi i am a mobikwik user for almost past 5 years,

                            Since Yesterday[protected] i started receving calls and whatsapp messages literally every 5-10 mins for clearing dues, which i clearly stated will be done within 2 days but they just keep calling from diffrent numbers.

                            Just in last 24 hours i have recieved over 100 calls,
                            If this goes on i will have to terminate the long term relationship, products and services with mobikwik.

                              Hi, I used Mobikwik but couldn't make the payment due to medical emergency because of which I had to travel and within 3-4 days of this duration, the company has reached out to my family members and my friends including my father and mother and used such a pathetic abusive language that I can even share, its so depressing for all o[censored]s and they are treating us continuously. they shout and threatened us. Specially the guy named Jaswinder Singh ([protected]) who is so rude and aggressive. Its so depressing that I can't even tell. Also the company has shared my contacts and my no to different companies so I am receiving some 40-50 calls a day and all are fake. The calls just say some random OTP for other companies that I never asked for. Please help me out.

                                I made a payment of Rs. 750 through Mobikwik But Payment Deducted from the Account but not recieve the Merchant. Trying to communicate with Mobikwik since last one month but no one is responding from there.

                                I had Recharged My Mobikwik Wallet For Rs. 750 And This Amount I Paid To Otipy Merchant But Unfortunately Balance Deducted From Mobikwik Wallet But Not Recieved To Otipy Merchant. I had Escalarate The Issue To Mobikwik On 04th September But Till Now I Didn't Get Response From Them. No Customer Care Is Supporting Me Since Last 15 Days.

                                    My money got deducted from my mobikwik wallet and not refunded.It got deducted for transaction at Blink it .But this order failed.The amount should be credited back to mobikwik wallet.Resolve this ASAP.Pathetic service.Order id is ZTBLIN-22-3867E1FDC7. 252rs should be credited back to my wallet.

                                      My name is Jasmeet singh, Initially i recieved a text from your recovery agent stating the court has issued judgement against my sister. Upon asking the courts order he started abusive and foul language regarding my sister and my mother. He also threaten us by mentioning he will see us personally. I remember his last name as Shukla and phone number is [protected]. Few of more people has added the comments regarding his foul language while check on true caller.
