Hi i am a mobikwik user for almost past 5 years,

Since Yesterday[protected] i started receving calls and whatsapp messages literally every 5-10 mins for clearing dues, which i clearly stated will be done within 2 days but they just keep calling from diffrent numbers.

Just in last 24 hours i have recieved over 100 calls,
If this goes on i will have to terminate the long term relationship, products and services with mobikwik.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi, I used Mobikwik but couldn't make the payment due to medical emergency because of which I had to travel and within 3-4 days of this duration, the company has reached out to my family members and my friends including my father and mother and used such a pathetic abusive language that I can even share, its so depressing for all o[censored]s and they are treating us continuously. they shout and threatened us. Specially the guy named Jaswinder Singh ([protected]) who is so rude and aggressive. Its so depressing that I can't even tell. Also the company has shared my contacts and my no to different companies so I am receiving some 40-50 calls a day and all are fake. The calls just say some random OTP for other companies that I never asked for. Please help me out.

      I made a payment of Rs. 750 through Mobikwik But Payment Deducted from the Account but not recieve the Merchant. Trying to communicate with Mobikwik since last one month but no one is responding from there.
      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I had Recharged My Mobikwik Wallet For Rs. 750 And This Amount I Paid To Otipy Merchant But Unfortunately Balance Deducted From Mobikwik Wallet But Not Recieved To Otipy Merchant. I had Escalarate The Issue To Mobikwik On 04th September But Till Now I Didn't Get Response From Them. No Customer Care Is Supporting Me Since Last 15 Days.

          My money got deducted from my mobikwik wallet and not refunded.It got deducted for transaction at Blink it .But this order failed.The amount should be credited back to mobikwik wallet.Resolve this ASAP.Pathetic service.Order id is ZTBLIN-22-3867E1FDC7. 252rs should be credited back to my wallet.

            My name is Jasmeet singh, Initially i recieved a text from your recovery agent stating the court has issued judgement against my sister. Upon asking the courts order he started abusive and foul language regarding my sister and my mother. He also threaten us by mentioning he will see us personally. I remember his last name as Shukla and phone number is [protected]. Few of more people has added the comments regarding his foul language while check on true caller.

            Kindly share me the details which branch he sits and what is his designation.

              Earlier in my complaint, I want to update you that initially, they have refunded 100 rs. but after this, no action took from either side except harassing me. If they can refund the small amount then they can also fetch about the remaining amount.

              I want the forum to take necessary action against them and also request to refund the amount and compensation for mental harassment for the money which I didn't use and I am getting harassed for that.

                I am totally fed up with the services of Mobikwik, as on 4th April I had fraud transactions from Mobikwik ZIP wallet all amount has been debited to some fraudsters, immediately I complaint to the cyber crime and informed Mobikwik as well by submitting all the transaction details and I have also shared them my cyber crime complaint transaction number.

                But from April onwards they are continously calling me for the payment and every time I am explaining them that this is a disputed matter which has not been resolved yet, neither from the government side nor from Mobikwik.
                All the time every executives are saying that ok, we will look into this, but again 3-4 days later they start calling.

                But tomorrow I received threat from two guys from Mobikwik, one of them was Lawyer and other was pretending to be policeman, and they threat me that I will get arrested within a day. Please cross verify them their number are ([protected] & [protected]). These guys are fraud they are not policeman or so called lawyer, they are just threatening me like goons.

                Please help me out on this, as I didn't used their money and I am getting harassed from last 3 months.

                    I referred the mobikwik app to my one of my friend and my friend is installed the app and do all procedure but me and my friend cashback is not credited yet...

                        I took 2 Loan From Fullerton India Through Mobikwik with 6 months Tenor
                        I'v made all EMI paid
                        And There is No Due. Fullerton India Already Provided Me No Due Letter

                              Need your help to Resolve my issue, Recently i am installed Mobikwik app and go for KYC i am getting Error Your Aadhar Number is already used for Others Mobile Number, How To Use My Other Number Without My permission and Knowledge use my AAdhar, pls help to Delete My aadhar details from others number, Mobikwik team Is helpless to Resolve Issue,
                              And Pls suggest to what step to Take action About Mobikwik, because in Future any Prouds done by some one I am getting trouble pls take action to Mobikwik to resolve issue or inform to close is Comapany to misusing other documents without knowledge

                                I tried to transfer money of amount rs1400 from one of my bank account to other through upi on mobikwik. Now the money has been deducted from my bank account but not credited to the other as the transaction shows in pending state. The order id on mobikwik is OMK3b1cab033ca41e and the transaction id is[protected]. The mobile number linked to my mobikwik account is [protected]. Please help. Regards 🙏

                                  Zip payment generated 7461 and i have done 5000 through upi and 2461 remaining amount through debite card but while doing this amount debited but not credited to zip and it was showing error like this"Invoice is not available for this transaction "
                                  Then, i will pay in another debit card due to zip due date. And it was successful.
                                  The issue is one amount 2461 stuck and debited from my account.

                                  Transaction date - 20sept 2022
