      I, sharadchandra tarde holding account on my mobile [protected] for mobikwik. I pay through wallet recharge mobile no.[protected] on 20 sept.17 for rs.230/-. I have contact them to remind that till date there no recharge by them. The mobikwik asked me to contact idea office to make sure about recharge but they said they did not received any amount from mobkwik for the same. It is duty of mobikwik to make sure if idea received the amount but they are asked me to conform the same, it is really ridiculous. Pl. Do the need full action against them & refund my money urgently.

      i just received call from your company [protected] & the person asked me otp which i received from SBI card, i think you should refund my money to my Mobikwik wallet urgently, pl. dont ask me OTP no.otherwise i have to raise complaint about this unprofessional business.

        I redeemed the maxgetmore points in the mobikwik wallet and my points got deducted from maxgetmore account but i didnt recieved the wallet balance in my mobikwik account. I tried calling mobikwik but they are not giving phone support called on this number several times ‭[protected]‬. I wanted to book a flight with the amount i was transferring now i am stuck i cant book the flight ticket and also there are chances if flight i am trying to book gets all booked till the time mobikwik respond so i need quick response. The amount is ₹2388. Ticket raised is #7139470

          I have an mobikwik account remaining 320 balance in this account. I can't any recharge in any number. I want add my primary number or want to receive OTP password in register email address because I have lost my registered mb number. so I can't success any recharge in my mobile number. Many times I tried to call mobikwik customer service but no any reply got said issue

          In my account having 2400 since dec 2016 but I unable to used this because it's every time gave the massage as your primary number not added but no resolution how I can I add my primary number. Pl resolve

            Mobikwik — fraud transaction with my ßsbi debit card


            I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place yesterday, using my sbi debit card. I got a call from the number [protected] the person claimed that he was calling from the sbi and that my atm card has been blocked. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As i not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, gave off the debit card number. As soon as the call was over, she got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of rs 9999. Transaction id is 075677. Kindly stop the transaction at earliest and reverse my money.

              Rs. 3100, i contact mobikwik customer care but he didn't respond.. So many members faced same problem. The mobikwik founder cheat every indian. Please block this app and arrseted him.

              I already complaint but didn't solved my problem.

                The transfers in fault to mobile no. [protected] details :-

                1. Rs. 5000/- transfered mistakenly to mobile no. Cited, vide transcn. Code 55c768baba6c8 on 26/10/2017
                2. Rs. 1389/- also transfered mistakenly as above vide code 55c7696a1eeb9 on 26/10/2017.
                Please restore the amounts again in mobikwik account balance and inform me through mobile no. [protected] and / or through my email id : [protected]@gmail.com

My account with ICICI bank has been already debited for Rs.396/- on 18.10.2017 @10.38 hours. . Please investigate.                     I made transaction to bank after that my account is disabled from 28/09/2017
                    I have a balance of rs 53 and i tried to contack them but mails are bouncing back and customer care number are put on ivr... Due to that my salary account is blocked im unable withdraw a single a rupee... Im suffering a lot for my food and petrol and im unable to pay house rent please resolve my problem

                      My mobikwik user is disabled since 2 months and i am trying to contact them from last one and a half months the consumer care portal people (Amit, vinit and sanju) are just giving a single response every time that "this issue is not under us and kindly contact the validation team" but this validation team has not yet responded me for any consultancy. They just asked me the documents which i had forwarded them the same time and they told me that i'll get a call back from validation team after verification, but instead i had contacted them more them 50 times but the validation team is not yet in the scenario, neither this team has any contact no. We only can contact them through email, this has been a headache to me, my money is also blocked there please help me regarding this issue, i am just tired of hearing the same things every time, they are such unprofessional people, their license should be blocked, not only me but many people are facing the same issue by the company.

                            I booked my bus via mobikwik on 24th of october of hans travels. I booked ac bus and they provide me non ac bus.. I was shocked when bus came. They said ma'am this is only your bus. None of the ac bus are coming. They triple charged me. Please uninstall mobikwik and never get the services from hans travels. This is the 3rd time hans travel disappoint me. You can check my ticket also.. It is clearly saying that i have booked a/c bus.

                              Sir on 4th of october and 20th of october i had redeemed my sbi points up to 4000 but the amount has not come to the wallet please look into the matter seriously as it has been so many days, this is the worst service provided by your side because whenever i call there is no response from your side i have auth code also but no calls came from your side this is really bad and i need solution quik as possible

                                  You are a mobikwik wallet account holder which has been registered by yourself providing details. You have also agreed to abide by the terms and conditions for operating mobikwik wallet account.

It has come to our notice that yourself have used mobikwik wallet account for illegal transactions whereby you have illegally transferred a sum of rs. 9000/- (Rupees thousand only) to your bank a/c no's.in multiple transactions through fraudulent use of imps facility.                                     I have paid rs. 4462.00 against electricity bill on 17.10.2017 through mobikwik ewallet to pay electricity bill at jvvnl, jaipur. But this bill is still lying pending at jvvnl, jaipur. When i try to make contact at customer care serviceof mobikwik, all customer care numbers are not working. I want to refund of rs. 4462.00 from mobikwik ewallet.

                                      My account got seixed by fir done by one mobikwik system private limited in sector 53 thana gurugram,
                                      They requested me the amount transferred to my account and i have paid the amount on 10 october, still they are not defreezing my bank neither replies on mail nor sends me the noc and receving receipt of payment, account is my loan account, now my emis are due to the seized account please unfreeze my account

                                        I made one transaction on[protected] reference number inb/[protected]/zaak e payment services
                                        Pvt. Ltd./tr767.18. Same was deducted from my account but transaction was failed and ticket was not booked on uta app. As par bank transaction was successful and money is lying with zaak e payment services
                                        Pvt. Ltd which is yet to be refunded.

                                        Please do the needful asap else i will register the complain in consumer forum
