I recharged online to my prepaid mobile for Rs.500.00 through HDFC Bank 17/11/2014 at 05:44:50 IST and I got message from HDFC Bank that shows deducted from my account, but recharge balance doesn't show the recharged amount.     Transaction Id [protected] i wanted to pay bill for no [protected] ( Vodafone Postpaid ). but anyhow automatically no has been updated and made payment for [protected], instantly i put mail on their grievance department, but no reply from their side after 3-4 days i made complaint through their website, after two days i got following reply: Dear user, Namaste! I understand that you have mistakenly done a recharge on other number. Unfortunately, the money can't be added back to your wallet as the operator has successfully processed the recharge for the number that you mistyped. Counter check your details before you pay any bill or use our recharge service to avoid any such kind of issue in future. With the right information you can do your recharge with a click successfully. Don't hesitate to contact us for any other query. With you, Your Happiness Officer, then i replied to them, hi, it was not miss type, miss can 1 -2 digital, this no is automatically updated. 2nd day this happen i am contacting your site...i sent mail to Grievance mail id, but no buddy is replying, and even there is no phone no to contact you...your prompt reply could avoid this situation...kindly add back this money.. after that there is no turn back

      Sir, For Order ID Order ID: AMBK3547094, Today I chekced with Dominos Pizza and they told that they already refunded Rs 535/- to Mobiwik Wallet. They have also provided the proof.. Here are the refund status details. Order Id:[protected] Order status: Unsuccessful Coupen Detail: Mob06(100% off) Discount amount: 535 Gross amount:Rs 535 Reverse amount:535 Net amount after discount: 522.96 Status: refunded Settlement date:8-nov-14 Refund Date: 10-Nov-14 So please check these detials from Dominos Pizza which I got refunded on 10-Nov-14 but not updated in Mobiwik wallet.               i have opened an mobikwik account with user id [protected]@gmail.com and ph no [protected] and deposited money in it .after couple of days november 8 i found my account locked giving error message userid/password mismatch. so i resetted the password . still i am not able to log in .                   Hi, my wallet was blocked on around oct 22, 2014. Balance in my account was more than 5000. I have sent many mails but I got nothing in reply. Ticket are not being replied. Ticket no. are 1455845 and 1474283. My registered mobile is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Plz consider this issue as soon as possible or I will have to go to consumer forum for compensation.

I want to request once again for following problems. I am sorry to say that we could not get any response of my e-mail from your side. I was trying to recharge my MTNL Delhi mobile ([protected]) with yearly data plan of 5, 000/- on 24 September, 2014 at 10.07 a.m.(Approx.) by your site www.mobikwik.com. Due to some electronic problem or some other problem a message was presented on my screen "unable to process". My data card was not recharged successfully. In same time we get message from Citibank "Rs.5, 000/- was spent on your credit card 5546xxxxxxxxxxx4778 on 24-SEP at www.mobikwik.com." Transaction details: Mobile No. [protected] (MTNL Delhi Prepaid) Date:[protected] Time : 10.07 a.m. My E-mail ID : sushil.[protected]@gmail.com Transaction Amount : 5000/- Credit card No. : 5546XXXXXXXX4778 (Citibank) I was expecting from your side that your firm is reputed firm and will return my amount within 10-15 days as like IRCTC or other company. That order got cancelled and m still not getting the money because its taking the invalid email ids for creating new account. for that m not able to access that account.Because there are no email ids like that which i have entered as a mistake.

                        Just got the promo details online of mobikwik that for new users there's some offer on using the coupon ULTIMATE100 added 101/- to my wallet after the first time installation of app but not when am applying the code showing like invalid cart used on last transaction, if its possible to you to provide that offer then can provide else would be uninstalling the app after the usage of the amt and will continue with other like (PAYTM, FREECHARGE) that m already using, my registered mobile number is [protected]

                            I had made an account using the number - [protected]. i had made a transaction in that very account adding 120rs in my wallet n got 120 cashback. 240rs was in my wallet.Transaction ID[protected].existing ticket number - 1377225.Now i cannot login to that account. It says invalid mail id and password.please provide me the mail id by which i can login and also a password reset link on [protected].please resolve the problem. already two of my tickets are pending. the worst experience.

                              Guys donot post your query and details regarding Mobikwik here as those collect those information and loot us from behind, so I request you guyz to please dont post here and complicate your situation. Because I observed that after I posted here for a refund issue, my account login was disabled and I get a message that all my money is transferred from my wallet to another account. Heres is my story: I purchased a product from ebay for 2500 and the transaction fails(which I feel is purposely designed), after that the comes to my wallet. I then request the support team to close my account and refund the money back to my account through several tickets but I get no response, then I post one complaint here I get a call from a guy wo claims to be a part of mobikwik team and asked all about my issue. Then he asks me for a OTP that I would receive to my mobile number to close my account, in the urge that my issue would resolve and without thinking twice I gave him the OTP and within minutes my money is transferred to another account and when I try calling back to the same number the mobile is switched off. I lost all my money I know I was a stupid to share my OTP but...mmm feels like we have to do something to nab these any one with same experince?

                                    This website is a fraud website. It claims to be a e-wallet but the amount transferred doesn't get updated also the recharge done through this website is never successful. I came to know about this after my recharge failed and I found many complaints over the web on this site. Serious action has to be taken on these fraudsters before they do further damage.
