Hi,

My number is [protected], and i made a wrong transfer of 1500 on november 4th to [protected] by mistake.. Could you please report this to mobikwik and refund my money.. Please track my email id through my number and send any communication via email as i am not in india currently. I have shifted to taiwan recently and was transferring amount to another number and transfered to [protected] by mistake. Many thanks.

    Hii,

    This is to inform you we have insatalled mobikwik app in our two wheeler showroom (Authorized with hero motocorp) for giving easy mode of payment and discount as well to the customer. There was an offer of this app that if the customer pays amount through this app they get 1500/- super cash back within 24 hours, this offer was validated from 21st september 2017 to till 21 st october 2017.
    This offer was being used by many customers of our showroom, but later on customers started visiting to showroom and asking regarding cash back which they were not getting according to offer. So, several times we have called to mr tuhin and ms. Anjali and trying to speak with them but they were not giving proper response and specific date as well. While talking with them their behaviour was very rude and giving fake commitments, we are very fed up with their service even every day customers come to showroom and quarrel with us. Still they are not getting their super cash back.

      I made irctc ticket on dated 13/10/17 for rs. 1390+gst charges and transaction id[protected] later cancelled for same 24/10/17 refund of same tell date not credited in my mobi account rs. 1325/- however as par irctc statement they have already refunded amount dated 24/10/17 bank refund txn id [protected]
      I am afraid from your poor service for refund, i suffered this type of thing before

      I tried your care no. Many times but nobody picket the phone

        I made the following payments from mobikwik wallet for which i am spend mony to get 10% cashback.           I have booked ticket via mobikwik for vijayant travels to travel on 24th oct 2017 from ahd to rajkot.
          Bus driver didnt pick me and run away and operator confirmed me to refund money but for that mobikwik has to raise request with proper explanation which was not done till date after 15 days of jorney.
          suprise is operator is ready to refund my money via mobikwik but mobikwik team is so careless and slow as they dont even call me inspite of raising tickets till now.
          mobikwik is not providing they tollfree or direct speak contact numbers and their help desk is sending simple robot reply. "your request raises, please be patient etc etc." they are so afraid to face customers because mobikwik staff is not aware how to deal with operators and merchants.
          finally after 10 days they closed my request without giving any refund and i was force to raise new ticket. I really suprise because of mobikwik mistake i take a lot off follow ups since 15days but yet no one from their help desk assuring for refund.
          i wish to raise this complain to consumer court to bide a deadline for customer complain resolution and reimberment for ignorance of our complaint.

            I have used mobikwik app to do my recharge but as i have enter my card details then the process is not done successfully and the amount is deducted from my debit card. And the recharge is not done and there is no detail about the recharge. And as i contacted to company's help on app message but didn't get satisfactory response, and the customer care no. Of the company is also not working. I have details about the money deducted by company in my account details.

                  I, sharadchandra tarde holding account on my mobile [protected] for mobikwik. I pay through wallet recharge mobile no.[protected] on 20 sept.17 for rs.230/-. I have contact them to remind that till date there no recharge by them. The mobikwik asked me to contact idea office to make sure about recharge but they said they did not received any amount from mobkwik for the same. It is duty of mobikwik to make sure if idea received the amount but they are asked me to conform the same, it is really ridiculous. Pl. Do the need full action against them & refund my money urgently.

                    I redeemed the maxgetmore points in the mobikwik wallet and my points got deducted from maxgetmore account but i didnt recieved the wallet balance in my mobikwik account. I tried calling mobikwik but they are not giving phone support called on this number several times ‭[protected]‬. I wanted to book a flight with the amount i was transferring now i am stuck i cant book the flight ticket and also there are chances if flight i am trying to book gets all booked till the time mobikwik respond so i need quick response. The amount is ₹2388. Ticket raised is #7139470

                      I have an mobikwik account remaining 320 balance in this account. I can't any recharge in any number. I want add my primary number or want to receive OTP password in register email address because I have lost my registered mb number. so I can't success any recharge in my mobile number. Many times I tried to call mobikwik customer service but no any reply got said issue

                        Mobikwik — fraud transaction with my ßsbi debit card


                        I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place yesterday, using my sbi debit card. I got a call from the number [protected] the person claimed that he was calling from the sbi and that my atm card has been blocked. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As i not have much knowledge about the internet banking process, gave off the debit card number. As soon as the call was over, she got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of rs 9999. Transaction id is 075677. Kindly stop the transaction at earliest and reverse my money.

                          Rs. 3100, i contact mobikwik customer care but he didn't respond.. So many members faced same problem. The mobikwik founder cheat every indian. Please block this app and arrseted him.

                              On date of transaction 5 jan 2016 sum 2500/- i added to mobikwik wallets ([protected]) but debited from sbi account [protected] and passbook entry confirm that show on date 06/01/2016 but still neither refund my account not updated my mobikwik wallets

                                I made transaction to bank after that my account is disabled from 28/09/2017
                                I have a balance of rs 53 and i tried to contack them but mails are bouncing back and customer care number are put on ivr... Due to that my salary account is blocked im unable withdraw a single a rupee... Im suffering a lot for my food and petrol and im unable to pay house rent please resolve my problem

                                  My mobikwik user is disabled since 2 months and i am trying to contact them from last one and a half months the consumer care portal people (Amit, vinit and sanju) are just giving a single response every time that "this issue is not under us and kindly contact the validation team" but this validation team has not yet responded me for any consultancy. They just asked me the documents which i had forwarded them the same time and they told me that i'll get a call back from validation team after verification, but instead i had contacted them more them 50 times but the validation team is not yet in the scenario, neither this team has any contact no. We only can contact them through email, this has been a headache to me, my money is also blocked there please help me regarding this issue, i am just tired of hearing the same things every time, they are such unprofessional people, their license should be blocked, not only me but many people are facing the same issue by the company.

                                        I booked my bus via mobikwik on 24th of october of hans travels. I booked ac bus and they provide me non ac bus.. I was shocked when bus came. They said ma'am this is only your bus. None of the ac bus are coming. They triple charged me. Please uninstall mobikwik and never get the services from hans travels. This is the 3rd time hans travel disappoint me. You can check my ticket also.. It is clearly saying that i have booked a/c bus.

                                        I wasn't given any cashback on jio recharge of 399 which was expected 300 flat super cash...U guys think we r all fools ...And listen the offer period was 12th Oct toh 18th Oct and I recharged on 14th Oct...R u giving cashback or ...Know me about what was the error
