As i booked the bus ticket for bangalore to bagalkot form kmbt travelers than i cancelled it again within 18 hrs and as per the policy terms mentioned in the site, you have to refund me the full amount but the amount which i received was not full, mobiwik deduct some amount.

I already registered the complaint about it and talk with your customer support about this.

Please refund me the full amount as soon as possible. You can check the attached screenshot for the details.

      Recharge unsucessfull

      I had recharge my mobile 3 times of rs.348/-, 349 & 50/-through mobikwik on my airtel no. ([protected]) dated. 07 "november 2017" but i have not recieve any recharge from mobikwik and my balance was debited from my account and today[protected] i have recharge rs. 50/- again but not receive recharge.
      Please resolve my above problem.

      Our customers not get super cashback as per commitment by mr tuhin and anjali since 1 and half month, giving fake statements and ignoring us and talking rudly . very fraud and fake application

        In the morning, i got message from mobikwik that your wallet money ₹227.50 debit against bank transfer recovery. But mobikwik did not transfer any single money to my bank account. Even when i want to transfer these wallet money to my bank account, then for 1 min the wallet money show that successful transaction and in another minute it wallet shows same money which i transfer to my bank account. I did 2 times but the situation gone same again and again. Even i complaint about it to the customer support with ticket no. #7176731 but their response did not came yet.

            I have booked ticked in chennai express travels through mobiwik on 19.10.2017 from chennai to bangalore journey dated 22.10.2017 9.30pm.
            On 22.10.2017 5pm bus operator called and informed bus cancelled due to some problem and they said they will refund money within 4 working days but still now i dint get my money back if i called also they are not responding ([protected]) please resolve this...

                  I had done msed electricity bill payment on 26.10.2017 but till date i have not received any confirmation from msed. And no refund from mobikwik.
                  Same date i had done also more 2 msed payments but all payments are same problem.
                  For ready reference i have attached screenshot of mobikwik invoices. I had try to complaint on mobikwik customer care but i cant reach..
                  I request you to please solve my problem.

                  Dated 4.11.17 my father's sbi ATM card was utilised in a fraudulent way &used for recharge of mobikwik for RS.5555/- with the ref no[protected].pl.stop him to use it &return this amount back to my father's acount
                  Yesterday I got a call from [protected]. He said calling from Mobikwik and he try to transfer of Rs. 16990/- and Rs. 1690/- from my account. I am attached screen shot of massage.
                  Please resolve this issue as early and refund my amount in my Mobikwik account. And fraud case on above number.

                      I made one transaction for streetstylestore.com product from mobokwik and applyed promocode offered by mobikwik for 300 cash back, but somehow they faild the tranction but generated the order id. The amount has been added in in its wallet and again i made the order so that i can apply my promocode but they didn't gave the option to apply promo code. So this is kind of fraud so that customer pay online but they didn't get any profit. This was the forst time i was using mobikwik, and now i don't think this is worth it.

                      Please never use this application for any kind of traction, we do have other trusted app for wallet. They even don't have any cuctomer care number and if they do, they don't recevie the call.

                          I opt mobikwik to recharge my mobile number number [protected], and the plan chosen was of rs 348. I made payment through my debit card on 15/10/2017. After completion of payment i received transaction id — 55b92f7459e2d, & ophpg780475 mobikwik gurgaon. Soon after payment a message was received also on mobile but mobile in fact was not recharged it was dead for all practical purpose. I brought this in notice of mobikwik customer care, they acknowledged my complaint and complaint was given id number — 1739874, till date problem is not resolved and now the mobile that my daughter was using has left india hence, now i want the refund of rs348 and hope a favorable step will soon be initiated for getting my refund

                            I wish to bring to your notice, i transferred a 12900 rupees to my friends icic bank account from my mobikwik wallet, transaction was done sucessfully but the amount was not deducted from my wallet due to mobikwik techincal problem. Next day i got a call from mobikwik legal cell with [protected] mobile number claiming that i used the imps facility with fraudlent and cheated the company. I had replied that, please provide the bank account number of mobikwik to refund the amount. Next day i got the mail with so many allegations and bank account details. Inspite of thier false claiming i refunded the same on 16.10.2017. But i did't get any confirmation mail after refunding the amount more over they blocked my wallet and it contains 2768 rupees... Till now they didn't restored my wallet funcioning. I'am attaching the mail with conversation and refunded amount bank transaction details. My mobile no and email id [protected]... [protected]@gmail.com.

                            Please help me in unblocking the wallet to use my balance.

                                This is to inform you we have insatalled mobikwik app in our two wheeler showroom (Authorized with hero motocorp) for giving easy mode of payment and discount as well to the customer. There was an offer of this app that if the customer pays amount through this app they get 1500/- super cash back within 24 hours, this offer was validated from 21st september 2017 to till 21 st october 2017.
                                This offer was being used by many customers of our showroom, but later on customers started visiting to showroom and asking regarding cash back which they were not getting according to offer. So, several times we have called to mr tuhin and ms. Anjali and trying to speak with them but they were not giving proper response and specific date as well. While talking with them their behaviour was very rude and giving fake commitments, we are very fed up with their service even every day customers come to showroom and quarrel with us. Still they are not getting their super cash back.

                                  I am afraid from your poor service for refund, i suffered this type of thing before

                                      I have booked ticket via mobikwik for vijayant travels to travel on 24th oct 2017 from ahd to rajkot.
                                      Bus driver didnt pick me and run away and operator confirmed me to refund money but for that mobikwik has to raise request with proper explanation which was not done till date after 15 days of jorney.
                                      suprise is operator is ready to refund my money via mobikwik but mobikwik team is so careless and slow as they dont even call me inspite of raising tickets till now.
                                      mobikwik is not providing they tollfree or direct speak contact numbers and their help desk is sending simple robot reply. "your request raises, please be patient etc etc." they are so afraid to face customers because mobikwik staff is not aware how to deal with operators and merchants.
                                      finally after 10 days they closed my request without giving any refund and i was force to raise new ticket. I really suprise because of mobikwik mistake i take a lot off follow ups since 15days but yet no one from their help desk assuring for refund.
                                      i wish to raise this complain to consumer court to bide a deadline for customer complain resolution and reimberment for ignorance of our complaint.
