Lasr saturday (09/09/17) from advice from jio kolkata w. B circle using promo code, shows a cash back rs.159/- through your mobikwik. Therefoe i have recharge of rs.399/-through my atm card not credit to my above mentioned m. No. Till to day.in the mean time i have contacts several times with jio but not yet any amount credit with my jio no. But my bank debited this amount pl. Recharge my mobile and if any cash back...

On 30 th august i transfered 4746 rs from mobikwik application to dena bank third party account but still the amount not credited in third party account and from the customer care number provided by mobikvik is also wrong number nd in application help option available but its alo dnt give proper reply where is my amount i dnt know and the mobikvik also dont support for it....

On 30th august i had added 1600 in my mobiqwik wallet and went for shopping. While making payment of rs 500 at store he tried twice and told me transaction not successful. Also i had no transaction shown in my wallet. But my amount 500x2 (Rs 1000) was deducted. When i complained to mobiqwik about refund they informed me that i have to wait 7-10 days for refund. But after 10 days now they are saying that i have to get written letter from merchant...

They didn't even called up and gave us an update about bus.
When I called up they are saying that their is no bus available - what a horrible service never expected from Sahara travels as I wanted to go to Hyderabad in urgent scenario- Kindly refund my amount back to my account which I payed to Sahara - I promise I won't even book any sort of Sahara travels anywhere in the country n I will tell all my friends/neighbours/ relatives/...

In concern with above subjected on dated 08.09.2017 someone fraud person done 1 no. S of transcation from my account to wobiwik. I already registered complaint in home branch.

I have recharge 333 rs for my bsnl mobile. Recharge failed. Amout moved to mobiwkiw wallet. I din get any amt in tat wallet. Transaction id -88d349c4f203. Refund form is not there in mobiwkiw app store. I want neccesssary step to refund my amount in my wallet. So that i can transfer to my acct. Thank you.

I am new user to mobikwik and recharged with rs.399. Offer is rs.159 cash back need to add. When i enter promo code it clearly showed me i am eligible for cash back offer. But after the payment i didn't get cash back.

I raised complaint on this and they replied me 'i haven't enter promo code, hence no cash back'.

Same kind of experience i had with mobikwik previously also, it lost credibility...

The person to whom i hav transfeered money is fraud mob no of that person-[protected] i hav transferred 17000 rupees to this number he is fraud soliciting innocent persons money plssss refund me the amount. This fraudster solicits for providing products at cheap rate and asks to trf money in his number. Whne u transfer money he blocks u. He is fraudster plsss deduct money frm his account and refund me and block his account he is fraud...

Hi i am mehul patel user of mobikwick apps i booked bus tickets 2 no's from ankleshwar to mahuva value is rs 1016 used code is ganesh50% so supercash amount rs508 is applied here but after more than 72hrs supercash amount rs508 had not received in my account so kindly do the needful help me. Also customer care call not connect.

Dear, i added money to my mobikwik wallet amount with a bank transaction amount of rs. 244 /-. Money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the mobikwik wallet. Kindly refund my money or atleast credit it to my wallet. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected].

August 19th i recharged jio [protected] with 498. Invoice is generated but recharge is not done. It is neither in wallet not recharged.

I raised a complaint in this forum (https://www.consumercomplaints.inmobikwik-cash-back-of-dish-tv-recharge-c1667258#c2824384) and it is marked as resolved. It is not resolved.

As a followup to previous complaint, mobiwik folks called me asking for credit card details and to...

I made an electricity bill payment on 27.08.2017 of rs. 1440.00 using promocode "billpay" to get 2% supercash. Transaction no. Is mp[protected]. However, mobikwik didnot provide me requisite supercash of rs. 28.80.

Upon query (Ticket id: 6917880), they have informed me that i hadnot use any promocode in the transaction.

It is to mention here that
I) if i didnot use any legitimate promocode, my existing supercash...

Actually my acount is blocmed from long perjod of time they dont enable the user. I tried to login but it always show user is disabled.

I had booked one bus ticket from hyderabad to vellore on[protected] and travels is jbt travels through your mobikwik site and rs. 1000/- debited in my credit card account but not yet received any confirmation sms from your site or jbt travels.

I contacted jbt travels but they told no ticket is booked.

I recharged my vodafone kerala prepaid mobile for rs 247 pack.in mobikwik they mentioned as local + std calls free for 28 days. I completed my recharge based on mobikwik information but std calls are not going. Then i check ed with vodafone customer care they mentioned 247 pack for local calls only. I have attached the mobikwik app 247 pack information screen shot. Kindly refund the money immediately.
