Useless services mobikwik...

This is the third time i m launching my complain...
When i m login mobikwik then it is showing user id disable.. And presently rs 900 in my mobikwik balance.. Plz either refund my balance or login my mobikwik account..

This is the second time I m launching my complain.
In my Mobikwik presently Balance is Rs 900 but Since last 2 months it is not Login.
When I m doing login then it's showing User Disable.
Plz either refund my balance or Login my account
My account is not open plz help

While login it shows user is disable ..
Anyone can help me ...please

    My mobile ([protected]) is not recharged.. But quite efficiently dey deducted d money..
    Definitely not going to use it anymore.. Quite unprofessional experience..
    Refund the money in the wallet itself.. I tried to lodge a complaint in the app itself but there is a pop up coming everytime saying "invalid login id"... There is everything fine in my profile.. I don't know what dey want.. Stupidest app ever

      I have booked tatkal irctc ticket on 23rd september 2017 through. Later i cancelled it on 24th september. The above mentioned is done through mobikwik payment gateway.in irctc website it is mentioned that the amount is refunded on 25th september. While viewing my statement records it is not refunded. I have raised a ticket with number 7015267 stating the above mentioned. Later i got a reply from mobikwik asking for extra information about the transaction id, date and time, registered emailid/phone number. I have provided the details. But still i didn't get any refund. Also i tried to contact the customer care number and found that the number doesn't exist.

        Respected sir my mobikwik account has 8000rs but it had bloked. I need my money. When i login my id it tells that user is diseble so i am facing very big problem. Please help me. But till the time means up to date 04.09.17 it does not received by bsnl and my landline number is showing pending bill of coat 1533. I have received message that my amount has been refunded but still it has been not credited to my bank account/ debit card from where i did payment. I request you to transfer my full payment immediately to my card without fail. I am going to file complaint in consumer court if my amount will not receive to me within next 12 hrs.

                I've booked my sleeper six seats in a. C coach by mobikwik via
                Operator name golden temple yatra volvo bearing pnr no. Tpnrts[protected]knu by spending rupees 18594.00. I've in which my father age of 77-78 years, two children and two females. I've received one phone call from the operator by mobile no. [protected], saying that i can't provide you the sleeper berth. I requested him to provide sleeper seats because there are old age person and females passengers but he refuses to provide and abusing and misbehaving with me and threatened "i will see you". I again call him on the given phone numbers on ticket. After that i contacting to mobikwik but unfortunately thare is no customer care facility and no mail id to complaint. At last i made complaint at mobikwik app vide ticket no. 7020341 at 5.38 p. M but unfortunately no refund of my money and response given after expiring four days. I requesting to the forum that refund my money at earliest and compensate to hurt my sentiments which were hunted due to this fraudulent bus operator. I and my family members lost opportunity to visit my holy place maa vashnodevi. Kindly refund my money with compensation at earliest.

                  I have paid 50/- towards prepaid mobile recharge for life time validity on sunday, october 25, 2015 at about 10am. By net banking through mobikwik online. The transaction id is bss[protected]. My mobile phone no. Is [protected].

                  I have been told by bsnl that there is no prepaid mobile recharge plan. If so, how did you charge this amount? So you owe me rs. 50.

                  I wanted to get the mobile recharged for rs. 80/- full time top up through your company. But how can i rely on you.?

                        Unable to transfer money to bank account and customer numbers are not working even the help section in the app asks to enter issue and upon submitting it says invalid "id" (We can only enter query after logging in). No support at all. My money 500 is stuck in their wallet with no use.

                        The process was fast before adding money but got un responsive as soon as i added money. What kind of service is this.

                          As usual i have loaded money to my mobiwik account, and it is not allowing me to transfer money to my bank account.. When i enter otp for final transaction. It is just blank.. Says error... What the hell is happening yaar.. You are such a big operator.. Can't u maintain smooth gateway for all ur transactions made. Who is responsible for this now.. How do i get my money back.. When can i transfer money to my bank account. # # with this online transaction app.. Screwed my happiness today..#t.. Regards premchand

                                Added 2700 rupees in mobikwik wallet and then trying to transfer money to bank but unable to process i don't know why this crap happening and after that am just trying to login mobikwik but unable to log in every time showing notification otp send maximum time and after that am trying to call customer care but customer care also not working. I saw many complaints about that company.

                                  Guys mobikwik is a scam and fraud company.
                                  Please do not use it for any recharge or payment. You can lost your account and money too. Their customer support phone numbers are fake, even their support number +91 [protected] does not exist and on other number +91 [protected] have response says technical issues and they are updating it beware guys, these are just excuses. They do not care about their customers anymore.

                                  Guys you are seriously running a fraud company. And also they have not any support email address only you can contact them via support page mobikwik.com/help usually will get the same scripted answer and your problem doesn't actually resolved. If you want to re-open the support ticket it will redirect to their main homepage. Means you can't reopen your support ticket too. I have lost my account and my money

                                  Everyone knows that Mobikwik is a company of crooks and fraudsters who cheat people of

                                  their hard earned money in the name of "customer service". Still the fraud business of this

                                  company is prospering everyday. Isn't the Govt aware of what the leaders and employees of

                                  this cheat company are doing? They should all be hauled up, put behind the bars and this

                                  company should be sealed.

                                      We had actually booked a ticket from hyderabad to visakhapatnam. We had actually opted for a 10 o clock bus from boarding point ameerpet and we had made the payment. Later it said that it had started from ammerpet at 7 41 pm. But when we booked it showed that the bus is available at 10 clock at ameerpet. Now we called the bus operator and he told us that he wont refund the money and spoke rudely and not responded properly.

                                        I have been using the id for long and last transaction was made on 18/sep/2017 after which my id was blocked, the company doesn't have a contact number or email address for queries or complaints to reach mentioned on their website and the only feature from help/support section to raise a ticket apparently doesn't work once the user is blocked.                                         Its been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received any email from Mobikwik as yet. Govt has to take some action against the company. They're scamming a very big crowd I'm sure. I think you guys will wait till it goes like Jaypee, Maytas or hundreds other scams like 2g etc before actually doing something about it.
                                        Absolutely right same with me for two days i'm also looking for a e-mail or contact no to complaint. I think we should report it to the RBI or any other concern govt. agency. As our hard earned money is blocked without any notification. There call center is also upgrading.

                                        It almost looks like they're blocking all non-KYC complainant customers without prior notice. They should at least unblock after submitting the docs and there's not response from over a week after I uploaded to [email protected] as stated by their representatives. This portal doesn't seem to be doing much either, so many unresolved issues been pending for very long. Indian govt is a sham! All looters and none actually improving the country!
