Dear sir,
I have ordered red mi note 4 handset from mi india through mobiquick payment option. Order id - 200110005170912753239292. I have cancelled the order due to some reason. I have received message from mi india that my amount has been refunded but still it has been not credited to my bank account/ debit card from where i did payment. But it seems that since last 4 days mobikwik had not credited the amount to my account from where i did payment.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Added 2700 rupees in mobikwik wallet and then trying to transfer money to bank but unable to process i don't know why this crap happening and after that am just trying to login mobikwik but unable to log in every time showing notification otp send maximum time and after that am trying to call customer care but customer care also not working. I saw many complaints about that company.

        Guys mobikwik is a scam and fraud company.
        Please do not use it for any recharge or payment. You can lost your account and money too. Their customer support phone numbers are fake, even their support number +91 [protected] does not exist and on other number +91 [protected] have response says technical issues and they are updating it beware guys, these are just excuses. They do not care about their customers anymore.

        Guys you are seriously running a fraud company. And also they have not any support email address only you can contact them via support page mobikwik.com/help usually will get the same scripted answer and your problem doesn't actually resolved. If you want to re-open the support ticket it will redirect to their main homepage. Means you can't reopen your support ticket too. I have lost my account and my money

        I have added amount in my mobikwik account. Used it next but i can't login the error showing "Invalid CellNumber" Very disappointed with mobikwik and its support team. Please help.
        Everyone knows that Mobikwik is a company of crooks and fraudsters who cheat people of

        their hard earned money in the name of "customer service". Still the fraud business of this

        company is prospering everyday. Isn't the Govt aware of what the leaders and employees of

        this cheat company are doing? They should all be hauled up, put behind the bars and this

        company should be sealed.

            We had actually booked a ticket from hyderabad to visakhapatnam. We had actually opted for a 10 o clock bus from boarding point ameerpet and we had made the payment. Later it said that it had started from ammerpet at 7 41 pm. But when we booked it showed that the bus is available at 10 clock at ameerpet. Now we called the bus operator and he told us that he wont refund the money and spoke rudely and not responded properly.

            We want a refund for this as we are not travelling by this bus and the options were inappropriate. When we tried to cancel the ticket, it didn't show the invoice details and says no invoice data. This is utter cheating. Hope you help us with this issue.

              I have been using the id for long and last transaction was made on 18/sep/2017 after which my id was blocked, the company doesn't have a contact number or email address for queries or complaints to reach mentioned on their website and the only feature from help/support section to raise a ticket apparently doesn't work once the user is blocked. For updating pan details with account one can email [protected]@mobikwik.com

              Its been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received any email from Mobikwik as yet. Govt has to take some action against the company. They're scamming a very big crowd I'm sure. I think you guys will wait till it goes like Jaypee, Maytas or hundreds other scams like 2g etc before actually doing something about it.
              Absolutely right same with me for two days i'm also looking for a e-mail or contact no to complaint. I think we should report it to the RBI or any other concern govt. agency. As our hard earned money is blocked without any notification. There call center is also upgrading.

              It almost looks like they're blocking all non-KYC complainant customers without prior notice. They should at least unblock after submitting the docs and there's not response from over a week after I uploaded to [email protected] as stated by their representatives. This portal doesn't seem to be doing much either, so many unresolved issues been pending for very long. Indian govt is a sham! All looters and none actually improving the country!

                Hello, i have done my postpaid recharge 6 times. Out of that 4 times are recharge success msg shown and 2 times it refunds money. But in idea customer care they told me that there is only one time bill payment done. And that is 100 rs. When i register complain then mobikwik given me 4 transaction id for the same : gj[protected], gj[protected], gj[protected], gj[protected]. And it resolve the issue. And closed the ticket. Now idea complain declined that they have not received any payment through this id, i have complain to mobikwik with ticket no : #6939746 and #6970686 but my complain is not resolved yet. Please refund my 400 rs or pay idea postpaid bill

                  Hi team,

                  I tried to book a train ticket on 17th sep, 17 using irctc mobile app paying through mobikwik by internet banking. After confirming the payment got a message that your bank declined the payment but however the money got deducted from my account and in the transaction detail its showing towards mobikwik money has been debited. It has been almost 6days after but i haven't got that money refunded yet in my account. Contacted irctc and as per they did not receive the amount which means its stuck with mobikwik only. Irctc transaction id for the same is : [protected] and raised a ticket in mobikwik for this issue, id of which is: #6997225

                  Please help me in this case to get my money back.

                    I would like to bring this into your kind notice that today from 11.16 am to 11:30 am four unauthorized transactions took place from my father's icici bank debit card no:#3 of amounts rs 5000 /-, 5000/-, 3000/- and 1000/- at mobikwik. Earlier he got a call on his mobile from mobile number [protected] and the person claimed that he was calling from icici debit card department and my father's credit card has been blocked and he would require the card no. To unblock it and as my father have no knowledge about the debit card transaction process he shared the card no. And cvv no. Too. When the call was over he got sms from icici bank stating transactions of the above said amounts. So total amount was of rs 14000/- which was out from my father's account. As soon as i came to know about this i got the debit card blocked and now i need your help to cancel all the above transactions as soon as possible. Further please do the needful on urgent basis and revert on this mail [protected]@gmail.com

                      A recharge of Rs. 50/- was made by me on 12/09/2017 on mobile nos. [protected], [protected], [protected] each, but only two nos. were recharged and also Rs. 50/- were neither refunded to my bank account and nor to my mobikwik wallet even after the elapsing of more than seven days.

                              Sir, my name is krishna rawat. On 17/09/2017 and 18/09/2017 i got a call from a fraudster pretending to be a banker. He convinced me and got the otp from me. Then i got 2 sms that rs.5000 and rs.4999 has been deducted from my bank a/c and the money is credited to someone's ola money. My a/c is in state bank of india

                                  I have paid through mobikwik account to oyo hotel for hotel booking at kanpur. I have used mobikwik payment gateway and website for this purpose. Online they have shown that they are giving 100% return cash for 1st time user in case of hotel booking. But i have learned that super cash is bogus which i cant use easily. So i have cancelled the booking through oyo hotel site. But mobikwik did not refunded my money back. What can i do for this? They are using some rules which is against consumer interest. Who can help me to resolve this issue.
