A transaction amount of rs.1704.64 was made with reference no.[protected] 801 paid to one mobikwik system p ltd, gurgoan.

I am unable to find out what is this transaction was made to one mobikwik system pvt. Ltd.

Please let me know why this transaction of rs.1704.64 was made. What is that transaction. Thanking you in anticipation.

    I purchased an item from bigbazaar worth of 129 rupees from mobikwik. Rs.129 is deducted from mobikwik main account and from the supercash also 15 rupees is deducted. (That means mobikwik has taken 144 rupees from me). Why 15 rupees is deducted from supercash. After analyzing my supercash account, i found that last 5 times, the amount is deducted from supercash apart from the billing account from my main account.
    The mobikwik is nothing but cheating people. Dont believe their supercash policy. You will never utilize your supercash account before it expires. For that you have to spend 10 times of supercash account within 45 days.
    It is number one fraud system

      My name is nitin singh, mobile no [protected].

      While making payment to ezeego 18.05.2017 through mobikwik gate, the transaction got failed. The payment got credited in the mobikwik wallet.
      I had requested mobikqwik to reverse the payment to by credit card. The mobikiwk team assured that they will do it in 3-25 working days but till date it has not been credited.

      Following are the ticket nos generated with mobikwik and communication with mobikwik

      # 6543487 bankreversal 20 may, 2017 9:03am
      # 6645323 add money11 jun, 2017 10:58am

      Reference is made to the above tickets. Till date the issue is not resolved. Kindly confirm if the amount has been reversed from your end. Your team assured the amount will be credited in 3-15 working days. Its been a month and money has not yet credited. Would request you to look into the process and let me know the status.

      Anticipate a quick response and solution to my problem. Looking forward to hear from your end.

        There is an offer by mobikwik that we can use 5% of the supercash on bill payments. I tried to pay bill of petrol via mobikwik, trying to utilize the supercash. But the wallet is not consuming supercash and asked me to add more money. I tried to reach mobikwik regarding this issue via raising requests on their app. Followed up many times with them but did not get any response. Also the contact numbers are not working. They are looting customers.

          I upgraded my wallet (Id - [protected]@gmail.com) through aadhar card and filled wallet with some money on 15th june 2017. I received an email same day from [protected]@mobikwik.com that my account is disabled and they want some proofs like identity proof and bank statement. I provided them all required documents and received a reply from them that they have re-activated my account. But, to my surprise they have disabled my id again without any information. I have been emailing them, but, haven't received any response. Wondering why mobikwik team is doing all this? They don't even bother to call and verify. We can't even talk to them as all the numbers provided on their site are not working.
          This is unacceptable specially where financial transactions are involved. Now my money is stuck in my mobikwik account and i can't even use it.

            Type of transaction - reversal of payment from ebay.
            The transaction of rs 555.68 was made via mobikwik wallet at ebay on 30 may 2017. The transaction was successful, but ebay cancelled the order as the stock was over and they promptly initiated the refund.
            On 8th jun 2017 i received an email confirmation from mobikwik that rs 555.68 has been refunded from ebay and credited to my account.
            But till date the credit has not been done to my wallet and the credit is not even being reflected in the wallet transaction history.
            I have already raised a number of tickets on the mobile app through its help link with ticket nos#6647115, #6662957 etc but there is no response and each time i try to get the status up date, they are just updating the same as already resolved w/o giving any proof of the rs 555.68 being credited to my account.

              I have been using mobile wallets for the past couple of months. And mostly i check the opening and closing balance of my wallet every month as it is also kind of a bank account where money transactions are happening.

              When working with mobikwik wallet balance, first of all their way of providing credit / debit is completely wrong and they use some kind of supercash thing in my wallet history which never match with my transaction balance.

              Complaint 1
              Ever after multiple reminders and complaints, mobikwik is not providing monthly statement to me. Last statement i received was in 2016. They are dealing with our money, and they are liable to pay provide proper transaction details with credit/debit and balance details after every transaction.

              Complaint 2
              My last balance as of today shows as 10645.43. This is incorrect and there is rs.465 missing from my account.

              After again and again efforts, i am just receiving an answer saying it is correct from our side, please check from your side.

              I want to file a complaint against mobikwik
              - for not providing accurate and detailed information of money transaction of customers
              - leaking money from my wallet without any proper justification.
              - not providing timely statements to me on a monthly bases as promised.

                I had added 1017 rupees through my debit card and i got only 651 rupees in my mobikwik wallet even though i have requested many time to mobikwik customer care however no one replied yet. Its ridiculous.

                  I am very disappointed with mobikwik service.

                  I payed electricity bill with provider (Jvvnl) on date 14 may 2017 of rs.2231, money was deducted and confimation message shows payement done.

                  But now my bill shows due with addition of pending amount (Rs.2313).

                  Why my bill shows due??

                  Money was deducted and not refunded to account till now.

                    I had placed an order with zomato via mobikwik wallet, but was failed and the amount didn't go through
                    Have an email communication with zomato, stating that the money was never received and got refunded as soon as it hit their servers.

                    I raised a ticket with mobikwik, where initially they replied 7-10 days, after that money will be refunded. Then they put ticket in resolve status.

                    Now many days have passed, have raised a new ticket - 6650057, but they are not at all responding to it and no sign of my money.

                    Mobikwik, are you seriously that bad in customer service???

                      What kind of joke this people are doing with their customers. I had 1420rs in my wallet when i used transfer money option it was saying min balance should be 1481rs. After adding balance to make it 1481 again it is saying min balance should be 1575 i added that as well after that it is saying min balance should be 1634. Are you people making joke of your customer. It is totally waste of time. A worthless app it is. I want my money back in my account as soon as possible. I don't know why mobikwik people are making fool to their customer.

                        I did 2 recharges of 200₹ each on my airtel mobile number. I have received only one recharge. The order numbers are en[protected] and en[protected]. While the former was successful the later was not. When i contacted mobikwik team i was told that the recharge is successful and they marked the issue resolved but i have not received the recharge. I have mailed them back but i have not heard from them since. Mobikwik's customer service is really pathetic. It was a cardinal sin to use mobikwik. I shall not use mobikwik henceforth for any kind of transaction and tell everyone i know not to use it as well. These people are nothing but a bunch of dacoits who are looting customers' hard earned money.

                            I am using mobikwik from last two year but faced a issues like this i made a payment of 845 to a merchant but i does not reched to merchant and amount got deduct from my account and i did not received any refund, i tried to reach your customer care but there is no phone no. Available. I am loosing my trust from mobikwik.

                                Bus number given to us is ending with 4949 multiexcel volvo and i have missed the bus coz actual bus has not come. Even the travel company has not sent me correct details and he did not even call me.
                                After bus has departed, travel guy has called me nd told me that sir bus has passed u need to arrange something else and ask mobikwik to refund ur money.
                                I have booked separate tckt in other bus finally

                                  I had a payment of 3969 at 10.07 am on 14 may 2017 for electricity bill payment in favor of ' jaipur vidhyut vitran nigam limited ' but my bill was not deposited and they also do not inform me at that time my bill has not paid till now and i also have taken a ticket for complain but they are not responding to my complain...                                     Hi,

                                    I had paid my reliance electricity bill of rs. 1320 using mobikwik. The amount was deducted from my mobikwik wallet, but on the reliance website, it still shows the amount as pending even after 10 working days.

                                    I have raised a ticket on the mobikwik site, but i have received no response. There is no response at the customer care number as well.
                                    The status in help & support shows "in progress" without any progress from the past 12 days.

                                    Please help.

                                        Now i thought to complaint through the app but not it is saying that the login id is invalid please help me to get my money back.
