I had a wallet balance of Rs.150 and till such time the when i recharge the account with a amount, it was working fine, the moment when i added the money and tried to use it, it was logged out. After that i am trying to login with my user id, and password, it says the invalid login id or password. When i try to reset the password using 'Forgot password' link, a mail comes from admin, and when i click on the link, it takes to a reset pw page and asks the user to enter a new password. Post that when we try to login again it says, invalid login id or password. This is continuously happening for last 3 days. Customer care is also not responding for that. Worst service, now i had given up that the amount in the wallet of Mobiwik is donated to orphan. Fraud site..beware of it...

But due to some error i didnt get my wallet balance and suddenly a msg came that my balance was deducted from my bank account of 300 Rs..i had filed a complain and called at your helpline number they told that the problem would be solved in 24 hrs....but i got no response from mobikwik....please help me...please please please

    ICICI Bank — deducted amount

    my name is ashok kumar. I am in army i am posted in siliguri . i did a transaction on 4 th april 2009 of rs 5000 from a non icici bank i.e SBI ATM but the transaction could not be completed and ATM machine gave me receipt sorry unable to process. but the requested amount deducted from my account . As i am a ICICI bank customer i log a complain ICICI customer care as well as in SBI also. but they did not take action on this yet. even whenever i call to ICICI customer care they give me fake date. this is such a mental harassment for me . as i am in army it is not possible for me that i call to customer care daily. so plz do the needful. this is my salary based account and the deducted amount is my salary. so plz take action as soon as possible. because icici bank customer care giving me mental harassment which is beyond the limit. and i have called to customer care of ICICI bank more than 20 times.

      Sir,
      i hv recharged my bsnl connection wid INR 89/- from mobikwik.com on[protected] and my order no.is [protected], but recharge was not successful due to some error in connection and my money is credited in mobikwik.com wallet. After that i hv complaint about it to mobikwik support to credit my money in my bank account but they replied that "We request you to try to recharge your Mobile/DTH connection once again for the amount INR 28, 59, 49, 24, 90, 109, 153, then i hv replied them that i dont want to recharge any connection from website and kindly return my money in bank account but no hopeful actions taken in this regard.
      Kindly help me in this regard.

          Sir, yesterday I tried to add balance to my mobikwik wallet two times.The 2nd time i was successful,but the 1st time when i tried to add rs.30/- to my mobikwik wallet then i recieved a notification sms from my bank for deduction of 30/- rs. But suddenly my phone's browser showed error and no money wass added to my mobikwik wallet :' Then i checked my sms and email inbox,No payment notifications was sent by mobikwik.

                    i made a transaction wid my credit card on www.mobikwik.com of amount 4650/- the amount got deducted from my card but it never showed up i got an email asking to send me my id proof for manual verification so i did that too, still nothing happened when contacted their customer care number no response kept me on hold all the time i called them several times still no response i also raised an online ticket with them still no response, twice i recorded a call back message on their ivr, still no call back the transaction i did was on 05th december and today ie 6th december i tried to contact them i couldn't get through my transaction details are as follows

                      So uptill now i not get any balance. Please liaise with operator Vodafone and
                      refund my Rs 300 or recharge my prepaid by Rs 300.

                        The amount had been debited from
                        my Bank Account/Credit Card and
                        my balance has not been updated.
                        When i was paying through my credit card I got this notificition from my bank-
                        "Dear Neeraj kumar,you have done a purchase for INR 40.00 for card number xxxx xxxx xxxx 2824 on MOBIKWIK NE."

                        then i noticed my browser was still processing and finally it stucked.
                        I did not get any text message/notification from mobikwik.com

                        Now I did get any transaction id neither through website nor through sms.
                        So, plz help me and it should not be my browser's fault,
                        because i have made payment through this browser yesterday and it worked fine.So it should be mobikwik's fault.plz help.....
