This mobikwik has started a new kind of scheme in the name of supercash. This supercash amount has so many thanks&c that people don't know and even if they know they cannot use. 1. I did recharge on a vodafone number of rs 259. Twice amount deducted for the same recharge.
2. As per the supercash benefits, there should be less deduction from main wallet, but every time, the full amount is deducted. I have lost full amount on recharge.

The tickets were booked from pune to banglore, but at the last moment the bus operator cancelled the bus, so they assured us that we will refund the amount within 1 week. Till then we are not able to contact the mobikwik customer care numbers. They are all frawd amd their is no working number available. I am further going to complain in consumer court...

I was recharged dishtv monthly pack in mobikwik, and also cash debited in my canara bank account, but the recharge still not updated with dishtv, even not showing any kind of amount that i payed, so i was contacted with dishtv customer care department and they checked with my mobikwik order number and transaction id, but these number was incorrect, please kindly solve this problem, recharge amount - 465

I have complained in this forum for another transaction related with mobikwik and spice jet wherein few minutes of complaint, a person name rahul called from mobikwik with a phone number [protected] and introduced himself as customer executive for mobikwik and enquired about the transaction and got the credit card number. With in a few seconds transaction to the amount of 4788 was deducted. This transaction also...

I have been raising multiple concerns through tickets with the mobikwik wallet from over 2 months. Nobody has bothered to reply to my questions. They claim a higher amount of cash backs and discounts while the customer doesn't receive the same after the transaction. The balance in the account automatically vanishes.

For instance, today in the morning i had 30 rupees in the wallet but now it reflects 0.

I have added 10000 rupees to my wallet on 31st of may and now it's showing like account is disabled. So i kind request you to resolve this issue with in a day otherwise we are not even bothered to reach consumer court and file a case against you and ask for more money than we get as you are making us to suffer as it's not serving my purpose when i needed.

I invite my friend dinesh kale last night to install the mobikwik app and then add 30 rupees to his wallet. As per your conditions offer sender get 80 rupees to his wallet and app installer get 40 rupees. But not credited to me or my friend wallet. So i complaint you to credit my benifit to my wallet. So i request you sir to provide us best service as fast as possible. Then i request to my other friends to install mobikwik and use it overtime....

On 31st may, 2017 i made a payment of rs. 484/ — towards a payment to sastasundar merchant for purchasing medicines.
But due to some reasons i had to cancel the order, and naturally now
I want that money back to my mobikwik wallet.
Please take the matter seriously and arrange to settle the issue.

Sir... My mobikwik account has been disabled by the company without any notice to me... It has 5250 rupees in my wallet but i cannot able to access the account... Yesterday someone called me from mobikwik and verified my aadhar card for upgradation and they marked my complaint as resolved but still it shows that user is disabled... They are not replying to any mail niether recieving calls... Bad customer support...
Please help me sir...

I made a payment of rs./-295 on 31.05.17 to purchase medicine from sastasundar website.The money was paid through mobikwik wallet.
But to some reasons i had to cancel the order, though the money was paid before.
Now i want to get back the money to my wallet immediately.

Attached herewith confirmation from your email for the payment of bses yamuna power co. Ltd. Electricity bill paid on[protected] from mobkwik app. Last date of bills is[protected]. But when i verified from bses site, payment is still due on both bills.
Kindly check and verify at your end confirm.

My name is ashish sharma.. Sir i was paid my electricity bill via mobikwik app on 28 may 2017 which is 380 rupees... And my balance was deducted from my account... Which is absolutely ok... But now the problem is my electricity bill still not paid.. Now its 30 may 2017 not paid yet... I was doing complaint so many times to mobikwik... But still my problem not solve.. Still they are not paid my bill or not refund my money.. There is no working...

First of all i want the customer care number of mobikwik which is working.
My issue is the cashback amount was supposed to get credited to my mobikwik wallet but it's not happening. I got mail also for that cashback amount but still no money in my wallet. I have raised the issue also long back but no response from their side.
Resolve it and respond back asap....

My account is disabled without any information from yesterday. I try to contact them but often to contact because all contact no provided by mobikwik are fake. If my problem was not solved by today. As i booked the bus ticket for hyderabadto karimnagar form orange travelers than i cancelled it again within 18 hrs and as per the policy terms mentioned in the site, you have to refund me the full amount but the amount which i received was not full, mobiwik deduct some amount.

I already registered the complaint about it and talk with your customer support about this.

Please refund me the full amount as soon...
