I registered with my mobile number & logged in & loaded cash. After that i am trying to login it throws error continuously ' Otp has been send max number of times'. Mobikwik is simply waste & fraudulent. They didn't even respond to the complaint. No solution yet.
If anyone has same problem & found solution pls share with me.

    As i booked the bus ticket for hyderabadto karimnagar form orange travelers than i cancelled it again within 18 hrs and as per the policy terms mentioned in the site, you have to refund me the full amount but the amount which i received was not full, mobiwik deduct some amount.

    I already registered the complaint about it and talk with your customer support about this.

    Please refund me the full amount as soon as possible.

    I recharged my jio sim for 303 rs .It was showing failed initially.Then I retried then it went under process status. Now my wallet showing 303 rs is deducted 4times. only one transaction went success.But money deducted 4 times.I filed a complaint 2 months before, but no resolution yet.
    Hi, this is in reference to ticket# 6567821 I have not received my refund of RS. 8638 instead I received RS. 2500 why??? This is pure fraud in terms of handling amount the make my trip merchant has reversed the amount of RS. 8638 but the mobikwik reversed to Rs. 2500 how it is possible???? I am feeling decieved.

        Sir i booked a bus ticket on 18 may 2017 through mobikwik app...
        My booking was incomplete and money was deducted... My travel was stuck in that sequence itself... I checked even with my bank.. They had told to contact from ur side for refund as their part was clear... I need my refund back soon... Contact me as soon possible... Details are that the transaction failed at merchant but money deducted... It showed "oops something went wrong"message...

          I paid ₹1319/- through mobikwik wallet to 1mg for my lab test. But your 10% supercash - automatic refund was not applied by you in this transaction. Why so? Please credit the amount immediately in my wallet?
          Today i registered for the undermentioned lab test (S):-
          Comprehensive health checkup (Includes 72 tests)
          Order id: po[protected]-685
          Patient's name: k nagarathinam rao. — but to my utter surprise you have not refund the 10% supercash in this transaction. My supercash balance is ₹321/- as on date. After that i tried two more transaction with grofers. Again i faced the same problem. Please check my wallet account and refund the 10% i. E ₹22/10 immediately.

            I have 8000 in my wallet i want that money to be transferred to my bank account for that they charge around 200 rs as processing charge. I want this money to be transferred to my account without any processing fee. They often do like this. This behaviour is very unfair. These agencies must be penalized. Look into this matter immediately and do the needful. I want my money into my bank account immediately.

            I book train ticket from pali to bhilwara on 20 may but my transactions was failed and message came try again later . I didnot get conform ticket but then also my money debited from my mobikwik wallet .

                I have booked a busticket (Ticket pnr: 623d3jsq, operator pnr: 623d3jsq) from mobikwik website. Now i want to cancel, but unable to cancel, website shows message as "oops something went wrong".

                I raised my concern with support and raised a ticket id #6569583 at may 25 - 12:28 pm. It been more than 2.30hrs, no one respond to that issue.

                If i get the ticket cancel with in 7:45pm today, i can get 90% of the amount of ticket. But mobikwik is not supporting..

                Please help me to get the ticket cancel on time and get the 90% of the ticket amount to be refund.

                Attached the mobikwik website error message. Please do the needful.

                  As I requested to you yesterday for do something for I have done movikwik wallet transfer to wrong number. today only I have received a call from number [protected] which is on true caller showing number of karan Sharma west bangal . He asked for OTP and said to load some amount around 3000 in your wallet account and after loading your wallet account would be updated with 3000 + 1849 . when I loaded the amount He transferred all the amount in his account His account Number is[protected] IFSC code is CBIN0284080 . mobikwik transcation number is QE3SXA17ECS4 dated 26/05/2017. I am victim of fraud. some one hacked my mobikwik account. I want my money back please help me. my wallet account number is [protected]

                  and also did same call from same number to my friend`s [protected] who yesterday transferred that amount 1849 wrongly.

I have deposited my money through icici bank but didnt get any wallet balance. I tried many a times to contact them through their no.'s which turned out to be fake and by sending emails for which i got no responses. And the bank said they couldnot help.

                          I am trying to transfer money from Mobikwik to my TJSB Bank with my bank details i.e. Name, A/c No. IFSC Code and amount, but during OTP put in OTP column, it shows your name is mandatory. I tried to put once full name, then put without middle name and then put Surname Name Middle, but each and every time it shows name is mandatory. now massege is showing that OTP has been sent maximum number times.

                            This is Veeersh from bangalore.
                            On 16th of May 2017 I loaded money to Mobikwik wallet while loading I didn't face any issues. After i loaded i sing out money.

                            Usually I have to payment to someone else. Then I need to transfer money to bank.

                            Then I need to login the mobiwik wallet while login saying user disable. I am sending mails they are not responding anything. I got 2 replies they asked some documents I sent same documents. till user is disable.

                            Still they are not responding.

                            Kindly help me in this regard. kindly find the attached file for reference.

                              Hello Team, This is to inform you that I was trying to book a ticket on 8th May 2107 from MakeMyTrip app and was using Mobikwik wallet, but transaction didn't get completed and I was charged Rs 5590 for the same but ticket didn't get issued. I have got the refund of the same amount in my wallet as well. As I was unable to book ticket through your Mobikwik wallet, I would request you to kindly refund my added money of Rs 5600 to the card. Even after repetitive complains, I have not received any response. It has been more than 10 days now, since I raised my request to Mobikwik. Moreover I am unable to contact on your customer care numbers[protected] and [protected]. Please resolve my concern at the earliest possible.

                                This is regarding refund for order number 20621491 and 20622405. I have not received refund for the order placed on 31 May (la pino'z pizza) order number 20621491 and 20622405.
                                Refund was initiated for 20621491 but not for the 20622405.
                                While both the orders were same and failed due to network issues the amount was deducted.
                                Even received confirmation from zomato saying the transaction failed.
                                And even after raising issue with the wallet there is no resolution.
                                Now when I try to comment on the issue I am not able to submit.

                                  For transfering my money 5000(which is the maximum limit for a day) from wallet to my bank account, it is showing processing fee of rs 250. Please let me know why shall I pay 250 rs per transaction for nothing. This is the first time I used this wallet and I am really feeling sad about it as I have rs10000 refund amount from yatra.com and will have to pay 500 rs just to take my money back to my bank account.
                                  Please look into the issue and help me out asap. Also, We don't have facility to call customer care and talk to an executive.

                                    Mobikwik has disabled my account without giving any notice or reason. I have amounts in my wallet that is unusable now.

                                    This is a completely unethical practice.

                                    I cannot even lodge a ticket on their site about it. And there is no phone number listed that I can call and enquire.

                                    So, how do I get this to their notice and get it resolved?
