On 4 Apr 2017, I tried to book a bus ticket which cost Rs. 650. So I added Rs. 621 to mobikwik wallet & along with the Supercash, Rs.25.91 my Payment is done. After it showed "Contacting bus operator" and then I suddenly got "Oops something went wrong". For this case I got no ticket, no money back or no Supercash. Even I didn't received the ticket confirmation.
So I tried for 2nd attempt, I booked ticket for Rs.500 which is successful and I got ticket for this.
After this I contacted them in help & support. It's been one week, still there is no response
