The above mobikwik wallet is being blocked and i have complied with all the formalities asked by them fro unblocking of same, but still they are not unblocking my account. Its a cheating to customers whenever they see some money in the wallet they block the account giving any reasons. Take necessary action against such a cheat company. After sending this mail i will get many fraudulent calls asking for my card details so that they can also cheat me like mobikwik is doing. I will not give my card details to anyone so do not waste your time in calilng me

    I am complaining about mobikwik wallet disabling wallet no - [protected] my account, and keeping my money

    Hi,
    I have recived a payment, from my fiend of rs.10, 000-in my account on 06.05.17 and after that when i try to login to my account, the system says "user disabled"
    There was balance in my account of rs.10, 000/-
    How can u disable my account???
    Mobikwik has disabled my account, without any reason.
    They have not given any notice or cause or refunded the money i had in my wallet.
    There is a balance of rs.10, 000/- in my wallet.

    Please help

      I transferred to my own money from Mobikwik to bank account 3150 but company charge me Rs.157 as a transfer charge i totally paid 3307.50 instead of 3150 inr it was a totally comapny fraud me as a transfer charge total of Rupees 157 on Rupees 3308 without use any service, while i say that Honourable Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Damodar das Modi encourage cashless Transaction without any charge, my Question is that if private company Charged that type only transact of Rs.3308 as charge Rs.157 APPROX, why a customer use a cashless transaction, i complaint many of times in company customer care, they said me that it is a company policy does not changed, i aid about prime Minister argu but they didn't hear my problem.

        I am complaining about mobikwik wallet disabling my account, and keeping my money

                    I paid my electricity bill through mobikwik on 30 april 2017
                    and they said that it takes upto 72 hrs for bill to be paid but now
                    its 10nd april and my bill has still not been paid,
                    as i talked with mobikwik customer care [protected]

                      I added rs.1312 in my mobikwik wallet on 30th march 2017. I tried to make the payment in bigbasket but transaction failed and the money from my wallet deducted. I create tickets in mobikwik site but no reply from their side. There is no other way to contact them. There are customer care numbers:

                      I tried these numbers many times. But no response from their side.
                      Mobikwik is a fraud company and they are cheating customers.

                                  Since 2 hours i am regular use of mobikwik my mobikwik wallet no [protected]. Today morning i made a transaction on mobikwik but in evening when i tried to login and entered otp it says user is disabled. I have rs 3045 balance in my wallet. All of sudden how can they block my wallet and cheat me like this kindly raise the complaint against them and try to help me with this.                                   [protected] is my wallet number regarding which this complaint is made. mobikwik a fraud company which has no customer care number where someone can call and tell his problems, has all of sudden blocked my account and i have an amount of rs 3050 in my wallet. there is no way where i can contact this fraud company because the mail goes only if your wallet is active once you r not able to login to mobikwik you can not send any mail for that account. i am trying to reach them since yesteday but no result. can anyone help me how can i take my money back from these cheaters.

                                  A fraud has been committed by mobikwik, my wallet no [protected] hav been blocked and when i send mail for unblocking i received calls from different number asking for my credit card details like card no pin cvv etc. they told they will refund the money in my card. however, immediately after dis connecting the call they started making transactions from my card. mobikwik has no customer care no and they do not care about mails moreover if they block a wallet, no mail can be send i[censored] send mail from any other id they do not reply at all. this is what they are doing with customer. raise a complaint against the company where head to toe fraud is happening. not only my wallet money but my card balance also they want to use.

                                    Supercash concept itself is a fraud/misleading technique to consume customers cashback. Mobikwik offers supercash on your recharge or bill and allows you to use only 10% of that supercash in next transaction. Now this cheating company has raised that minimum transaction to use our own money to 100/- that means we can only use 10% of our supercash for 1 transaction. This makes us dependent on them to use our own money. I request govt to look in to this company because they should not change rules without intimating customers and this is not legal. If Mobikwk cant do their business just ask them to exit we have Paytm and Freecharge who atleast doesnt cheat us this way.

                                      Received cash back (super cash) by doing transaction many times. @ time of receiving cash back ccondition to utilize the CB was 10 % of super cash for single tran. Now company made changes iand new condition come which is min amt should be 100 to utilize super cash.
                                      Company is cheating with customer as same condition was inform @ teime of giving cash back offer.

                                      Also even today while doing payment msgg relfleted that u r transaction is free (super cash amt) but money debited from wallet and not from super cash.

                                        I made a recharge of 346 through the app for my idea number [protected]. I already had 37/- account balance in mobikwik so added 309 more. There was no recharge happened and money was also not refunded. Its been more than 4 months.
                                        This company is a big fraud. The ticket id was #6310673 for my complaint in the app. No proper reply system also. I request the government of my country to arrest these people.
