Number of incident:- 2

1. Date of refund initiated: 19th August 2022
Amount: 1999.00/- From AMEX CC

Descriptions: I purchased a suit from Myntra on 12th August and made the payment of Rs. 1999.00/- from my AMEX credit card via Mobikwik since the dress size was smaller than expected I returned it back for which refund was initiated by Myntra on 19th August as seen in the snapshots attached. This was also raised with Myntra for which they have provided the Bank refence no.[protected].

Refund Expected:- 1999.00/- in AMEX CC

2. Date of Incident: 21st August 2022
Amount: 1499.00 twice
Final Amount: 2998.00/- from Mobikwik Zip Account

Description: I tried to place a order of suit on 21st August on Myntra twice of amount Rs. 1499.00/- once at 4:01 PM another at 4:04 PM but for this the amount was deducted from my Mobikwik Zip Account but unfortunately the order was not placed on Myntra site. Invoice for both the transaction is attached. Since this transaction was carried out from Mobikwik Zip account, the repayment was made with extra Rs. 613.69/- as late fee. I tried to reach out mobikwik customer support team on[protected] but was unable to connect with them. Also sent them mail on [protected]@mobikwik.com on 2nd but they haven't yet responded.

In order to avoid any effect on my CIBIL score I have repaid the amount with late due on 6th September 2022

3. Transaction Id: ZTD-22-CE958727CFACF - Paid to ZOMATO - Rs. 398.75
4. Late payment fees - Rs. 613.69/-

Total amount paid:- Rs. 3960.44 /- invoice attached

Refund Expected: Rs. 3611.96 /- in wallet or in Bank account via UPI.

Customer support from Mobikwik is not even reachable, frustated from past few day since Rs. 5000.00 /- is blocked.

Post this complain submission, I have been a victim of fraud transactions of around Rs. 25575/-. Worst experience ever.

    I had made one payment of 13096 on mobikwik on 19th Aug 2022 for my icici credit card bill payment.
    I had used an Indusand bank credit card for this transaction.

    I had checked the amount is deducted from my Indusand bank account.

    But from Mobikwik payment is not forwarded to icici bank credit card due to which icici bank applying extra charges like interest due to pending payment from Mobikwik.

    Details of transaction Amount is 13, 096

    I had attached transaction screenshot for your reference

    Mobikwik should process this payment either to ICICI credit car payment or revert to Indusand bank as 14 days passed after this transaction

      Loan amount 260 rupees

      I have paid my loan zip amount rs.260 before due date i e. On 5th September 2022. Money got deducted rs260 from my account which I paid and next morning that amount rs260 again got credited back to my account and for that mobikwik is charging rs.118 extra along with rs260. What is this I have paid money got deducted and again mobikwik credited that amount rs260 to my bank account. It is your fault and charging again rs 118+rs260....

      I have already completed your repayment of the zip balance on time. Then why you charge me a penalty fee..also you are not updating my outstanding balance, yesterday i received refund from bewakoof please check or update my outstanding balance or waive my penalty fee also activate my zip account. below i attached a screenshot please check.

          I was regular customer of MOBIKWIK and some how use to pay the due on time but due to financial loss and recent my grandmother loss I am not in condition to pay the due and this I already inform to there team but still there team is creating mental torture and using my data and misusing it so please request to take action on attached number and please find the attached screenshot

                    I booked a bus ticket on 26th July 2022 through mobikwik upi payment of Rs. 648.17.Ticket not booked and amount also not reversed back. Canara Bank also contacted you for chargeback, Bank replied me "As per our records the complain NO CRN 2223CA4247 RAISED BY YOU, in this regard we had raised a complain of chargeback to beneficiary bank, but they have rejected the claim citing reason beneficiary successfully credited Mobikwik need to process your refund".

                      6005 Rs. was transact with transaction I'd[protected] on Amazon for lic bill payment on 19 Jun 22 at 0928 AM and but transaction was failed. i was complaint many times against this transaction. still my deducted amount is not credited to my wallet. Please do needful action as soon as possible.

                        The amount of 9355 get debited on 4th August from my mobikwik wallet has not received it back, contacted on customer support number more then 100 times but they always says that thereis a technical issue & we are working on it. I would request you to please look into the matter & help me getting the amount refunded back.

                            Recharge not done but asking for payment in mobikwik Zip.

                            Showing as recharge done from Mobikwik Zip whereas I haven't recharged the same and also when I am asking for details regarding the recharge to Jio, they are telling me that no recharge is done through mobikwik for this number.

                                After paying the due it's not updated yet in their system and recovery agent ask me to pay and send screenshot i already sent them but still company msg come to me and agent harrassing me.its2month ago . please clear the matter when i paid all its your duty to update it.i paid extra instead of 9250 they gave link of 10497to pay via twitter handle of mobikwik swat official.people completely harrashed by Mobikwik please shutdown the company otherwise people suicide by Mobikwik.my account disabled by them when i complain.and penalty continue ### ceo ### company

                                    I'm having 2 concerns with you which I'm struggling to resolve this issue from last 10days i tried connecting to call centre, through help section even through social media team, none of them showed minimum courtesy and simply try to show the policy every time they are least bothered to understand my concern as a last resort I'm explaining this to you expecting some resolution.
                                    Concern 1:

                                    On 23rd of Aug i received a refund of 820/- which is reflecting in the statement but not getting tallied with the paylater balance it means payment is received but not credited to my wallet which is again a system error

                                    I have all the proofs for this issues including the statement to proceed legally where I believe I will get the justice.

                                    Concern 2;

                                    Another 1928.78, refund given by Ajio on 24th not yet credited to my account

                                    I'm tired complaining, no one is listening to me, This is some kind of fraud done by mobikwik
