Recharged my mobikwik wallet for internet banking with 1000 rs but no balance showing up in my mobikwik account.. Ticket no...#6482513
There is no reply from their side even after repeated messages
The worst part is they cant be contacted via live messaging.
Paytm is much better.
I simply have no clue what is wrong since there has been no assistance from mobikwik sites.
Please do not make me regret my decision and make me quit the app. This was my first recharge. Lol
I hope mobikwik will respond soon

    I booked two bus tickets from kanpur to varanasi by using the same account on 30 april. The bus was canceled and hence i contacted for refund and create ticket for complant.. Mobikwik hasn't processed my refund till yet. The pnr number for the tickets are xvns[protected] & xvns[protected]. One ticket was worth rs. 886. So refund for 2 tickets was of rs 1772.
    Complaint ticket id # 6450786.
    Please get my money processed at the earliest.

      I have added an amount of rs 1050 to the wallet and got the confirmation mail for the as well. When i checked the money in the wallet, it is showing zero balance. Transaction id for the above transaction is 54ec1de64eb40. Kindly help me in getting back my money either to my bank account or my mobikwik wallet. I have also raised a ticket to resolve the issue, but did not get any response from mobikwik team. Ticket no is # 646904.

      Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

        On 4th may 2017 i tried to add rs 540 in my mobikwik wallet (With no.- [protected]) and it got failed.
        Then i tried it once again and again it got failed. But after an hour rs 540 was added to my wallet but when i checked my bank account statement rs 540 was debited twice that sums up to rs 1080 but i only got 540 in my wallet. It's been more than 2 days and yet they are'nt responding..
        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        My Vodafone postpaid number hasn't been recharged with Rs 500 through mobiqwik but the same amount has been deducted from my bank account..I am really frustrated from this kind of errors in transaction ..I am demanding a speedy solution now otherwise I will be forced to take legal action for robbing Rs 500 from my bank account
        I was transferring money Rs 300 from my mobile is wallet to my bank account on 7th Mar'17. The money debited from my wallet but yet not credited to bank account.

        I raised complaint reference no. 6055635 2 months back yet they have not transfer money to wallet.

          I have paid mseb bill payment of rs.8190/- on 29th april 2017.
          After 7 days also i haven't received payment confirmation from mseb.
          I also raised ticket on mobikwik site but i haven't received any reply yet.
          Ticket number: # 6462828
          I have raised my concern on [protected]@mobikwik.com & [protected]@mobikwik.com however there is no reply yet. Instead i have received a undelivered notification. Request you to please look into this and refund my money at the earliest. Due date to pay my bill is 11 may 2017.

          I added money to pay the dealer, but he refused to accept the same, hence please revert the following transaction, I want the amount to be diverted to my credit card bank

            This mobikwik app is fraud i think... They have deducted multiple times 102 rs transaction multiple number of times from bank account and did not credit any money to mobikwik wallet... Even promo code says used up already... Even now add money gives error on transaction but they are only good in deducting money... They have not even responded to my

              Please Help Me - Add I have opening First Mobikwik account But Dont ask Passward i have Received Amount From Credit Card no -last no - 5000, Transfer - 5000 and Next 5000 Total - 10000/- Automatically closed Wallet.                 Dear sir/mam, I have made a shopping on justdial through my internet banking of OBC bank but due to insufficient balance in my mobikwik wallet i chose to add money to mobikwik wallet of amount Rs 900/- through justdial website but after entering mobikwik OTP money debited from my account but not updated in my wallet with an error of some technical problem on 13/04/2017 around 3.00pm .That amount of 900 rupees shown as (+900) in red colour in new issue section of help...but not in my wallet history .My registered mobile no is [protected]. Till now my wallet is not updated with the correct value therefore I am complaining to you. Please help me out

                I have made a complaint against mobikwik to refund my 900 rs that was not updated in my wallet After posting my complaint I have received two calls [protected], [protected] claiming mobikwik customer support asked to share my atm card details as well as one time password promising me to refund my value..but after completing the procedure they cheated me and debited even the remaining balance in my obc account that was 3000/- rs so I was shocked of all about this...till now neither I have received 900/- nor 3000/- rs ...now what should I do where is my 3900/- please help me to refund me it all back.
                I have tried to add Rs 1500 in mobikwik wallet. amount has been deducted from my acount but not added in to mobikwik wallet.                 Dear sir,
                I have a recharge amount of 264 Rs. in Airtel no . 6th may2017 at 12:40 PM.
                But recharge not done till now but Balance deducted at a time. So plz refund my payment.
                I have added money to Mobikwik wallet on 6 May 2017 i.e. yesterday and applied the code 'SUPERWOW' . I got the message the coupon applied successfully but anyhow I did not get the promised cashback of 3% even after 24 hours. Please look into the matter and help me.

                  My mobikwik wallet number is [protected] i try to add money 338 rs and i do all process but last time transaction is not successful view message.. Something wet wrong please try again... And i retry so again next time i do all process but last time view same message and my bank account is debited 338 rs two time but my mobikwik wallet balance is not added so please resolve my problem in immediately...                     I was trying to recharge my mobile number - [protected] for Rs. 1030 wherein I was using Rs.240 from the payback points that i redeemed in the wallet and rest of the amount i added using my debit card for Rs. 790.

                    Amount got deducted from bank account, received sms for the same but the mobikwik wallet still shows 240 as the available balance.

                    Kindly take immediate action for this inconvenience caused.

                              I did the electricity bill payment on 03 May 2017 for the

                                My mobikwik wallet account balance showing nill from 12/04/2017 but before this date balance was showing rs 91/-
                                on above date in transaction history was showing bank refund but still date amount was not credited in my bank account I complaint afterward several times in mobikwik customer care but complaint was not executed to solve my problem now transaction history also disappeared of this amount

                                  I chose Mobikwik wallet as the payment option in IRCTC website to book my tickets. When I was about to make payment a message popped up saying "I don't have enough wallet balance". (Refer to the picture attached)

                                  And I tried to inquire the problem with company and they replied that I don't have enough wallet balance.

                                  But I had enough balance, since the Order Amount was 556.29 and my Wallet Balance was 556.57, so technically I had Rs 0.28 extra in my wallet andI have Rs 40 Supercash too, which means 10% of SuperCash will be used on every transaction.                                   So in any situation I had more money in my wallet, and now they are not replying .

                                    My account balance was having Rs.50 and Mobikwik deducted Rs.4950 from my saved card directly ​without informing me.

                                    If I want to transfer money back to my bank account, Mobikwik will charge Rs.250 as fee.

                                    Why Mobikwik want me to maintain 5k balance.
                                    I m really not liking this worst app for doing such kind of things.
                                    Please I want my money back without any fee.

                                      I chose bsnl's special recharge from your website of (Rs - 333 special) for internet 90days) but i could not find that scheme and i get talktime of 286 and loose of money.                                         I booked two bus tickets from delhi to dehradun by using the same account. The bus was canceled and hence i received refund for only one ticket. Mobikwik hasn't processed my refund for the second ticket. The pnr number with that mobikwik provided me were 5knugvz and 86vrpcn. I booked the tickets using my email address g. [protected]@gmail.com on 17th april. One ticket was worth rs.455 and therefore two tickets were worth rs.910. I received rs.452 on the next day the bus was canceled but haven't received the other half. Please get my money processed at the earliest.
