Please resolve my problem and give me my cash back as soon as possible.so that next bus ticket book.

    I did the electricity bill payment on 03 May 2017 for the
    BESCOM acc ID: [protected].
    But it is not yet reflected in the Bescom site as i could see the amount is still due. Please let me know if these are paid to the Bescom and why i am seeing the amount as due till today. Following are the Bill payment reference numbers acc ID: [protected]

    I have already contacted the Mobikwik customer support still did't get any response from mobikwik.

      My mobikwik wallet account balance showing nill from 12/04/2017 but before this date balance was showing rs 91/-
      on above date in transaction history was showing bank refund but still date amount was not credited in my bank account I complaint afterward several times in mobikwik customer care but complaint was not executed to solve my problem now transaction history also disappeared of this amount
      please look into the matter and take necessary action regarding this

        I chose Mobikwik wallet as the payment option in IRCTC website to book my tickets. When I was about to make payment a message popped up saying "I don't have enough wallet balance". (Refer to the picture attached)

        And I tried to inquire the problem with company and they replied that I don't have enough wallet balance.

        But I had enough balance, since the Order Amount was 556.29 and my Wallet Balance was 556.57, so technically I had Rs 0.28 extra in my wallet andI have Rs 40 Supercash too, which means 10% of SuperCash will be used on every transaction. (Supercash FAQ https://promotions.mobikwik.com/inapp/faq/supercash/)

        So in any situation I had more money in my wallet, and now they are not replying .

          My account balance was having Rs.50 and Mobikwik deducted Rs.4950 from my saved card directly ​without informing me.

          If I want to transfer money back to my bank account, Mobikwik will charge Rs.250 as fee.

          Why Mobikwik want me to maintain 5k balance.
          I m really not liking this worst app for doing such kind of things.
          Please I want my money back without any fee.

          I just booked 2 bus tickets yesterday.while making payment through mobikwik wallet it shows 10℅ cash back is available for this transaction.But I didn't get any cash back amount in my wallet
          I have not recharged any number in mobikwik but in my mobikwik ac there is showing that the recharge has done for 1996 and my wallet balance has deducted. Please give my money back. Please solve my problem.

            I chose bsnl's special recharge from your website of (Rs - 333 special) for internet 90days) but i could not find that scheme and i get talktime of 286 and loose of money.               I booked two bus tickets from delhi to dehradun by using the same account. The bus was canceled and hence i received refund for only one ticket. Mobikwik hasn't processed my refund for the second ticket. The pnr number with that mobikwik provided me were 5knugvz and 86vrpcn. I booked the tickets using my email address g. [protected]@gmail.com on 17th april. One ticket was worth rs.455 and therefore two tickets were worth rs.910. I received rs.452 on the next day the bus was canceled but haven't received the other half. Please get my money processed at the earliest.

                  I used mobikwik to recharge my tata sky (Customer id: [protected]) on 26/04/2017. The money (Rs. 735/) has been deducted from my account but not reflected to my tata sky account. I have raised the issue with mobikwik with ticket no. 6434420 dated 27.04.2017 and 6430816 dated 26.04.207 but no reply has not been received till date. It's already 5 days since the issue pending with mobikwik. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              Mobikwik has deducted my amount without my knowledge and there is no invoice. They do not have customer care service and emailed them they do not respond also. Please take and look into the matter. Such companies need to be taken in to notice. They do not have proper customer service atleast to check in to the matter. They have deducted my account without any invoice.

                                On 27th April, 2017 i tried to add money to mobikwik wallet, at the first time while adding Rs.500 amount error shown 'Something went wrong'. so again I tried to add Rs.500 to wallet, same error message shown again. After 1 Hours i got message from bank account for money debited for 2 times. Total money was Rs. 1000.
                                I have raised tickets for same on app but did not got any reply.
                                Already 2 days are gone Kindly So resolve my problem on priority or else i have to find other way to get back my money.

                                  I've booked a bus from Patiala to Delhi from Mobikwik, but there was no bus or it was cancelled at that time at bus stand. I booked ticket on 10/4/17 for 12/4/17
                                  Till now I didn't got the refund. All their customer care contact numbers and emails are not reachable and no reply of mails. I also tried cancelling ticket when informed by station master but error message is shown to me while doing the same. Attaching screenshot of the ticket.

                                    I am BenZen J Pananchery, on 27april 2017 Thursday i tried to add an amount of rupees 608 to the wallet to recharge my jio number using debit card of state bank of India. I attempted 4 times, after entering the otp the transaction fails. But when i checked the bank statement i lost rupees 608 of 4 times which is a sum of rupees 2432. And the money is ain't added to the wallet or refunded to my account. Even after 48 hours these people ain't tried to contact me via email or phone. Which quite unprofessional. If they can't handle so much customers, resolve current complaints and stop that enterprise and let concerned people go to work in the paddy field.

                                      I tried to book a flight ticket for Rs. 11, 874 on 13th April on Yatra using Mobikwik Wallet and the payment got failed. I also created 2 Tickets with Ticket ID # 6367704 on 13th April and Ticket ID # 6369717 on 14th April. On both these tickets they have given a simple reply that it takes 7 to 10 days to receive the refund from merchant and we instantly credit it to your wallet and they closed both the tickets. I called Yatra thrice and they have confirmed that the amount is returned back from their side.

                                      It been more than 16 days now and I have not received my amount back. I wrote about the same on their facebook page and they have removed my comments there. There is no helpline numbers, email IDs or chat support on their website to directly contact. The only way to contact them is through creating issues(i.e Tickets) and they take min 4-7 days to reply for a ticket without a proper resolution and they close it.

                                      I want to raise a complaint against them now as my amount is huge Rs.11, 784 and they are not returning it back to me and they have been telling the same 7-10 days for the past 16 days.

Its been more than 2 weeks,
