Today, i was debiting 3800 rs from my credit card to mobikwik wallet, suddenly process disappeared after adding last bank otp. And i got no money in my wallet, but it got debited from my bank ac. Then i registered complaint ticket but they're not responding to it. Why are we getting same issues from a well known app? If we add money to wallet it means it should be added maximum 1 hour with notification. But they're not even providing notification about this issue, then what to understand? I want my money back.
