I have added money to Mobikwik account on 31 March 2017 for my mobile recharge. when I was trying to recharge my number by using Mobikwik Wallet. It was not successfully recharged on the day and money also got deducted from wallet.after that I have raised the complaint to Mobikwik to refund money back to wallet & I don't need to recharge from your side.after 3 days later they have recharged my account without my notice. My question is, who can wait for 3 days to recharge my account.??...I clearly told to Mobikwik to refund money back to wallet. Offer date also got over..??? 31 march 2017... they have recharged after 3 days... So this unethical behavior from Mobikwik website. Please take a look at my concern... Ticket #[protected]Mobikwik

Transaction amount: 806 rs.. Category: electricity. Operator: madhya gujarat vij company ltd. But actual my ca no. 15532 in invoice this no. Shown. So pls. Credit this amount rs. 806 mgvcl bill ca no.: [protected] (Sanddep athley). Or my wallet credit. Please solve this matter. Previously 10.04.2017 your reply but not solve this matter.

        I paid rs.912/= towards payment of bsnl land line monthly charges of telephone no:[protected] which unfortunately could not be activated and the amount has been returned to mobikwik wallet. (Refer id 54cf[protected] dtd 12/4/17)

        Since mobikwik does not have any provision to pay bsnl land line bill my whole amount (Rs.912/=) may please be diverted to my bank account from where it is debited so that i could remit to bsnl through other method.

        We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to our bank reversal team they will definitely work on it. Once the resolution comes will let you know or credit the amount automatically to your bank account.

        Till date neither any amount has been credited to my account nor any reply is given.

        Customer care tele nos: 91-[protected] and 91-[protected] is non-functional for the last many days and no attendant to attend.

        This a clear case of mis-management and cheat.

        An early action is requested.

          Yesterday as on 28th april 2017, i used mobikwik to pay my electricity bill of torrent power i'd 3037575 & i was having wallet amount of rs 312.25 & my account for balance bill of rs 5718 has been debited from credit card but transaction failed to pay this bill. My bill neither paid nor my account credited. M not able to contact mobikwik team via call or msg as no number is working to talk to them. I have registered complain on mobikwik app ticket#6436133 but no response from mobikwik. Pls pls do the needful. My contact number is [protected]. Pls refund my money or update my wallet balance so that i can pay my bill.

            On 26 April, 2017 06:00 PM i try to add money to mobikwik wallet, at the first time while adding Rs.800 amount error shown 'Something went wrong'. so again I tried to add Rs.800 to wallet, same error message shown again. After 1 Hours i got message from bank account for money debited for 2 times. Total money was Rs. 1600.
            I have raised tickets for same on app but did not got any reply.
            Already 2 days are gone Kindly So resolve my problem on priority or else i have to find other way to get back my money.

                Rs.6000rs got debited from my bank account, but the transaction got failed and i didn't get my money back. I filled a complaint but thet are not replying, please look into this matter. It was repeatedly failing but after that money got debited and now there is no one to reply.

                  मैंने 22 मार्च को 500 रुपए वालेट मे डालने की कोशिश की, पैसे अकाउंट से कट गए वो बैंक मे रिफ़ंड नहीं हुये, इसके लिए मैंने इनकी साइट मे 10 बार कम्पलेन कर चुका हु बैंक ट्रांजेक्सन की डिटेल दे चुका हु बैंक स्टेटमेंट की कॉपी भेज चुका हु मगर ये हराम खोर पैसे रिफ़ंड नहीं दे रहे है।
                  इसमे सोच समझ कर पैसे डाले ये आपके पैसे खाने मे कोई देर नहीं करेंगे।
                  ये हरामखोर मेरे जैसे पता नहीं कितने लोगों के पैसे हजम करके बैठे है।

                    I have received a message from mobikwik saying that i would be getting 30 cash back on recharge of 30. But when actually recharged it i have been awarded with 30 supercash which can be used (Only 10% at a time) on my next purchase. They are sending messages without mentioning about the supercash and might have cheated many like me. This is a way of cheating. Mobikwik was earlier giving cashback into wallet. And nowadys it started a new gymmick to cheat people with supercash concept. Someone should put a stop to this.

                    they don't apply 10% supercash on doing recharge just show you that they are applying 10% supercash but if you notice your actual money will be deducted from your wallet, so supercash is just to fool everyone. they think nobody will notice this and even they will notice it nobody will go to consumer court office for 10-20 rupees, but they don't know me i will kick their ### for this cheating no matter it is for 10 rs. or 1000 rs. if anybody intrested to punish them for this cheating register a complain here -> HTTP://consumerHELPLINE.gov.in/
                    I recharged my mobile with mobikwik it offered us recharge 100 and get 40 super cash I was super exited i don't want recharge in that time but after I saw that kind of deal I couldn't stop my self I just took my card
                    and recharged after sometime I saw that 40 super cash not showing after that I read the conditions 1. you have to update your mobikwik wallet to see super cash so I just updated after that I saw all bull sit conditions- You Can Use Only 10% And Minimum Transaction 100 Rs. IT MEANS YOU CAN ELIGIBLE FOR SUPER CASH IF YOUR TRANSACTION MORE THAN 100 IF YOU RECHARGE YOU MOBILE WITH 99 RS. SO YOU WILL NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SUPER CASH AND ONE MORE THING 40 SUPER CASH IS FOR ONLY 45 DAYS IF YOU NOT USE IN 45 DAYS YOUR ALL SUPER CASH WILL DEDUCT when I saw all this I was shocked this is cheating I want my money back in the name of super cash they are making us fool sir help me they all are spreading fake concept & fake offer you will never ever use full super cash so please don't use mobikwik uninstall the app
                    Mobikwik is cheater
                    Mobikwik are cheaters. They are misleading customers with their so call ''Super cash'' concept.
                    they can cheat and use a customer once but they are loosing one customer at the same time. Hope they understand this before they have to close down their shop.

                    Highly unsatisfied user of Mobikwik.

                    They dont even deserve one star, coz they are the worst.

                      I recharge jio prepaid sim with reliance jio summer surprise offer from mobikwik and according to mobikwik i m eligible for getting supercash 82 rs. But still it not give me my cashback. My reliance jio number is [protected]... And i recharged online from mobikwik app...in hostory it shows that 82rs given me but mobikwik customer help line don5give how can it redeem.

                        On 27-apr-17 i have added rs.424 to my mobikwik wallet from bank account and it said error occurred and i have tried again and same problem and then after i received a message from the bank that rs.424 is deducted from account two times. I. E., rs.848.
                        After that, i filed a complaint in mobikwik but no one replied till now and its more than 24 hrs.
                        Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                          My issue is related to cashback amount. I didnot get any cashback.

                          My order id is 7igjlh45klh2zv. My transaction amount was 614 rs to 1mg and my cashback amount was 10%of transaction amount that is 61rs. This transaction is done on 24 april and my order is also delivered and still i didnot get any cashback.

                          So i request you to pls send my cashback amount to my mobikwik wallet.

                            My money is debited from bank but not added in mobikwik account wallet. My bank details as follows. From last 15 hours I am regular complaining to mobikwik help section but no response from mobikwik. I am afraid of loosing money. Please helpe.

                              My name is Raj Narayan Kurre. My user id is [protected] against alternate email id [protected]@gmail.com. I was made order for electricity bill payment for CSPDCL amount 270.00 twice total about 540.00 Rs.
                              first on evening dated[protected] by by debit card OTHPG 561668 Mobikwik Gurgaon
                              and 2nd time on early morning dated[protected] by by debit card
                              OTHPG 561688 Mobikwik Gurgaon .
                              However, error occur, my bill payment was not made, and amount debited from my State Bank of India (net banking).

                              Please check and let you know about the Money was not credited to my Mobikwik wallet or to my bank account Bank of India.

                                Today, i was debiting 3800 rs from my credit card to mobikwik wallet, suddenly process disappeared after adding last bank otp. And i got no money in my wallet, but it got debited from my bank ac. Then i registered complaint ticket but they're not responding to it. Why are we getting same issues from a well known app? If we add money to wallet it means it should be added maximum 1 hour with notification. But they're not even providing notification about this issue, then what to understand? I want my money back.                                 I paid my Electricity Bill with Mobikwik Wallet, Money was instantly deducted but even after 21 days I got no Confirmation from Operator. It was first time I paid my electricity bill with Mobikwik and I got disappointment.

                                  Yesterday i try to add money to mobikwiki wallet at the first time 611 amount was debited from my card but not added to my to the wallet and second time 500 rupees added to the wallet but not added my wallet but money was debited two times total 1111 rupees. Please resolve my problem or return my amount to my card. Other ways

                                    I have recharged rs.303-5=rs.298.00 for jio no. [protected] on 04.04.17 transaction reference no.[protected]. Hence please give credit to them under intimation to me my email id is [protected]@gmail.com mob no. [protected]. Now jio sim has become invalid. Now at least you transfer the amount and advice them to recharge above mentioned phone no immediately.

                                        I had booked a bus from pune to indore for 28th april. The ticket was generated for that date by mobikwik (Maharshtra travels dhariwal). They have cancelled my ticket on 25th april without any valid reason. No one is available on customer care of mobikwik to answer my queries. At the last moment, i am facing issues while booking bus. The rates have raised to 2000. At the time of booking it was 1000. I have found the same bus running which they have cancelled.

                                        I demand an explanation with valid reasons as well as compensation towards this.
