Yesterday i recharge my connect broadband but it shows transaction failed and i was received a message from my bank i.e. your balance is deducted for your transaction so and so. I was registered a ticket in mobikwik but they could not contact me till now. No recharege is done and also the money was not added to my wallet account. My contact no. Is [protected] please do the needful as earliest as possible....

RS 800 has been debited from my central bank account no [protected] on 7 April but money did not added to mobikwik wallet, my wallet phone no is [protected] 10 days gone but Money not refunded so please refund my money, I have complain earlier but there is not any solution regarding this problem please take action regarding this problem and refund money quik...

I transfer the money to account my balance will debited but it's shows transaction failed when it will be reverse to my account?

If not credited we will make legal proceedings against MobiKwik so kindly resolve these issue immediately

I saw two deductions from my mobikwik wallet a few weeks back.
I've raised two tickets regarding this issue but there's no response from them, It has been over than 14 days and the tickets are still pending.
There's no response or anything from mobikwik, seems like they don't care.

If the charges are review, I need a reply for what they are, and if not I expect a refund

I have added rs.12, 500 to mobiwik wallet through my credit card i needed an immediate transfer to my bank account.. I entered all the required bank details though i entered my bank account name i was asked to enter bank account name again and again which i did and finally i got a error that says otps has been sent many times.. I can't even login to my account now...

This is a real thing happened to me
I miss booked the ticket in MOBIKWIK
but when I tried to cancel the ticket it was cancelled but the money was not refunded to me even after 3weeks(21 days) but the company said that the money will be refunded to the wallet within 2days of working hours now I have lost 1100 rupees so please tell the mobikwik to refund the money

On 20 December, 2016, I was trying to pay somewhere through Mobikwik and the transaction got failed. I checked with my bank(ICICI), and they confirmed that it's been debited and bank people contacted with the Mobikwik persons also. Mobikwik bank confirmed that yes amount got deducted. My bank asked them for a chargeback and they denied to refund.. I tried to contact Mobokwik but cant contact them. Wrote them a mail about it,...

I have paid the vodaphone pospaid bill [protected] rs 750 on 1 april 2017

but still it yet to update in my vodafone account.
I have also contacted to corporate care vodafone they simply denied that payemnt not done.

Also register the complaint on wobikwik help via 6315000 but there is no response.

I request you to paid the amount or refund the money in my debit card.

I have transferred the money using mobikwik app on 12/4/17. Till date it is not transferred to mobile user [protected].
I have raised complaint no 63665271 at mobikwik app. No response from them. The user of mobile to whom i have transferred the money faced problem without cash and at the same time money not transferred.
When it will get credited to user mobile no [protected] or reversed to my wallet/ credit card...

I have done the recharge through mobikwik yesterday with 408 rs. Till now recharge not done money deducted. No calls no mails no communicayion regarding the same. They are running a fake website cheating a common people thats it. Refund my money asap. From yesterday onwards i amtrying to call sending mails again and again but no luck they are not replying of my mail or anything. They are simply fraud....

Please refer to the two transactions[protected] and RBL[protected].
On the first one from Big bazaar i am supposed to get 10% - that is 78 rupees. For the second one from Airtel i am supposed to receive rupees 30. Please check and revert.

I had attempted to order a pair of shoes from the shopclues website and tried to pay through mobikwik ..rupees about 320 was already in my wallet before this order...and 500 was added more...now the payment has been deducted from the wallet ..but order has not been confirmed.. kindlyorder confirm the order please..the order id is[protected]

I paid Rs.912/= towards payment of BSNL Land Line monthly charges of Telephone No:[protected] which unfortunately could not be activated and the amount has been returned to Mobikwik wallet.

Since Mobikwik does not have any provision to pay BSNL land line bill my whole amount (Rs.912/=)may please be diverted to my bank account from where it is debited so that I could remit to BSNL through other method...

I have booked a bus ticket of 1319 RS on 15th April 2017 and applied coupon sunny300 for 300 cash back . But have not received the cash back till now. And the customer care no. Is also not working. The coupon had minimum transaction as 900 and also the coupon was applied . So why not the cash back. Tried to go to querry section but not lodging complain....

Every time i recharge my mobile/dth via mobikwik.com, it blocks my money.

it shows successful payment but doesn't transfer money to mobile/dth account.
there is no customer care no. provided by them.
The only way to contact them is through mail or else raise the ticket, which they never reply back. To solve the problem they take forever.

it happened twice with me.
