    please never write complaint by directly writing phone no, they will call you, ask your otp and then login from your account, I got lucky as i do not have any amount in my wallat, otherwise i have lost my money, please beware of wrong no and never share your otp

        Dear Customer Care,

        As you blocked my account after my mobile got stolen and after I reported to you. I am trying to reopen my account since then but fail all the time.

        Kindly reopen my account since I have received my mobile number back from vodafone store. I would like to get my account activated so that i can make payments. This is my third mail to u.

        My ticket number was 5730297 dated 12/27/16. I am not getting any ticket also since the user is disabled.

        I request you to reopen my account so that I can access it. I have tried your support numbers but all of them are busy. I have made calls thrice making lots of bills in even reaching to you but failed.

        Kindly look into the matter.

              In March 2017 they changed all the cashback to supercash and allows to use only 10% of supercash amount for every transaction.

              SuperCash for MobiKwik
              13 Mar 2017 +75

              If that was less, now the supercash comes with an expiry date of within 2 months

              So if I made a phone recharge of Rs 100 today and I have supercash Rs100 in my account (which will expire lets say 20th May 2017), then 10% of supercash amount is deducted. i.e. Rs 10 So I have to pay Rs90. Good Deal one would say.
              Supercash balance: Rs 90

              Please note all the transactions you need to make within 2 months if you want to use supercash.

              Now lets go further.
              Second transaction another recharge of Rs 100. I get another 10% off supercash money. 10% Rs 90 = Rs 9
              I paid Rs 91 this time of Rs 100 recharge
              Remaining Supercash balance: Rs 81

              Third transaction, pay bill of Rs 200. Supercash usable (10%of Rs81) Rs8.1
              So I pay Rs191.90.

              Supercash remaining Rs 72.9

              Fourth Transaction:
              Supercash remaining Rs 65.7
              Similarly for next transaction Supercash after using will be Rs59.13
              so forth...
              6th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 53.23
              7th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 47.93
              8th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 43.23
              9th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 38.93
              10th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 35.13
              11th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 31.63
              12th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 28.47
              13th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 25.63
              14th transaction : Supercash remaining Rs 23.07
              15th transaction : Supercash remaining Rs 20.77
              16th transaction : Supercash remaining Rs 18.7
              17th transaction : Supercash remaining Rs 16.83

              and do the maths. Basically you can never fully use your supercash completely and I am sure no general person will do these many transactions within 2 months

              This is therefore a trap to fool the customers into cashback offers and providing discounts.

              Its 45 days expiry period instead of 2 months
              I have money in mobikwik wallet and when try to send money to bank, it is displayed as OTP has sent max no of times. I logged off and when I try to login again, I'm not able to login account itself, same error displayed. Because of issue I'm not able to use wallet amount.
              Rs.500/- Debited from my Andhra bank Account Markapur on 30th March 2017.But this money didn't Add to my Mobikwik wallet, I registered a Mobikwik ticket for same, but I am not getting any response from this till today.

              Mobiquik I paid for AC bus on 13/4/17 from Dhule to Borivali and paid for same
              But I got non AC bus.
              Yes, Mobiwik is cheating customer money in the was of supercash.

              Very bad concept, how much money will if receive from each customer when the super cash expires from customer account.
              These guys don't even have a helpline number or email id on the app and the help section only shows invalid user id despite my verified login status

                Sir i have paid my electricity bill on 08/4/2017 through mobikwik.
                First two transaction for bill payment done by pnb internet banking showed unsuccessful on mobikwik but showed successful in bank statement. First i had complaint to bank they said that transaction was successful. Now i am not getting my money amount of 1082 x2= 2164 inr. So please help me

                  I have paid my Gujarat gas bill on 25th march through Mobikwik.com. Today its 24th april, but still it shows me unpaid in Gujarat gas official payment site. I have complained about this concern to mobikwik in last week but they also do not responds against this issue.

                  Now, if they did not deposit the amount to Gujarat gas company LTD then i will need to pay last 4month's bill with extra charge of 75 rupees of late payment. My bill amount is : 1053INR My transaction id is: BILL[protected] My email address : [protected]@gmail.com

                        I already add proof. Actually the group admin offer me that give me 2K and add 2k members I will give you a Nikon D3300 DSLR and I was overconfident and I gave him 2K but he didn't give any product.

                          My order id is imbk[protected] i paid to ebay.in through mobikwik wallet rs 5197 my money deducted from wallet but i when i called ebay custamer care they told that we dont receive money probably transaction failed but i i tried to contact to mobikwik cs care but failed then i set 2 or messages to them but they even didnt bothered to reply me now i am regretting why i felt in such 10% cash back...

                          I am unable to use my balance amount of Rs. 31.75 which I have redeemed in my Mobikwik account. I complained several times to Mobikwik but they mark it as resolved without any resolution.
                          Today I wanted to remit some amount to an Insurance Co.(UIIC). They have account with Bank of America and account number is in Alpha Numeric format.
                          In your App only numbers are allowed for noting account number
                          Mobikwik had not provided any customer care numbers and email. Y. To whom we contact. They have given one address at gurgaon. How can everyone goes gurgaon. Contact no and email id should be provided. My emil is [protected]@gmail.Com

                              I recharge an amount of rs.309 for jio number [protected] on 21st april 2017 online form idbi debit card at time 09: 52 pm, i received message for deduction of rs.309 from bank account but recharge not done so really i am very disappointed with mobikwik site. So please help and resolve the issues otherwise i cant use in this site in feature or not suggest to any one.

                                I complaint mobikwik on 14th march 2017 and issued a ticket.. Ticket number : # 6103065

                                I transferred an amount of 35.11₹ to mobikwik wallet from maxgetmore but error of "something went wrong" came in mobikwik, on the other side sms on my phone came that the amount of 35.11? Is been transferred to one mobikwik systems pvt ltd. Points redeemed is 140.44 ~ 35.11₹ membershipno is : [protected] auth code : 3086055 there is no money/points in maxgetmore now..

                                Still my issue not resolved. Its been more than a month now.

                                  Who have booked 3 items in myntra via mobikwik on APRIL 05th 2017.
                                  Myntra shows that Order was not placed due technical error. But money of 1645rs was debited from my bank account and added to wallet. Also in mobikwik app, its showing that money is send to myntra. Then i have contacted myntra support. They told that, they have not yet received the money please contact myntra support. I have placed a complaint in myntra Ticket# 6347435, but no yet resolved. Kindly have an immediate action

                                  I got a call from [protected], saying that he is calling from mobikwik and asked my debit card details like card number, expiry date, cvv and also otp number. I didnt disclose my otp number because, its only for my use. I think it is a fake call. He is telling that he will credit my lost money to this debit card, for that purpose he need all these details.

                                    I paid the Bescom electricity bill of Rs. 685 via Mobikwik mobile app. Transaction was successful on app but bill is not settled with Bescom still.

                                    Tried to reach to customer support with Ticket #6404404. But no resolution of the problem yet. Also tried to reach via customer care numbers but none of the phone numbers are operational.

                                    Please help me resolve the issue as last date of bill settlement is 25th April 2017.

                                      I received one fake call like mobikwik customer care he hacked my account bank money Rs.25, 000 and the same time I have balance at mobikwik balance Rs.5, 000 he took my money
