Problem with mobikwik wallet to bank account transfer

Money was deducted from my account and i did not recieve da money in my wallet.. It's been over a weak and i'm not getting any response on this issue.. Plsss refund back da money soon.. Wallet to bank transfer issue fraud app

Payment failure

Sir, I have made a payment o 510 to UTS app from mobikwik( Zaakpay gateway) amount is deducted from my account but neither is deposited to UTS app nor refunded to my bank account it has been 4 days but no response from Zaakpay my details is given below.

Transfer money has not been credited into bank account

As mentioned i've done my recharge through mobikwik on 08'april2017 - 9.00am.
Amount got deducted from my account as it was an debit card, but recharge not yet done.
It have happened on the previous occasion also.
It never happens with any other portal.
If this same thing gets repeated, the reliability/faith factor will be at stake.
Please revert at the earliest as it is causing a lot of inconvenience.br...

Electricity bill payment not done

I have paid 2 month's BESCOM electricity bill of Rs. 1027 through Mobikwik. Amount has been deducted from my account but BESCOM has not received my payment yet. Recharge done but amount not deposited in merchant's account

I paid my electricity bill via mobikwik. But even after 10 days of payment money is not credited into the account. My biller is saying that it did not receive any payment. I have transaction id as well as the message of debiting money from my bank account.
I tried to call customer care numbers but both of them are not working.
Mobikwik dont even have a email id....

Domino's pizza 20% cashback not provided

after order it supposed to provide stated CB, but no update on the site and Dominos is asking to check with Mobikwik.

I created ticket on mobikwik site also but there is no update.
seems they are faking and cheating the customers. any help in this regards highly appreciated....
