I have booked a bus ticket of 1319 RS on 15th April 2017 and applied coupon sunny300 for 300 cash back . But have not received the cash back till now. And the customer care no. Is also not working. The coupon had minimum transaction as 900 and also the coupon was applied . So why not the cash back. Tried to go to querry section but not lodging complain.

    Every time i recharge my mobile/dth via mobikwik.com, it blocks my money.

    it shows successful payment but doesn't transfer money to mobile/dth account.
    there is no customer care no. provided by them.
    The only way to contact them is through mail or else raise the ticket, which they never reply back. To solve the problem they take forever.

    it happened twice with me.
    i did a DTH recharge of Rs 1500 (sun direct ) and it shows successful payment but don't know where the money went. Today is the last date to recharge my sundirect account. I need my money back urgently.

    forget about the cashback, they don't even give the customers money back. it really sucks.

        I recharged my Sundirect connection No: [protected] on 13-04-17 at 5PM with Rs.1050...The Money was deduced in my bank account and the recharge was not credit in my sundirect account...I complained many times but the customer care not responce...If you try to cheat me I will go to consumer court...I want my money back...

          Money was deducted from my account and i did not recieve da money in my wallet.. It's been over a weak and i'm not getting any response on this issue.. Plsss refund back da money soon.. I dnt know how much time you people are taking to resolve da problem.. Resolve it soon i need back the money.. Seriously now for my money i have to beg for it back..

            उपरूक्त विषय के संबंध मै निवेदन है की मेरे मोबाईल नंबर [protected] पर दिनांक - 014/04/2017 को सुबह करीब 08:55 बजे मोबाईल नंबर [protected], [protected] से फोन आया जब मैने फोम उठाया तो गाली गलौज करते हुअे परिवार कि महिलाअों के विरूढ गलत सलत बोलने लगा मोबईल नंबर [protected] से दिनांक 4/03/2017 को भी फोन आया था और मुझे कहा गया था की मै PAYTM से बोल रहा हुँ और कहा कि मै आपके एेकाउंट मे Rs 2030 ऐड कर दुँगा और फिर उसने मझसे खाता नंबर माँगा तो मैने दे दिया उसके बाद उसने मुझसे ऐ टि अम नंबर माँगा मैने नही दिया तो गाली बक कर फोन काट दिया उसके बाद पुनः मेरे मोबईल नंबर [protected] पर 14/04/2017 को सुबह करिब 08:55 बजे मोबाईल नंबर [protected] से पुनः फोन आया और गाली गलौज करते हुअे परिवार कि महिलाओं के विरूढ गलत बात बोलने लगा जिससे कि मै काफी परेशान हो रहा हुँ

              Hello i want to complain about mobikwik payment system somehow they update my number into their contact info after that every one calling me and saying that is this a mobikwik office no. I am tired of saying no to all of them and this is very frustating and anoying .

              please help me and resolve my issue

                  Sir, I have made a payment o 510 to UTS app from mobikwik( Zaakpay gateway) amount is deducted from my account but neither is deposited to UTS app nor refunded to my bank account it has been 4 days but no response from Zaakpay my details is given below.

                    The undersigned has transferred rs.970/- from my mobikwik wallet to my icici bank saving account, excluding processing charges rs.29.10/- (Transaction id: t4kndb5r5q9j) on 10th april-2017 at 6:36pm though my registered mob. No.[protected]. Still rs.970/- has not been credited into my icici saving account after going to completion of 3rd days. Now it is very regret to mention here that though the amount of rs.970/- had already deducted from my wallet same time, but the same could not be credited into my bank account. I have mailed 7-8 time to mobikwik organization but unfortunately to say that, mobikwik organization is not taking seriously in this matter. Customer care phone is not working yet. Sir/mam i am requesting to you please look into matter seriously in the favour of the undersigned. It is also therefore requested to do the needful at the earliest and credit rs.970/- to my mobikwik wallet either my bank account for which i shall remain greatfull to you..
                    This is for your kind perusal and necessary action please.

                      As mentioned i've done my recharge through mobikwik on 08'april2017 - 9.00am.
                      Amount got deducted from my account as it was an debit card, but recharge not yet done.
                      It have happened on the previous occasion also.
                      It never happens with any other portal.
                      If this same thing gets repeated, the reliability/faith factor will be at stake.
                      Please revert at the earliest as it is causing a lot of inconvenience.

                              On 11apr evng i made online transaction in mobikwik app to recharge i add money to wallet but Amount got debited from account but it's not showing in walet then went to help section click and loged a complaint they 3days and reply it vl take 3 to 15 days to return and I stil searching its phone number of customer service which u get all r wrong I google it searching where is mobikwik company office number not finding so then called bank and registered complaint so I requesting u to check where the amount pls chk and tell my phone number [protected]

                              On Apr 11 th transaction was unsuccessful but amount got debited to refund ur taking long time why are taking so long when it is unsuccessful why did u debit it PLS refund my money soon what type of finance company nobody is responsing to mail sir 8 past u have already taken my money and u have not recharged it why then u debited now what I should do so PLS written my money

                              PLS Indian customer team four people should reply to my complaint see mobikwik has debited the amount and tells is unsuccessful so tell them to refund

                                I have paid 2 month's BESCOM electricity bill of Rs. 1027 through Mobikwik. Amount has been deducted from my account but BESCOM has not received my payment yet. I have lodged a complaint in Mobikwik as well on 3rd April, 201but they are not responding to any mails. They do not even have a customer care number to contact. Please help me resolve this issue asap..

                                      I paid my electricity bill via mobikwik. But even after 10 days of payment money is not credited into the account. My biller is saying that it did not receive any payment. I have transaction id as well as the message of debiting money from my bank account.
                                      I tried to call customer care numbers but both of them are not working.
                                      Mobikwik dont even have a email id.
                                      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I complained to Mobikwik that I didn't get money in my bank account by transferring from Mobikwik wallet of mine. I Kanwarjit Singh, Mobile no. [protected]. I transferred Rs 1910.00 to my HDFC bank.
                                      And today i received a call from Mobikwik helpline. That person was asking my CVV and Credit Card number.

                                        I ordered Dominos pizza on 9th April in Pune. and opted to pay via Mobikwik as it was offering 20% cb.
                                        after order it supposed to provide stated CB, but no update on the site and Dominos is asking to check with Mobikwik.

                                        I created ticket on mobikwik site also but there is no update.
                                        seems they are faking and cheating the customers. any help in this regards highly appreciated.
