Hi,
I did transfer of 4700 rs from my mobikwik wallet to my bank account. (I checked account is details is correct). However, while doing payment there was error saying "problem occurred while doing payment." but money got debited from my wallet but it didn't got credited to bank account. I tried checking invoice details in payment history. However, its saying "no invoice data found" when i clicked on invoice details. I raised a ticket also 3 days back. But didn't got any reply.

My ticket no is 6281763.

I tried contacting all helpline numbers present across internet. But none of them is working.

Please help.

    Sir, I transferred Rs.4800/- from my Mobikwik Wallet to my SBI savings Bank Account on 30th March-2017 . though my registered Mob. No.[protected]. But it is very regret to mention here that though the amount of Rs. 4800/- had already deducted from my Wallet but the same could not be credited to may account.

    It is therefore requested to do the needful at the earliest and credit Rs.4800/- to my mobikwik wallet for which I shall remain greatfull l to you..

    I have recharged my prepaid mobile number with Rs.303, money was deducted but recharge is failed, i given complaint about this to them, but they is no response from them.

    I have also Same problem on 30th March but didn't get any reply from mobikwik.
    Today three fake calls from different mobile numbers come on my cell number and I was surprised that one of the number was mobikwik customer care number [protected], So please be aware of fake calls and don't give any information to them.

      I have done recharge from MobiKwik to my Reliance JIO no. [protected] on first of April but my Jio account showing zero balance. However, Rs.303 is deducted from my MobiKwik wallet. I have written to their HELP complaint registration but of not use, its showing in progress status.

      The Mobikwik person called me and asked for my Debit/ Credit card no, expiry date of debit card and CSV on the back of card, which I thought is not safe to reveal. Caller asking to reveal confidential details of my card over phone is certainly increasing more suspicion on their activity.

      Very strangely, they are not ready to redeem the amount to my Mobikwik account/ Wallet.

      I have again received a call from [protected]@[protected] at 2:30pm. The guy told me that first I have to load Rs.1000 to my Mobikwik wallet after that Rs.303 would be refunded to my account. When I counter him saying why I should be risking another Rs.1000 for refund amount my 303, he disconnected.

      The calls were made last time from the numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected].

      Please Help

      Sir we have done 349 recharge at one time but uuportunately the 349same plan was activated 3 times and amount was deducted 3 times what will do... please receive the complaint and solve the problem

          I have deposited Rs. 11000/- in my Mobikwik wallet(Mobile No.- [protected]) vide cash deposit from ICICI bank, Lajpat Nagar(Near lajpat nagar metro station) on 30.03.2017. The order Id is 54beb927d5a69 and tranction Id of Bank is M365937. However even after 7 days the amount is not showing my mobikwik wallet. I have also made complaint on mobikwik wallet help portal and have also visited bank. but my issue was not resolved. Even the mobile numbers(+91 [protected] & +91 [protected]) of customer care of Mobikwik is not working. You are kindly requested to please help.

            I have transfer from my account to Mobikwik of Rs.707, amount has beed debited to my account but now only not yet received mobikwik wallet lot of time i complained to ticket booking to Customer support but now only not yet response My mobile no. [protected]
            My jio prime membership reharge 99 is not successful so please recharge [protected] this no.

              I had done a recharge of ₹303/- on my mobile numerous [protected] with my SBI debit card on mobikwik money has been deducted from my bank account but recharge is not yet done I was been told that my issue would be solved in 48hrs it's been 4 days now not my recharge nor my refund has been arrived had had written many complaints to them on their app but response was not good my transaction number is RJ[protected]

                On 31st March2017, i have recharged 303rs for Jio Number, my balance got deducted but recharge was not successful. i was trying Mobiwik customer care number which is not in use. it almost 7 working days completed but iam not getting refunded. (Transaction id: 6240130).

                Kindly do the needful and take necessary action towards this app developer.

                I have lost the offer due to this.

                  Hi, on 28th mar 2017 i tried to pay 240 rupees to sophia publications through mobikwik. From my bank account i payed 232.61 and balance amount from supercash. But the amount was not payed to sopghia publications and they sent a mail regarding the same. I put a complaint on 28th march 2017 as showing below:

                  "hi, my last transaction related to sophia publications not completed. But money deducted from my account and it not yet reached to sophia publications. So please verify and put it back to my account asap.
                  28 mar, 2017, 6:43pm"

                  But i didn't get any response from mobikwik. Also tried to contact them through below contact no. S they published in website. Contact us @ [protected], [protected]. I'm getting message like 'number doesn't existing or number switched off'. Pease give my money back otherwise i'll have to take legal action against your company.

                        Some days ago, i got refund 3165/- into my wallet. i just wanted to send those money to bank account, but due to technical some fault, it's been failed.
                        But the main thing was that, they charged me 702.12/- and its not been sent to the bank.
                        in the transaction history, it is show that 702.12 rupees has been bank refund but when i wanted to read that Invoice, it shows error.
                        I already sent a complained in help in the mobikwik app. Pease give my money back otherwise I'll have to take legal action against your company.

                          I have made a transaction of Rs 1, 140 on Jan 23, 2017 6:07PM. The transaction was shown from Mobikwik end success and amount was deducted from my creditcard but amount was not credited into my mobikwik wallet. There is no way to call customer care number. So I have created ticket on this issue to refund my amount back but Mobikwik team was closed the ticket with out any resolution. Please resolve the issue and Please find the below screen shots attached

                                I am trying to pay my water bill through Mobikwik but Payment deduct from my credit card and added to my Mobikwik wallet.
                                Problem is that I am not able to pay water bill, always get massage "Failure:Unable to create RMSTxnId " Delhi Jal Board.

                                Please resolve it or refund my money to my account without any charge.

                                  Hi, i recharged my mobikwik wallet amount with a bank transaction amount of rs.1000/-. The transaction was succesful, but money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the mobikwik wallet. Kindly refund my money or at least credit it to my wallet.                                     I am very unhappy with mobikwik as i recharged my JIO([protected]) number on 30th March but never got successful and i am trying to contact mobikwik customer care from 20th multiple times and till today 4rd april no one is bothered to reply and fix the issue with it. On 3rd April I Got Mail From mobikwik That ₹ 94 has been successfully added to your MobiKwik wallet! But Still I Didn't Get In My Wallet Or In Bank Account. WTF :(

                                      148 rs Airtel plaln showing in mobikwik is wrong. According to mobikwik 148 rs local Airtel callfree and std Airtel call free and 300mb showing. But i not found such benefits then i contact to Airtel custer care. I know Such as benefits give Airtel at 145rs. So mobikwik wrongly gide me and i lose 148 rs and desire benefits. I want to judgment.

                                        As I proceeded for reliance jio recharge on 31march for Rs303 . I used my supercash in my mobikwik wallet so total amount I had to pay was 286. My amount got deducted from bank account but it never added in my mobikwik wallet. I have raised complaint to mobikwik ( ticket ID- #6245238 on 1 st April & #6264198on 2april) but still no action. There is no mobikwik customer service number working.Please take some action.
