I have wrongly transfer Rs.500/- to mobile no.[protected] vide ref no.54c17032e5aee. You are requested to please refund the same amount to my accounts its urgent. Please help me to refund my amount as soon as possible. when i talk on this number he is very cheap person and use cheap language. So I request to please do the need full and take necessary action and refund my amount.

    Some days ago, i have received refund ammount 3165/- into my wallet. i just wanted to send those money to bank account, but due to technical some fault, it's been failed.
    But the main thing was that, they charged me 702.12/- and its not been sent to bank.
    in the transaction history, it is show that 702.12 rupees has been bank refund but when i wanted to read that Invoice, it shows error. I already complained in help in the mobikwik app but I didn't get any reply. So please give my money back otherwise I'll have to take any other legal action towards your company.

      I am trying to pay my water bill through Mobikwik but Payment deduct from my credit card and added to my Mobikwik wallet.
      Problem is that I am not able to pay water bill, always get massage "Failure:Unable to create RMSTxnId " Delhi Jal Board.

      Please resolve it or refund my money to my account without any charge.
      Please do ASAP so we can pay water bill on time.

        Hi, i recharged my mobikwik wallet amount with a bank transaction amount of rs.1000/-. The transaction was succesful, but money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the mobikwik wallet. Kindly refund my money or at least credit it to my wallet. I have made complaint on their app but its been 4 days, they haven't replied yet (Ticket id : 6240340 on march 31st). My email id is konvicted. [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected]. Thanks in advance. Kindly do the needful.

          I am very unhappy with mobikwik as i recharged my JIO([protected]) number on 30th March but never got successful and i am trying to contact mobikwik customer care from 20th multiple times and till today 4rd april no one is bothered to reply and fix the issue with it. On 3rd April I Got Mail From mobikwik That ₹ 94 has been successfully added to your MobiKwik wallet! But Still I Didn't Get In My Wallet Or In Bank Account. WTF :(

            148 rs Airtel plaln showing in mobikwik is wrong. According to mobikwik 148 rs local Airtel callfree and std Airtel call free and 300mb showing. But i not found such benefits then i contact to Airtel custer care. I know Such as benefits give Airtel at 145rs. So mobikwik wrongly gide me and i lose 148 rs and desire benefits. I want to judgment.

              As I proceeded for reliance jio recharge on 31march for Rs303 . I used my supercash in my mobikwik wallet so total amount I had to pay was 286. My amount got deducted from bank account but it never added in my mobikwik wallet. I have raised complaint to mobikwik ( ticket ID- #6245238 on 1 st April & #6264198on 2april) but still no action. There is no mobikwik customer service number working.Please take some action.

                I recharge the payment of Rs.99 jio number [protected] for jio prime membership on 1st April 2017 online form ICICI Credit card, I have received a message for deduction of my money from bank account but recharge not done. All know that this jio offer only valid till April 14th. I am not getting any positive response from the Mobiwik though . There is no customer care no available to contact them as well. I want my money to be refunded. Kindly take an action on this.

Due to this offer I purchased Crompton Greaves Ceiling Fan of Rs.1513 and payment made to shopclues by your wallet to grab your offer of Rs. 500 (the cash back will be given within 24 hours of shipment of the product as per direction) but till now I have not received cashback while the product is received...

                                I am using mobikwik from my account [protected]. When i recharge mobikwik store all my past numbers those i thrown out. some times it selects one of the number when i select some other thing. and recharge go wrongly...

                                by the way i lost 50 rs... and now i am going to close all my mobik wik accounts and services...if the company does not refund the money

                                worst interface, and unable to create or raise a support ticket also...
