I had paid my electricity bill on 9th March 2017 viz Mobiwik. They had mailed me that the payment was successful. But when I checked for the bill payment for next month, it was still adding up previous month's amount, implying it was due too. I had raised a ticket regarding this. They had closed the ticket without any proper resolution. When I reopened the ticket, I was supposed to get a reply from them within 48 hours, but no help. Hence, raising this issue here for the following reasons:
1. Not updating my electricity bill even after deducting amount.
2. Poor customer care.
Also, on BESCOM site, I can see that previous month's bill has been paid and bill only for this month is pending. But since I have money in my Mobikwik wallet, which again I can't transfer to my bank account, I'm choosing to pay via mobikwik.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
You are guys prefer to do recharge the Jio number with third party app because of offers like cash back and all. So that only all are facing issue like this. I would like to prefer to do recharge you from My Jio app without any hassles. Hope this will help you in this regard.
