I have booked my tickets through mobikwik and 342 rs have been deducted from my wallet but the tickets have not been booked and the payment page shows that the transaction was cancelled . But money has been deducted. I demand returning of my money back to my wallet immediately . There is no response from the company even after i have registered the complaint with them .

    I have reacharger my reliance jio number with Rs. 402 for jio summer offer and prime membership activation.As my reacharge process has dome my account balance money has deducted but reacharge is not done till now to my number. Also according to offer of MobiKwik a supercash of 82 also should be given to me but that is alsl not received till now.

      Dear sir,

      I recharge for rs 303 on my jio no. As on 7th apr. But till now i didn't get recharge on my jio no. And also not get refund in my mobikwik account.
      I'm very disappointed due to his services. Till now neither i get my recharge or nor refund. Please refund or recharge asap.

      Even i had earlier so many complaints to this they have not yet resolved since past 1 month
      Still i trusted and made a recharge
      But again same
      Its worst service ever i got from this

        I had paid my electricity bill on 9th March 2017 viz Mobiwik. They had mailed me that the payment was successful. But when I checked for the bill payment for next month, it was still adding up previous month's amount, implying it was due too. I had raised a ticket regarding this. They had closed the ticket without any proper resolution. When I reopened the ticket, I was supposed to get a reply from them within 48 hours, but no help. Hence, raising this issue here for the following reasons:
        1. Not updating my electricity bill even after deducting amount.
        2. Poor customer care.
        Also, on BESCOM site, I can see that previous month's bill has been paid and bill only for this month is pending. But since I have money in my Mobikwik wallet, which again I can't transfer to my bank account, I'm choosing to pay via mobikwik.

          I was doing a recharge of 303 on my jio no. 1 rupee was deducted from my wallet and remaining 302 from my account but the amount of 302 rupees is deducted 2 times from my account. Mobikwik must refund my money. This app is always doing such things with customers. If my issue is not solved i will never use it again or refer to any one. Worst experience, i had shopped for thousands of rupees hundreds of times buy never faced any problem from other apps. Then why mobikwik makes problem. Solve my issue otherwise i will take strict action. My ticket Id Of booking complaint on mobikwik app is - #6326061. And my registered no on the app is[protected].

          You are guys prefer to do recharge the Jio number with third party app because of offers like cash back and all. So that only all are facing issue like this. I would like to prefer to do recharge you from My Jio app without any hassles. Hope this will help you in this regard.

            I try to do recharge through your app and i added money rs 303 from my bank account. The bank account is debited with 303 rupees but wallet is not credited with 303 rupees.                 While paying money from my wallet to pay electricity bill (INR 1503). The amount got deducted from my mobikwik wallet but not credited to my account. i am following it up [ticket numbers 6311843 but it just shows in progress. The transaction id is IMBK[protected]. My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. None of the customer care numbers are working. Its very unfortunate that such company is least concerned about the harassment caused to the customers. I am checking my account multiple times but no one has even bothered to reply to this issue

                    While transferring money to bank [4999/-] from my wallet amount deducted but not credited to my bank account, i am doing followup from many days [ticket numbers 6302163 /6169001] but they say transactions is successful and resolving the ticket, and all the customer care numbers mentioned are not working same issue happened to one of my friend. I dont know how to get this amount and reach customer care... Kindly take this complaint and if this is fraud app /company kindly seal this as many of the customers amount is getting blocked.

                      On 4th April a guy called me from the std contact no of MobiKwik IE [protected] asking abt my card cvv no and otp...They atleast sent me 15-18 otps against my card, I didn't give any information regarding my details to them then also they debited Rs 2000 from my account and transferred the money to an unknown which I totally don't even know...On getting the msg of money transfer from Ur site to that particular no I immediately called that person and he told me that he also don't have that amount with him...So where's money...U all are making money by doing the fraud with the people ...I want my refund it will be good for u i[censored] return my money to me otherwise m seeing to it that how legal and strict actions can be taken against u all...It's a request from other customers that do not use MobiKwik for any type of transaction Plz...And the MobiKwik team it will be good for u i[censored] return my money back to me...I have also raised ticket ids#6318344 & #6314271... So better come in action...Below attatched screenshots are proof o[censored]r fraud done with me and let me be very clear I want my money back

                        I added 5000 rupees to my mobikwik wallet. I want to transfer that money to my bank account. The money was added sucessfully to the mobikwik wallet. While transferring money, the money was deducted from the wallet but doesnot received on my bank account. Need resolution.
                        Why the hell is this company's apps are there if so many people are having problem with their fund transfer. Adding the picture below which shows money was added to the wallet and also deducted from the wallet.
                        All the apps of this company should be banned. And company should be fined. As all the customer care contact numbers are also not working. This is stupidity of the company why the hell there is not any contact number. They do not have funds to have one customer support where people can call and have resolution. Not even replying on mails.
                        Fraud company.

                          After some failed attempts at giving the PIN even though i was writing the correct digits.. my transaction failed . After that i tried the OTP method of changing the PIN and after i typed the OTP digits it showed that "Txn Lock not enabled for your account " !! PLEASE resolve my issue !! MY NO.                             I am using mobikwik since past 2 years. From April 1, 2017 whenever I am trying to login, its saying as "user is dsabled". I think that Mobikwik disabled my account and deducted my wallet balance due to inactivity.. My account is linked to my email id [protected]@gmail.com. I request you to help in this matter and restore my wallet balance and also to enable my account so that I can use my balance. Thank you.

                              On 6th march 2 transactions of Rs 4000 was deducrlted from my bank. The total 8000Rs was not reflected in my wallet. And its been a month and still has not been refunded to my bank account. Reference nos - for the First Rs 4000/- id is 224761 and for the second Rs 4000/- id is 225489.
                              I have requested this in the app itsel[censored]nder help with a ticket no 6236730 on March 31st and still after 6days i havent even got a reply.
                              Kindly look into the matter as this is my last resort before i can register a legal consumer complaint.

                                Sir yesterday one person gives me a link of airtel money app that link was an airtel load money app i was entered 50Rs after process but it was debited 5000 from my account .in that airtel app it shows the number 14057265. Later i send mail to airtel they told it was an airtel account number it seems an some system problem .please kindly helpful and reverse the amount

                                  Recently I have redeemed payback points on Mobikwik and they have been debited from my payback account but not credited to my wallet.So I have submitted a complaint ticket to Mobikwik on April 2nd but they have not responded and I have also contacted Payback customer care and they have stated that "2500 Points have been debited at Mobikwik and I would have to contact Mobikwik as it is Fault on Mobikwik side" and I have been waiting for response. For reference the Mobikwik ticket no is "6271050" and transaction numbers for Payback are "[protected]" and "[protected]".
                                  Please resolve my Issue ASAP.

                                    I had done a transaction in Yatra.com for booking my flights on 31st March 2017. I had paid the amount through Yatra.Com. But the ticket didnt get booked and amount got debited from my account.

                                    I had asked Mobikwik for a refund of my money of Rs. 4018.74 to my bank but there is no reply to any of my tickets of Id #6288751 and #6310818.

                                    I request the team to refund the amount to my bank account immediately. Please team don't refund it to the wallets.

                                      Sir, I transferred Rs.5000.0/- from my Mobikwik Wallet to my paytm Account [protected] on 6 Apr 2017 . though my registered Mob. No.[protected]. But it is very regret to mention here that though the amount of Rs. 5000.0/- have not recieved my amount 5000.0 in my Wallet and the same have not be recieved to my amount in my account please refund my amount 5000.00.

                                        This is so annoying. A big company like mobikwik have no customer care number,
                                        We raise the complaint through web site or app but after 24 hrs also no one is there help me out,
                                        Its was a fail transaction though we need to wait for their reply
                                        16000 is not small amount.

                                        Atleast some one should take this initiative for customer care number.
                                        Kindly look into it urgently and refund my money
