I submitted bses bill with MobiKwik on 24 March, it is 31 March 2017 today and last day

It's still a not updated in bses

Also two times money has been deducted from my mobikwik account for payment of BSES electricity bill
Also, BSES site is not updated and i am getting emails/messages from them
Order # MP[protected] and Order # MP[protected]

Please refund one of them and update in BSES database

Since it is last day of payment, I am paying them again through some other reliable site.

Refund me 920 rs since money has been deducted twice from my account else I will take action

    I paid my electricity bill through mobikwik on 27 march 2017 and they said that it takes upto 72 hrs for bill to be paid but now its 31st march and my bill has still not been paid, as the bses website is still showing my bill as due. I request you to give me info about my transaction and if it is unsuccessful then plz refund the amount. My CA no is[protected].

      Hi

      I have transferred money to my Mobikwik account.

      After that i am not able to use my wallet money for anything so i would like to close my account and refund my money

      But even for this there is no one to responding.

      Could anyone consider this issue and see that my money gets refunded.

      Tried to different numbers of customer care but nothing is working.

      i dont know why these kind of sites come while they are not providing proper service

          My mobkwik account is not working while i ws using book my show n doing payment by mobkwik then payment deducted fro. My bank acc but my movie ticket iz not booked still. N i m unable to login as well as my no [protected] is my id.. Please resolve this i lost 300 rs cz of this.. I want my money n when i was doing log in with my no after validation of otp error is coming 'something wen wrong ' so whatever is a issue i don't know plz resolve this problem

            I am waiting for cashback since Feb 23 when I used Mobikwik for filling petrol. As per the promotion, I was supposed to get cashback of Rs 100 in 24 hrs. So by 24 Feb I would have got the cashback. I did not get it even on Mar 3rd. When I complained they gave me supercash (useless cashback). Point to be noted is that on Feb 23 or 24 they did not have the concept of supercash and they used to give normal cashback. So legally I have to get normal cashback as per the promotion on Feb 24. Now they are not even responding to my tickets. Ticket# are 6045109 and 6006052

                I recharged my JIO prepaid number [protected] for PRIME membership subscription on 30th march 2017 at 8:22 am. I made a payment of Rs 99 through the Mobikwik website and applied the promocode PRIME. I was entitled to a s cashback of Rs 20 as well as bus ticket vouchers worth Rs 150 as per the Mobikwik terms and conditions. I'm sorry to say that I neither got a cashback of Rs 20 nor the bus ticket vouchers worth Rs 150. This is cheating and befooling the customers. I'm not satisfied with this action of Mobikwik. I have a number of other instances also in the past related to Mobikwik where I was not given the cashbacks related to the payments at petrol filling stations.

                I had made the complaint against the company Mobikwik regarding the

                non credit of recharge benefits on my mobile number. In this response, I

                received a call from a number of phones pertaining to be from Mobikwik.

                One such number [protected] asked me to give my card number on the

                pretext of my account and details verification. Undoubting the person's

                intentions, I gave my card number. Rs 9999, 8900 and Rs 6735 were

                deducted from my account in 3 transactions. Prior to the call from the

                number [protected], I received phone calls from the following numbers.

                --> [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],

                [protected]. [protected]. All these phone numbers callers mentioned

                that they were from Mobikwik. After the caller from [protected], I also

                received a call from [protected] mentioning that I have been cheated.

                Please take strict action against this cheat and fraud company Mobikwik

                and help me to recover my money.

                  I had paid electricity from mobikwik website on 8th march of 462 after i have got confirmation mail that your electricty bill is paid but after 20 days it is still showing not paid on actual site of indore electicity board.

                  When i contacted to mobikwik they are giving rubbish reply that amount is deducted but not paid electricity bill.

                  Please do not use this type of fraud site.

                    Hi everyone. Well, I am Sandhya.N.

                    I don't' want to be rude but I am so pissed of with these people. . This is not first time happen to me. I understand that on daily basis they will receive many tickets and they have to follow the previous one too. My only concern is why they don't have any online chat support.

                    Because they lag in customer service I prefer using other wallet. I was just wondering what if any of the customer needs an immediate resolution? They have to wait for how many days to get a resolution? I don't find this user-friendly.

                    Earlier when I used this, I didn't had good service. So, I quit. Now, after may be one year I activated my account and paid amount through this app and again I faced the same problem. I don't think I will use it again

                    I even have screenshot for my conversation with one of the team member.

                      I booked an online Rail Ticket in IRCTC website using Mobikwik wallet vide Order No.[protected] by Mar 29, 2017, 8:54AM, made payment Rs.3500.00, and this amount is showing also in IRCTC booked ticket history that I have paid Rs.3500/-, so why it is deducted Rs.3623.49 from my Mobikwik wallet. Respected Prime Minister ruled for making Cashless India, there will be any extra deduction if I pay online Rail Ticket. So why this is extra Rs.123.49.

                      While I was paying, showing Rs.3500.00 amount and after paying I have been checking to my Mobikwik wallet, where it's showing that paid to IRCTC Rs.3623.49. I attached both the IRCTC booked history screenshot and Mobikwik transaction history report screenshot as well.

                      Kindly take necessary step to resolve my issue by refunding my money Rs.123.49 as early as possible.

I provided all the details and few minutes later i received I received an OTP to tranfer 9999 to Ola Money. Guys they were again Faurd, I luckly saved my money.                                   I have placed order on 20/03/17 from Shopclues i use Mobikwick as a mode of payment but due to some reasons my order was not confirmed after that i use my net banking as a mode of payment and amount was deducted and order was confirmed but at the same time i get message that amount is deducted for the same order from Mobikwick so two times amount was deducted from my account both from Mobikwick and net banking. Shopclues team deduct the money from my net banking. So, I request mobikwik please do needful and refund amount of 753/-

                                      I have purchased from Jabong but in delivery i dint liked the product and returned it for which they refund me the amount from which i had paid them and since i had used Mobkwik they transferred the amount in this account for which they gave the reference number too which is mentioned above. I have been trying to reach to Mobikwik firstly they have not provided any contact number on app secondly number mention on website does not exist and thirdly i have been writing them app for which they gave me a ticket no mention above but no use no one has responded its been more than 10 days now but no one has responded . I suggest you all please do not use MOBIKIWIK services

Cashback but it is not add in my wallet you always cheat with me ..I have shopping on grofers 1000rs.Something ..I recieve email 32 rs. Cashback and in my mail show rs..2398 but in mobikwik wallet 2395 only not add cashback 32 rs.. I never shoping through mobikwik i promise you ..I unhappy with you manytimes so i promise you and warning you i will go now claim you in r.T .I. Online and also go office r.T.I. Do not worry i will close your mobikwik all service you cheat with many person i know .. Thanx
