As I proceeded for reliance jio recharge on 31march for Rs303 . I used my supercash in my mobikwik wallet so total amount I had to pay was 286. My amount got deducted from bank account but it never added in my mobikwik wallet. I have raised complaint to mobikwik ( ticket ID- #6245238 on 1 st April & #6264198on 2april) but still no action. There is no mobikwik customer service number working.Please take some action.

    I recharge the payment of Rs.99 jio number [protected] for jio prime membership on 1st April 2017 online form ICICI Credit card, I have received a message for deduction of my money from bank account but recharge not done. All know that this jio offer only valid till April 14th. I am not getting any positive response from the Mobiwik though . There is no customer care no available to contact them as well. I want my money to be refunded. Kindly take an action on this.
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Customer care is not responding to my queries regarding deducted amount from wallet.

          I am order mobile from ebay.in via mobikwik payment mode on 18th march. Then ebay says out of stock product and intiate refund my amount to original payment mode mobikwik. Refund ref i'd is - imbk[protected]. But till time refund not received on my mobikwik wallet. I am create a complain ticket #6262575 on mobikwik help center with all proof screenshot attached on 1st april 9:46am
          But till time no any answer received from mobikwik.

            I am very unhappy with mobikwik as i recharged my JIO number on 30th March but never got successful and i am trying to contact mobikwik customer care from 30th multiple times and till today 3rd april noone is bothered to reply and fix the issue with it.

              I had not received the cashback of Rs. 500 (100% cashback maximum upto Rs. 500) which was offered by mobikwik via purchasing from shopclues. Due to this offer I purchased Crompton Greaves Ceiling Fan of Rs.1513 and payment made to shopclues by your wallet to grab your offer of Rs. 500 (the cash back will be given within 24 hours of shipment of the product as per direction) but till now I have not received cashback while the product is received...

                I recharge the payment of Rs.99 jio number [protected] for jio prime membership on 1st april 2017 online form SBI debit card in night time 11: 16 pm, i message received for deduction rs.99 from bank account but recharge not done so really i am very disappointed with mobikwik site.so please help and resolve the issues otherwise i cant use in this site in feature or not suggest to any one.

                    I am using mobikwik from my account [protected]. When i recharge mobikwik store all my past numbers those i thrown out. some times it selects one of the number when i select some other thing. and recharge go wrongly...

                    by the way i lost 50 rs... and now i am going to close all my mobik wik accounts and services...if the company does not refund the money

                    worst interface, and unable to create or raise a support ticket also...

                          Dear Sir/madam,
                          While recharging from mobikwik, RS 136.00 was deducted from bank account but money was not added in mobikwik wallet.
                          When reported same to Mobikwik Care from App, I have not received no response from mobikwik.

                          I completed the recharge via PAYTM, there also same problem occurred, but PAYTM care responded and completed the recharge.
                          PAYTM is far better app.

                          Mobikwik is irresponsible app. Kindly get me my money then i will delete mobikwik and will only use paytm.

                          After complaining here, i received a call from number- [protected]..Its a fake call who was demanding debit card details and was about to do transaction from my account .. Cheater company with lot of fraudsters..
                          When complaint is made here, Some are misusing the details and are trying to do this sort of nonsense.
                          Initiate me refund for the same..

                            Sir, I added the money through card and money was debited in my bank account, but not added to wallet.. Since 31/03/2017.i had given complaint but no response.. Ticket#6244966,
                            During recharge my money got deducted twice. And customer care no. is showing "does not exist".

                            I made payment of Rs 359. from mobikwik site. It is recharge for unlimited calls & 1 GB net daily. But my money got deducted twice.

                            Customer care call but problm is not solved she asked my card number and cvv number. I m not provide because I think she cheat me. So ple enquiry and solve my problem . I m given u a number of customer care [protected]. She talking very rudly check recording .

                              Hi, these ppl are not even reading their own queries.. I have been waiting for the reply for 1 month and now am facing a new issue. They have not letting me refund my money into the bank account. I have been trying a lot and everytime it says i need a min amount to make the transfer and when i add that remaining amount and try the transfer again.. it again asks for the min amount. What the hell of a crap it is??? I have raised the issue multiple times to send my money back. This is the worst service possible.

                                Made lots of payments o foodpanda, swiggy through mobikwik and should have got cashbacks.. I can see that the cashback has been credited in my transaction history, but it is not reflecting. These guys have absolutely screwed up application. They have linked my no. With 2 email ids. One id is gmail and the other is '@zomato.in'. This zomato id got auto-linked to my no., dont know how.

                                Very very poor service no one is there to give response.I am worried. My 100 rupees has been debited from account but not credited in my wallet. Yesterday i recharged in two different jio number but payment is deducted but not recharge successfully in anyone.

                                  I paid for an online order at dominos using mobikwik wallet. The amount rs330 was deducted from my wallet but was not credited to dominos.
                                  I had to pay cash again to dominos. I am in continuous touch with dominos, they still has not received the payment.
