I have done a transaction on mobikwik on 3rd of march the amount got deducted from my account and still dint receive the amount in my account i have raised 2 tickets regarding the same 6024144 on the same date still no reply from their end. Not even a single phone is working what kind of a customer service is this.

    I recharged my JIO prepaid number [protected] for PRIME membership subscription on 30th march 2017 at 8:22 am. I made a payment of Rs 99 through the Mobikwik website and applied the promocode PRIME. I was entitled to a s cashback of Rs 20 as well as bus ticket vouchers worth Rs 150 as per the Mobikwik terms and conditions. I'm sorry to say that I neither got a cashback of Rs 20 nor the bus ticket vouchers worth Rs 150. This is cheating and befooling the customers. I'm not satisfied with this action of Mobikwik. I have a number of other instances also in the past related to Mobikwik where I was not given the cashbacks related to the payments at petrol filling stations.

    I had made the complaint against the company Mobikwik regarding the

    non credit of recharge benefits on my mobile number. In this response, I

    received a call from a number of phones pertaining to be from Mobikwik.

    One such number [protected] asked me to give my card number on the

    pretext of my account and details verification. Undoubting the person's

    intentions, I gave my card number. Rs 9999, 8900 and Rs 6735 were

    deducted from my account in 3 transactions. Prior to the call from the

    number [protected], I received phone calls from the following numbers.

    --> [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],

    [protected]. [protected]. All these phone numbers callers mentioned

    that they were from Mobikwik. After the caller from [protected], I also

    received a call from [protected] mentioning that I have been cheated.

    Please take strict action against this cheat and fraud company Mobikwik

    and help me to recover my money.

      I had paid electricity from mobikwik website on 8th march of 462 after i have got confirmation mail that your electricty bill is paid but after 20 days it is still showing not paid on actual site of indore electicity board.

      When i contacted to mobikwik they are giving rubbish reply that amount is deducted but not paid electricity bill.

      Please do not use this type of fraud site.

        Hi everyone. Well, I am Sandhya.N.

        I don't' want to be rude but I am so pissed of with these people. . This is not first time happen to me. I understand that on daily basis they will receive many tickets and they have to follow the previous one too. My only concern is why they don't have any online chat support.

        Because they lag in customer service I prefer using other wallet. I was just wondering what if any of the customer needs an immediate resolution? They have to wait for how many days to get a resolution? I don't find this user-friendly.

        Earlier when I used this, I didn't had good service. So, I quit. Now, after may be one year I activated my account and paid amount through this app and again I faced the same problem. I don't think I will use it again

        I even have screenshot for my conversation with one of the team member.

          I booked an online Rail Ticket in IRCTC website using Mobikwik wallet vide Order No.[protected] by Mar 29, 2017, 8:54AM, made payment Rs.3500.00, and this amount is showing also in IRCTC booked ticket history that I have paid Rs.3500/-, so why it is deducted Rs.3623.49 from my Mobikwik wallet. Respected Prime Minister ruled for making Cashless India, there will be any extra deduction if I pay online Rail Ticket. So why this is extra Rs.123.49.

          While I was paying, showing Rs.3500.00 amount and after paying I have been checking to my Mobikwik wallet, where it's showing that paid to IRCTC Rs.3623.49. I attached both the IRCTC booked history screenshot and Mobikwik transaction history report screenshot as well.

          Kindly take necessary step to resolve my issue by refunding my money Rs.123.49 as early as possible.

          I paid my electricity bill via mobikwik wallet on 14 march 2017 my number is [protected] and my electricity k no is[protected] mobikwik showing bill is paid but on Jaipur discom electricity bill is still and unpaid with panelty charges please solve this issue as soon as possible I want bill paid or my money back..

                Hello today from Citibank credit card number starting with 4386 two transactions of 5000 each has been done by mobile no [protected] in his mobiwik account. It is a fraud.i would request to cancel this transaction.i will call tomorrow and speak about it

                  I am Renju Revi Actually when I tried to transfer money Rs 1000 to my friend account even though mentioning the correct details in the specified coloumns it got credited in some unidentified email id : [protected]@gmail.com which is not in my contact list.

                      I have placed order on 20/03/17 from Shopclues i use Mobikwick as a mode of payment but due to some reasons my order was not confirmed after that i use my net banking as a mode of payment and amount was deducted and order was confirmed but at the same time i get message that amount is deducted for the same order from Mobikwick so two times amount was deducted from my account both from Mobikwick and net banking. Shopclues team deduct the money from my net banking. So, I request mobikwik please do needful and refund amount of 753/-

                          I have purchased from Jabong but in delivery i dint liked the product and returned it for which they refund me the amount from which i had paid them and since i had used Mobkwik they transferred the amount in this account for which they gave the reference number too which is mentioned above. I have been trying to reach to Mobikwik firstly they have not provided any contact number on app secondly number mention on website does not exist and thirdly i have been writing them app for which they gave me a ticket no mention above but no use no one has responded its been more than 10 days now but no one has responded . I suggest you all please do not use MOBIKIWIK services

                                I have paid to several websites where they had 100% cash back offer if i used mobikwik to pay. The details are below:
                                1. 17/9/16 - debited rs 137 to swiggy (Cashback not received)
                                2. 24/1/17 - debited rs 249 to infibeam (100% cashback not received)
                                3. 29/1/17 - debited rs 1360 to zivame (No cashback)
                                4. 31/1/17 - debited rs 195 to swiggy (No cashback received)
                                5. 26/3/17 - debited rs 160 to zomato and got a super cash of 32 in the app but it expires on 15/3/17 (Date shows it has already expired even though i got it yesterday.

                                I have even raised this complain to them several times but they haven't replied to me at all! Now, even the app doesn't allow me to send them queries as my previous questions to them haven't been resolved. Please help!

                                  I book a flight from Yatra and paid through MobiKwik in the period where there was an offer of 200 cashback but till now I didn't get my cashback. In my wallet history it's showing that they have given me cashback but in real I didn't get any cashback in my wallet. I think this is some kind of fraud and this should be removed as quickly as possible.

                                    My mobikwik registered number is [protected] and registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com so i want to inform you that an amount of Rs 1557 was drawn from my mobikwik wallet through money reversal process to my bank account. And this money is Reversed by mobikwik on 1st of march and they provide me the refund reference number but after 15 days i check my bank statement no money is credited to my bank and then i contact my bank they tell me that no information is tracked with your refund refrence number contact again to the mobikwik. Then after i again contact mobikwik with my all bank statement and proofs but till yet no resolution is given to me. Please resolve my issue. Or contact me on my registered mobile number.

                                      Hi, l have recharged 19900 for buying a cellfone but after recharge they disabled my account and after lots of followup still my account is not active. No clue of response. Is this a cheating company?
                                      We thought o[censored]sing all these new app but its very dengrous to using this kind of apps. How there are many adds being given after all these kind of issues is persist. Please help is on this ground at least they should active my account.

                                        I will Pay Rs 1341 BSNL Bill in against account Number [protected] in 23rd March 2017. But Only show in my mobikwik account only.
                                        I will check BSNL Office in Kollegal on 24th March 2017. officer said not Payment in 23rd March 2017 of Rs 1341. today I will check your balance is Rs. 1341. please conform my transaction I will waiting your response
