I am unable to login my mobikwik account. I raised ticket several times but no reply. My login email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

The customer care number of mobikwik is also not working. It says the incoming call to this number is not available. The number is listed in their official website, its so ridiculous that and unprofessional, i am list bothered about my login with mobikwik, i want to move my money back to my own bank...

Please check it and solve our problem as soon as possible . kindly refund the money ....

On the date of mar 09, 2017 12:03am, i have tried to transfer money from wallet to bank, but money debited from my mobikwik wallet but not created to my bank.

I have tried to contact mobikwik customer care...

I paid my electricity bill of ₹2140 on 11th march 2017 through mobikwik application. For this transaction, i got ₹20 casback in my mobikwik wallet. But the amount i paid ₹2140 had not been paid to maharashtra state electricity board(mahadiscom) till now. I read that the payment will be credited to recipient in 3 working days...i paid bill on 11th march 2017 and today date is 17th march 2017 ...i even tried contacting customer care...but...

I had booked a bus ticket on 16th March 2017, and trying to cancel the ticket, but not able to do it. I tried calling all so called customer numbers, but all or either switched off or out of service.

Hi This is Vineesh K S from Bangalore. I have some amount returned from Myntra.com to Mobikwik wallet. I couldn't see any option in Mobikwik to move my money back to bank account. If I transfer that amount to my own bank, i have to pay 200rs extra!!!. Why should I pay extra 200 just to move my money back to my own bank account. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP. Thanks in advance.

I have a balance of 17485 in my mobikwik wallet. And, i want to upgrade my wallet so that i can transfer that amount to my bank. Whenever i clicked upgrade, i am getting "something went wrong. Please try again" and also while trying to transfer.

Many of time to try to connect to mobikwik customer care through mail and phone but no one responses.

Vide transaction id no.[protected], a recharge through mobikwik was done at 21.35 hours for airrtel mobile no. [protected], accordingly rs. 94/- had been deducted from axs bank ahmedabad.

The said aitel no was having voice call balance of 1866 calls which was expired on 14/3/2017.

After ascertaining details from airtel if recharge by rs. 94/- is done then call revious calls were to be added to my account.br...

I paid money using mobikwik wallet. My money is deducted from bank account. But amount is not received at merchant. I also raised ticket but not a single response since 4 days. Such a poor company Mobikwik. I hate this. Ticket number: #6082066. They deducted my money and not give a single reply to my issue. I request all user to please never pay money using Mobikwik wallet. It is not good for you....

I have purchased a mobile from shopclues with mobikwik wallet and as per this am entitled to get cashback of Rs. 500 within 24 hrs. It more than 48 hrs now and still cashback is not received.
