Mobikwik ticket number - "# 6161686".

I have recharged with 349/- to my Airtel number 8197**2109 on 11th March 2017 through Mobikwik mobile application. In mobile transaction history it is showing the amount credited to Airtel karnataka, but i haven't received recharged money to my account.

I have approached Airtel support team, they sent a mail as below, which is in double quoted.

""Dear Customer, This is in reference to your email regarding online recharge benefit not received for your airtel mobile number 8197**2109. As discussed with you on 81976**109, your issue is been explained. We would like to inform you that, recharge of Rs. 349/- through third party website(mobikwik) on[protected] was unsuccessful. As the recharge was done through a third party website, we are unable to trace the details of the transaction. We request you to contact the respective support team to check on the transaction status. We request you to check the same with respective support team for further assistance.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Best Regards,
Arani Niyogi Service Specialist airtel"".

I have raised this request 48 hours back, still no acknowledgement from Mobikwik team.
Please try to resolve this issue ASAP.
And also request you to provide any proper working customer support number.

    Mar 16 I have done my bill 489rupees through mobiwik.
    And still not payment received by and their customer care no[protected],[protected] both are not in working condition.and not listing problems of customers by email or by customer care no

    i will sent all this problem and my issue on all website that mobikwik cheated me and all to there customers

      I opened newly mobikwik Acount through Mobile number with OTP, my wallet number is [protected]. I'm facing login problem, my wallet is blocked, user is disabled, so I request to unblock my mobikwik wallet as early as possible, my wallet balance 11000/- added[protected].

        Although recharge was unsuccessful amount been deducted from the bank the manager of the bank has said amount is given successfully transferred to mobikwik

        Which was done with the use of netbanking
        It was an error from your end
        Do resolve it as soon as possible
        These kind of issues can lead to google complaints on mobikwik

          I made a recharge of Rs746 on 12-03-17 through mobikwik for my airtel landline. Recharge was unsuccessful but balance deducted from bank & I raised a ticket twice but mobikwik is not replying to my ticket, I visited bank they told payment was forwarded to mobikwik, My ticket id is # 6099342, I here by requesting to refund my money back to my account or wallet.

            Dear Sir
            I made 2 flight tickets on 16th march via ease my trip. I got cash back only on 1 ticket and i received mail for cash back of 163 rs only one time and after that my updated balance was shown as 16.33. I am not able to understand how mobikwik is processing my transactions.

            please do the need full

            Otherwise mobikwik will be the worst app I have ever used. If my problem is not solved than i will file case in consumer court.

              One month ago, i have added 1000/- into my wallet. i just wanted to send those money to bank account, but due to technical some fault, it's been failed.
              But the main thing was that, they charged me 1000/- and its not been sent to bank.
              i have also generate tickets but the did not replied.
              in the transaction history, it is show that 1000 rupees has been sent to mobikwik wallet but when i wanted to read that Invoice, it shows error.

                  I have generated ticket issue for my failed transaction of 3rd March 20017 and after that many times from 3rd March 2017 to 21 March 20017 but no response from the Mobikwik end except 3rd March 2017 issue in that day the write Your Mony is safe with us and status will take upto 7 days . But now is more than 7day no response from Mobikwik end even after many time asked by me in generated ticket I'd. My ticket IDs is #6020513 and #6048227 still in progress from 3rd March to till date

                  I have booked one ticket from Pune to Majalgaon, which has been charged me Rs. 1060 from mobiwik wallet, but I when I confirmed with the travel of which i have booked seat, they told the price only Rs.560/- by which it comes to know that mobiwik Company has started cheating the people i want the claim for it.                       I was doing 445/- recharge for my d2h connection.Now. I got message from my bank that money has been debited. But, my wallet is showing balance 0. I have raised complaint but there has been no response. They have bad customer service who even does not reply back.Tell me about the status of my transaction. Either process my transaction or refund my money quick.I am not going to use this site for recharge again.

                        I added 3500 to my wallet .. It successfully added but it doesn't show my wallet amount.. Plz help me to update my amount.. It's show zero rupees in my wallet..                               Mobikwik is now offering Surper cash as a cash back. But please note this cannot be used by anyone in full. The Company is duping the customers and trapping them to keep using the app. The Supercash - has a limited validity period. Further you can only use 10% of the balance in Supercash per transaction. This way you can never enjoy your 100% supercash and you will ahve to divert all the transactions to Mobikwik to utilise the Supercash in the limited time /validity period. This is a type o duping or cheating the innocent /first time users. I would like the respective department to take severe action and stop mobikwik from operating and giving any cash back offers with immediate offer because these offers do not actually work.
                              Its not super cash but superflop stuff . This is clearly cheating and im never ever going to recharge via them.

                              I have used​ my mobikwik wallet for recharge my Jio number. The cash amount of RS.99 is deducted from my bank account but recharge has not done please look at the issue...! You either do my Jio prime recharge or add money to my bank account as it is...!
                              This app is a Fake and bad app in the world
                              Maine do Richarg kiya ek main 36ru. bsnl or 99ru jio membar sip rupay pura kata wallet se par richag nahi hua please help
                              Mobikwik = Fraud
                              Supercash= Fraud.
                              My experience is nothing but nightmare. I bought a printer from shopclues and paid by mobikwik cash back offer.They advertised for 10% cashback for any product, but capped at a max of 500rs. My order was 6899, which means 500 should be cashback.
                              Fraud#1 - While purchasing the transaction failed. However, money was deducted from wallet. On repeated pleading the transaction cleared after a day. They do not care about customer and their plight. No customer care number is available to talk and sort out the issue.
                              Fraud#2 - Amount received in supercash = 345 alone' instead of 500 (max) as promised.
                              Fraud#3 - Without any information they changed 345 into supercash instead of cash so that the money will be transferred back into my account.
                              Fraud#4 - They lie when asked for toll free number(they said and been saying the same lie...that is under phone is under maintenance - waat the f...u...c...k). With great difficulty I found their board number and managed to talk to customer service. It seems they are frauds and do not want to handle customers over phone.

                              STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEATS...
                              I was not able to use supercash for purchase. It appears though supercash is a scam scheme to attract customers to use their wallet. I keep getting Supercash whenever I buy something. But I was not able to use them. It keeps expiring... See attached image. As u can see, for purchase of medicines at 1mg, I was not able to use any supercash, even though I had 245 rupees as supercash.

                                  We have not received cashback even after 50 days as per terms and conditions. And moreover mobikwik has stopped the payment to nearbuy. We have received communication from them to request you to resolve their transaction. Our issue was cashback only. Pl expedite the payment to nearbuy and cashback to our account..

                                      Please refer my Order No. 54a6d682b3383 & 54a6d7683eefa for an amount of Rs. 5000/- & 4801/- respectively. The same amount was transferred wrongly in the Mobile No. [protected] which is an account of PAYTM Wallet. I confirmed from the receiver and it is the PAYTM Wallet.
                                      So, kindly reverse these amounts to my MOBIKWIK wallet, at the earliest as already 8 days passed.

                                      I tried to call and email the number and email ID provided is not working. always saying please check the number and email also bounce back. How can I contact to you. Already 8 days gone but there is no response from Mobikwik. So, Kindly do the needful.

                                        I am unable to login my mobikwik account. I raised ticket several times but no reply. My login email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                        The customer care number of mobikwik is also not working. It says the incoming call to this number is not available. The number is listed in their official website, its so ridiculous that and unprofessional, i am list bothered about my login with mobikwik, i want to move my money back to my own bank account.,

                                        Every time i login it say 'something went wrong' please help...
