I am unable to login my Mobikwik Account . I raised ticket several times but no reply . My login email ID is [protected]@gmail.com and registred no is [protected].

The customer care number of mobikwik is also not working .It says the incoming call to this number is not available . The number is listed in their official website, Its so ridiculous that and unprofessional, I am list bothered about my login with Mobikwik, I want to move my money back to my own bank account.,

Every time I login it say ''User is disabled'' Please help...

I have booked a ticket in irctc, paid through mobikwik wallet and later on cancelled the ticket but i didn't received refund to my mobikwik wallet till now, i have raised a ticket in mobikwik but didn't receive any reply till now.

    Mobikwik is now offering Surper cash as a cash back. But please note this cannot be used by anyone in full. The Company is duping the customers and trapping them to keep using the app. The Supercash - has a limited validity period. Further you can only use 10% of the balance in Supercash per transaction. This way you can never enjoy your 100% supercash and you will ahve to divert all the transactions to Mobikwik to utilise the Supercash in the limited time /validity period. This is a type o duping or cheating the innocent /first time users. I would like the respective department to take severe action and stop mobikwik from operating and giving any cash back offers with immediate offer because these offers do not actually work.
    Its not super cash but superflop stuff . This is clearly cheating and im never ever going to recharge via them.

    I have used​ my mobikwik wallet for recharge my Jio number. The cash amount of RS.99 is deducted from my bank account but recharge has not done please look at the issue...! You either do my Jio prime recharge or add money to my bank account as it is...!
    This app is a Fake and bad app in the world

    Mobikwik = Fraud
    Supercash= Fraud.
    My experience is nothing but nightmare. I bought a printer from shopclues and paid by mobikwik cash back offer.They advertised for 10% cashback for any product, but capped at a max of 500rs. My order was 6899, which means 500 should be cashback.
    Fraud#1 - While purchasing the transaction failed. However, money was deducted from wallet. On repeated pleading the transaction cleared after a day. They do not care about customer and their plight. No customer care number is available to talk and sort out the issue.
    Fraud#2 - Amount received in supercash = 345 alone' instead of 500 (max) as promised.
    Fraud#3 - Without any information they changed 345 into supercash instead of cash so that the money will be transferred back into my account.
    Fraud#4 - They lie when asked for toll free number(they said and been saying the same lie...that is under phone is under maintenance - waat the f...u...c...k). With great difficulty I found their board number and managed to talk to customer service. It seems they are frauds and do not want to handle customers over phone.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEATS...

    I was not able to use supercash for purchase. It appears though supercash is a scam scheme to attract customers to use their wallet. I keep getting Supercash whenever I buy something. But I was not able to use them. It keeps expiring... See attached image. As u can see, for purchase of medicines at 1mg, I was not able to use any supercash, even though I had 245 rupees as supercash.

        Mobikwik, order # 5304651 date 24 jan 2017, 11:11 am ist product amount wallet debit, via merchant money transferred to :nearbuy 24 jan 2017 amounting` 912.45.
        We have not received cashback even after 50 days as per terms and conditions. And moreover mobikwik has stopped the payment to nearbuy. We have received communication from them to request you to resolve their transaction. Our issue was cashback only. Pl expedite the payment to nearbuy and cashback to our account..

            Dear Sir,

            Please refer my Order No. 54a6d682b3383 & 54a6d7683eefa for an amount of Rs. 5000/- & 4801/- respectively. The same amount was transferred wrongly in the Mobile No. [protected] which is an account of PAYTM Wallet. I confirmed from the receiver and it is the PAYTM Wallet.
            So, kindly reverse these amounts to my MOBIKWIK wallet, at the earliest as already 8 days passed.

            I tried to call and email the number and email ID provided is not working. always saying please check the number and email also bounce back. How can I contact to you. Already 8 days gone but there is no response from Mobikwik. So, Kindly do the needful.

                    I paid my electricity bill of ₹2140 on 11th march 2017 through mobikwik application. For this transaction, i got ₹20 casback in my mobikwik wallet. But the amount i paid ₹2140 had not been paid to maharashtra state electricity board(mahadiscom) till now. I read that the payment will be credited to recipient in 3 working days...i paid bill on 11th march 2017 and today date is 17th march 2017 ...i even tried contacting customer care...but customer care service of mobikwik is not working...the proofs supporting my complaint are added here...

                          Hi This is Vineesh K S from Bangalore. I have some amount returned from Myntra.com to Mobikwik wallet. I couldn't see any option in Mobikwik to move my money back to bank account. If I transfer that amount to my own bank, i have to pay 200rs extra!!!. Why should I pay extra 200 just to move my money back to my own bank account. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP. Thanks in advance.
                          On top of everything, there is no customer care also for Mobikwik. Such a waste site I have never seen.

                            I have a balance of 17485 in my mobikwik wallet. And, i want to upgrade my wallet so that i can transfer that amount to my bank. Whenever i clicked upgrade, i am getting "something went wrong. Please try again" and also while trying to transfer.

                            First of all i want my money back. There is no call center to ask them directly to resolve this issue. Only on website we need to log a ticket and we don't know who is working or any one is even working on it or not.

                            There is no issue with my mobile network. I am getting 6 mbps download speed seamlessly. Only on this app i'm getting this error.

                            Hence, resolve this issue soon else, i'll file a complaint in consumer court.

                                Have initiated payment of electricity bill for BEST through your app as per below details;

                                1. Order# MP[protected] on 08th March 2017 for BEST electricity payment (#[protected]) of amount 3070 Rs.

                                2. Order# MP[protected] on 08th March 2017 for BEST electricity payment (#[protected]) of amount 600 Rs.

                                However, till date (15th March 2017) the status is not updated with the biller. The amount paid is reflecting under amount due on BEST site.

                                I have raised a ticket (#6084940) for the said issue via your mobikwik app portal help & support option but still the ticket is showning status as inprogress. No status as been updated to me with regard to current status of the payment.

                                  Sir, i have booked a ticket from madurai to coimbatore on 07.03.2017 (njk travels) through mobikwik. I have paid rs.214 to mobikwik and the ticket also generated for me. ( ticket no. Natdcaf) on 07.03.2017 i have received a phone call from the bus operator regarding the bus was cancelled on that day and also they will refund my money through mobikwik. I am very much disappointed and came to coimbatore by a govt.Bus. After reaching my home town i have sent one mail to mobikwik regarding my refund. Mobikwik complaint no. 6058354. After one day mobikwik replied me that the bus was operated on that day. So no refund. Then i called the bus operator. But they are sure that the bus was cancelled on that particular day. Then again i contacted mobikwik through email with all the proofs. But till now no response from them. Bus operator mobile no. [protected]. On 07.03.2017 i got 2 phone calls from the operator telling the bus cancellation. That nos.[protected] @ 2.13 pm. [protected] @ 2.25 pm. You can also verify it. Mobikwik simply telling that bus was operated and looting my hard-earned money. Kindly take necessary steps to refund my money. Thanking you

                                    I had purchased a product from ebay by paying through Mobikwik Wallet on Mar 2, 2017. The purchase was cancelled on next day. I got the confirmation from Ebay the amount was refunded.
                                    But even after two weeks the amount has not reflected on my Mobikwik Wallet.

                                    I raised ticket in the HELP forum of Mobikwik. Havent got any reply.
                                    I have tried their contact number. One is not available and another is switched off.

                                    Seems like the company exists only online. There is no physical attributes to help & support the users.

                                    The number o[censored]nresolved complaints is alarming.
                                    Redressal is denied.

                                    Kindly help.

                                      I have added 1000/- Rs to my Mobikwik Wallet on 6th Mar 2017 However the 1 transaction is failed but money debited from my card, I have done the 2nd transaction of Rs 1000/- again that is successfully done. but today 10 days have been passed neither I received money of (first transaction which is failed as per mobikwik) into my mobikwik wallet not in the card. Hence I would like to request you kindly refund the 1000/- rs either add this in wallet or refund it in card.

                                        Order # MP[protected], invoice date: 11.03.2017 amounting Rs.350/-
                                        I paid an BSES Rajdhani electricity bill vide above referred details. Money has been deducted from my account but bill is still due. 4 days passed away but unfortunately no action has been taken by mobikwik. Ticket Id #6084242 and #6115469. Kindly refund the money or I will lodge FIR complain in higher authorities.
