Date of incident - 2nd mar
Booked movie ticket from bookmyshow and made payment via mobikwik where they mentioned cashback of 75rs.
Before making the payment i read terms and conditions properly.
Where they mentioned cashback will be credited to mobikwik wallet. So i did payment.
But cashback got credited supercash!! Supercash can be utilized only 10% of the cashback at one time transaction. Which they not mentioned in terms and conditions at bookmyshow website. Neither they mentioned about supercash nor its supercash terms and conditions.
If they had mentioned i would not done transaction via mobikwik at all.
I have full proof of terms and conditions mobikwik mentioned in bookmyshow. I am attaching screenshot.

Mobikwik guys are clever now they properly put terms and conditions in bookmyshow website.

One Mobikwik customer guy called and started shouting at me for Tweeting at Twitter. There Customer support is not having any manners at all !

Cashback is different than supercash. This is misleading many customers. We wont be able to use our own money because of this.
Dont fall prey for offers & promises under many terms & conditions which will not be disclosed in the offer, always purchase physically by paying cash at movie counters well in advance, so that there will be no problem & some times we cannot able to avail offers on line for various reasons.

        On 8th March 2017, I payed my electricity bill of Rs 2032 through mobikwik. I added the promo code "SUPER" according to which I should get 5% cashback but because maximum cashback worth is Rs 50, I should get Rs 50 as cashback. But I didn't received anything.
        I should get Rs 50 as cashback but I didn't received anything. My mobikwik experience was very bad.

          I have paid Rs. 1070/- for Electricity Bill payment in January Month,
          and have recd. message from Mobikwik that Electricity Bill is paid,
          But in February Month I recd. bill from Electricity Company with past due of Rs.1070/-, as per Elec. Company record they did not have Recd. payment from Mobikwik. Since that i am trying to contact Mobikwik but there is any response by their end. even in-app Help mechanism is not working and their Customer Support Contact nos. are out of service.

            Hi. I am moiz ezzy, i was subscribing my jio sim to jio prime and the payment Was made by mobikwik Online recharge wallet. But i accidentally Input the wrong number my jio sim number is [protected] but i enter the number [protected].
            My mobikwik registered mobile number is [protected] and order id is RJ[protected].
            So i request you to cancel the recharge.

              On 11.02.2017 near about 11.30 PM I tried to add money to book IRCTC ticket through it. I tried to add money 2 times through my SBI credit Card no. [protected] but both time amount is not load in Mobikwik wallet and 02 text msg/e-mail has been received form SBI Credit card that Rs 3600/- (02 times) transaction was successfully. Then after i had made complaint to customer care of SBI card but on 03.10.2017 SBI Credit card representative has intimated me over telephone that the above both transaction made by me was successful at this end and suggested to speak with Mobikwik merchant. I tried today to speak with customer care but unable. So plz resolve my above issue and reverse/return my two transactions of RS.3600/- + RS 3600/ = total RS. 7200/- at the earliest.

                I have redeemed my State Bank of India debit card reward points of 1000 equivalent to 245 indian rupees to the mobikwik wallet app. The reward points have been deducted from my sbi rewards account and no longer exists as on 10mar2017. I also got a message from state bank that my reward points have been successfully redeemed into mobikwik wallet.But when I logged in into my mobikwik app it shows zero balance in the mobikwik wallet which should have been 245 indian rupees. The mobikwik was downloaded from an authentic source from android market. There was a good internet speed.But still why is mobikwik not dutifully executing it's job.It seems like my hard earned money has been stolen by mobikwik personnel's.

                I have redeemed State Bank of India reward points worth rupees 245 to get max more app wallet.But wallet still shows nil money . I got SMS from state bank that I have successfully added the reward points to get max more
                .But why showing no balance in its wallet against my account

                    Hill Team,

                    I have transferred some money from my mobikwik wallet to my bank account but transaction didn't gone through and money was deducted from my wallet. I have registered a complaint twice but till now action has been taken. It's 15 days now but no action has been taken till now. I have locked a ticket on their app but till now one has bothered to reply. I have also posted the issue on their FB wall and have sent them a message too but still no response. I request you to please help me to get my money back.

                      It is worest site I ever seen like this am try to add money first time using double promocode but it is failed and iam try again but it shows promocode is available for first time only
                      And iam recharged with 50 rs and earned cashback10
                      But it is not available in available balance it shows 0 balance
                      So we lose hope on your wallet so don't repeat again

                        I made the following payments from Mobikwik wallet for which I am supposed to get 25% cashback. But I didn't get any: 5/3/2017 Wallet Debit to BUS Tickets - Rs.379
                        Supposed to get 10% cashback on mobile recharge and still don't received my cashback amount.
                        Moreover, I also raised support tickets for this issue 2 times. But it seems they don't give a damn about it.Phone:-[protected]

                        You guys make me fool only after releasing my complaint here the mobikwik customer representatives called me and requested me that I have add some amount in my wallet to track your previous transactions and once I had added Rs 321 in my wallet then the amount has been gone and my wallet is empty.

                        Even you customer care representative do not have manner and etiquettes how to talk with customers really worst.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I tried to book a IRCTC Tatkal Ticket using Mobikwik on 8th March, I got a message that bank rejected the payment. However money is not refunded although it is been more than a day, And nobody are there to assure me of my money.
                          Customer support numbers are not at all working. The other Apps credit the money instantly when a transaction is failed I have already filed a ticket Mobikwik Ticket #6054467, Nobody even bothered to acknowledge the Ticket.

                            Guy's please be aware from Mobikwik. this is a fraud company. once you transfer amountin their wallet, they automatically transfer it to someone else's wallet without your authorization. After comaplaing for refund directly on my account, they are asking for my card details. I told them that will share my Account Name, Account number and IFSC code and transfer on that still thay are not ready. Also they want this information verbally not email. there support team is saying we are not allowed to communicate through email. I asked him all the required details on email but till now i didn't got any email. These guy's are fake. This company is fake. Please be aware. Now i am going to file a legal case on them. it's rediculous.

                              The mobikwik app is just worst to use.
                              Maximum offers does not apply. Whenever I try it shows unable to apply. Also all customer contact nos are either switch off or not valid.
                              After 2 -3 transaction it started malfunctioning. I tried to add money to book IRCTC ticket through it. I tried to add money 5-6 times but unable. Most idiotically everytime they deducted my money from bank but not added in account. I tried today to speak with customer care but unable. I want my money back.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have transfered 5000 rupees in to my bank ac, i had done 2 transection of rs 5000/- but amount deducted from my mobikwik ac thrice means 15000/- instead of 10000/-. i have raised a complaint on 5th March via ticket no 6034127 but no responce yet.

                                their customer care numbers are not in use unable to talk to these guys and m worried abt my 5000 rupees.

                                sent multiple email at customer care support mail id but they didnt acknowledged the same yet.

                                  I am deeply saddened to experience such inconvenience my Mobikwik. I transferred Rs 2000 in Mobikwik wallet which was successful and smooth but when i used that amount to book ticket on IRCTC, the payment failed at IRCTC and ticket was not booked but money was debited from mobikwik wallet amount of Rs 1730.
                                  I raised a ticket and its been 72 hrs but no resolution from Mobikwik.
                                  Pls help Mobikwik guys if you are reading this or else i would loose faith in your company.

                                    Mobikwik is now offering Surper cash as a cash back. But please note this cannot be used by anyone in full. The Company is duping the customers and trapping them to keep using the app. The Supercash - has a limited validity period. Further you can only use 10% of the balance in Supercash per transaction. This way you can never enjoy your 100% supercash and you will ahve to divert all the transactions to Mobikwik to utilise the Supercash in the limited time /validity period. This is a type o duping or cheating the innocent /first time users. I would like the respective department to take severe action and stop mobikwik from operating and giving any cash back offers with immediate offer because these offers do not actually work.

                                      Hello.. I did recharge of 110 rs to aircel number on Feb25.money was deducted from my card and recharge was not done. This is the msg I received from aircel "Your request to recharge 110 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is TNR[protected]". I already raised a ticket# 5988027 but you have told me to contact operator. When I contact operator they telling me to contact mobikwik. After that I sent message several times in the same ticket but no response from mobikwik it making me loss of integrity towards mobikwik. I didn't see such a worst customer support from any wallet except mobikwik. What's the purpose of having this two customer care number +[protected] or +[protected]. Always says your Vodafone number is switched off. Money is next but proper acknowledgment is priority to every customer. That's totally not available in mobikwik. Second time am facing this type of issues.Again i raised a ticket# 6025405 and mobikwik told said that issue will be resolved with in 48 hours.Till now no response and my money was not reverted to my card or wallet. Really annoying. WORST SUPPORT.

Transaction failed and money has been deducted from my wallet and i didn't get the ticket also..the amount deducted is 3, 863.35 Till now my cash has not refunded...
                                        your customer care numbers also not working.please refund my amount as soon as possible.
