One of my transfer is failed at mobikwik end on march 3rd. money is deducted from my account and not transferred to bank. they said money will credited in my wallet on march 10th. till now it is not credited. customer care is worst. no mobile number to reach them. not even responding to tickets properly. closing tickets without contacting user. worst team support i have ever seen in my life. worst user interface. complete waste app. i just want my money back. it seems fraud to me. why the hell you people started company if you can't handle your customers properly. atleast any company should have mobile number to reach customers or whenever you are closing the ticket you need to contact user. that is the basic common sense. i waited long. i can't wait more. can you resolve the issue.

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was not able to cancel the bus ticket before one day of the journey.
I am getting an error "The ticket can't be cancelled at this point of time".
I have raised a ticket with customer care, but no response from their side.

If i failed to cancel the ticket at this point of time. I couldn't get the refund amount.

    ans also gave a complaints but they are respond on my complaint ..


    but they are mentioned ..There Customer Care Department will look into that and reply with a solution in 2 Working Day’s.

    till now i did'nt get any respose from mobiwick care..
    so please solve my problem..

    This kailash Chandra pandey my cut id.[protected]. I recharged 30 minutes (March 7, 2017) ago but till now not credited my account. Order id is 54a222e0249b. I hope it will be resolved soon .
    My mobikwik wallet linked to mobile no.[protected] is remaining locked for a long time.No transaction gets completed and my funds remain locked.Repeated complaints registered through the app remain pending.Customer Care phone numbers not working.
    Ones my balance add in wallet 380. Rs but cant do in transaction errors shows primary number not registerd for this user and today i try to add 405. Rs in wallet but not added in wallet and cash deducted from my bank account so plz call me urgently to use mobikwik so plz kindly make it clear for futher use
    I got the money deducted from my bank account but transaction failed. It's not even refunded to my wallet. It's pathetic, I already raised 2 tickets but no response received from them and it s been week

      Mobiwiki is worst ever website i have seen, I have transferred 1000 rupees to bank on 3rd of march but till now that money is not added to bank or not credited back to my wallet. its been 10 days and nothing happened, If i try to call to the numbers provided one says vodafone number switched off and other says this number doesnot have incoming call facility.
      then why the hell they kept those number, i have logged a compliant on 3rd march itself and its still in progress and nothing happening, if i try to message to the same complaint number i get a pop up saying our person is looking into it and i cannont message also. are you people trying to scam us, not money no response then why do you have this website atleast if you dont have a customer care people to answer us?

        I have 5000 rs on my wallet and when I tried to transfer it to my bank account, I got an error message that there is no sufficient balance to do the transfer despite of the account having the adequate balance. I then went into the terms and condition of the wallet and shockingly found that the "Wallet to Bank Transfer" option is temporarily unavailable. I still am not sure whether the information is up to date in the FAQ section but here are the 2 questions I would like to ask Mobikwik Customer Service.
        1) Why would your wallet shows as insufficient balance when there is adequate balance?
        2) If indeed the Bank Transfer option is stopped or currently unavailable (as per your FAQ), why your customers are not notified via newsletter or SMS?

        Mobikwik Customer support, Please do understand that you are bound to answer your customers by all means. You cant expect everyone to contact you via twitter or FB only. Give us Chat support or phone support. Look at response rate here at this site. That says all.

        Hello sir i made a bank transfer of amount rs5000 on march 3rd 2017 from mobikwik wallet.Transaction was failed till now i haven't received the money back to wallet.So many times i given complaint through message in wallet.But no reply or response about this transaction.
        Mera name prakash hai mera 16/12/2016 ko 2000 kat gaya 3 mahina ho gaya mai ek bar es n. Pe [protected] call kiya tha to usme kaha tha ki 3 days walking me paisa aa jayega lekin 3 months walking ho gaya aur aaj fir 500 chala gaya mai to lut gaya pls mera paisa wapas bhej do mobikwik n [protected]
        I tried to renew ny season ticket at UTIS app for which I selected Mobikwik as my Payment gateway. the amount was debited for the transaction, but the intended ticket renewal was not happened. Raised complaints with ticket numbers #6033823 and #6040337. it looks like they are least bothered attending to them.
        Sir I paid my electricty bill through mobikwik on 24 Feb 17. My bill due date was 27 Feb 17. But till date my bill was not paid and money has been deducted from my account. Today i.e 06 Mar 17, I have paid my bill with late fees. Kindly ask help me to revert back my money from mobikwik. Mobikwik team not replying my mail.

        I hd added Rs.2000 in my MobiKwik ccount but it's not transfering to bank account why I will lodge a complaint against u soon
        I had Transferred rs. 500 to jiomoney
        But i didnt receive. The amount the transaction number is 875f5394575
        MobiKwik has also failed to transfer my wallet fund to both my credit card and my bank account. Credit card bill transaction failed after lying pending for 5 days and that too after raising a consumer complain with MobiKwik over the issue. Bank account transfer is still lying pending.

            My complaint is regarding payment dated 18/02/2017. I was paying INR 473.25 to the grofers via mobikwik through Standard Chartered. I did two transactions with aggregated ID :[protected] and[protected]. One of them got failed but money got deducted from my Standard Chartered bank account and I'm trying to contact bank as well as merchant since then. There is no clue of my money. I have complained several times but I'm yet to get my money back. Both bank as well as merchant is toiling me. Please stop harassing your customer and don't try to take their hard earned money. I need my money back.

              I have added 10000 rs. to my mobikwik wallet tomorrow now i want to transfer it to my bank account but transaction is not happening.
              You dont have sufficient funds to make this transaction
              this above statement is shown on screen back to back.I m really frustrated. Worst experience while using this app as i need this transfer very urgent.

                Hello this is Mohan my mobikwik number is [removed]I have add some amount to my mobikwik account with my BOI debit card...now I want to transfer the same to my other Bank account but it shows me that "" not sufficient balance to make transaction" what the F is this why con't I not able to transfer my money to my account...

                please remove my complaint form this..
                I have some amount returned from Myntra.com to Mobikwik wallet. I couldn't see any option in Mobikwik to move my money back to bank account. If I transfer that amount to my own bank, i have to pay 200rs extra!!!. Why should I pay extra 200 just to move my money back to my own bank account. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP. Thanks in advance.
                On top of everything, there is no customer care also for Mobikwik. Such a waste site I have never seen.

                  My mobikvik wallet no is [protected]. I transferred 3100 rs to wallet. and used 950 rs to make bill payments and Now I need my rest money back to my bank. But not able to transfer despite having 2150 rs. error showing" not sufficient balance to make transaction. I am getting frustrated with this. You are fraud. Once you got money u r not returning it. I tried to transfer from other accounts and to other bank account alsoalso assuming issue is with my wallet. But same issue. I want my money back to my account. Will never try these kind of wallet in future...

                      I have redeemed my State Bank of India debit card reward points of 296 equivalent to 72 indian rupees to the mobikwik wallet app. The reward points have been deducted from my sbi rewards account and no longer exists as on 11mar2017. I also got a message from state bank that my reward points have been successfully redeemed into mobikwik wallet.But when I logged in into my mobikwik app it shows zero balance in the mobikwik wallet which should have been 72 indian rupees. The mobikwik was downloaded from an authentic source from android market. There was a good internet speed.But still why is mobikwik not dutifully executing it's job.It seems like my hard earned money has been stolen by mobikwik personnel's. Please provide a contact or MobiKwik support as their customer number are not working wherein I could get my reward cash back on my account.My MobiKwik account details phone number [protected]

                        I loaded my wallet with 5000Rs. yesterday and was able to transfer 1000rs. to bank account yesterday as the daily free transfer limit is 1000.
                        Today when I tried to transfer 1000 Rs.it showed not enough funds whereas my wallet balance is 4000 so why it is showing not enough funds to transfer.
                        I Want a solution as soon as possible as my 4000 Rs. are in risk.

                          I have used Mobikwik wallet on easemytrip.com on Jan 24, 2017 for flight ticket booking and as per offer, I was suppose to get 5% cashback for transaction in 24 hrs. But after raising multiple support tickets with Mobikwik also, there is no response.
                          There helpline number is not reachable.

                          They are making fool of people and making false offers to customers.

                            Instead of recharging to [protected], i recharged wrongly to [protected].
                            I request to cancel the transaction and refund the amount to the wallet before the plan gets activated.

                              Date of incident - 2nd mar
                              Booked movie ticket from bookmyshow and made payment via mobikwik where they mentioned cashback of 75rs.
                              Before making the payment i read terms and conditions properly.
                              Where they mentioned cashback will be credited to mobikwik wallet. So i did payment.
                              But cashback got credited supercash!! Supercash can be utilized only 10% of the cashback at one time transaction. Which they not mentioned in terms and conditions at bookmyshow website. Neither they mentioned about supercash nor its supercash terms and conditions.
                              If they had mentioned i would not done transaction via mobikwik at all.
                              I have full proof of terms and conditions mobikwik mentioned in bookmyshow. I am attaching screenshot.

                              Mobikwik guys are clever now they properly put terms and conditions in bookmyshow website.

                              Cashback is different than supercash. This is misleading many customers. We wont be able to use our own money because of this.
                              Dont fall prey for offers & promises under many terms & conditions which will not be disclosed in the offer, always purchase physically by paying cash at movie counters well in advance, so that there will be no problem & some times we cannot able to avail offers on line for various reasons.

                                    On 8th March 2017, I payed my electricity bill of Rs 2032 through mobikwik. I added the promo code "SUPER" according to which I should get 5% cashback but because maximum cashback worth is Rs 50, I should get Rs 50 as cashback. But I didn't received anything.
                                    I should get Rs 50 as cashback but I didn't received anything. My mobikwik experience was very bad.
                                    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I have paid Rs. 1070/- for Electricity Bill payment in January Month,
                                      and have recd. message from Mobikwik that Electricity Bill is paid,
                                      But in February Month I recd. bill from Electricity Company with past due of Rs.1070/-, as per Elec. Company record they did not have Recd. payment from Mobikwik. Since that i am trying to contact Mobikwik but there is any response by their end. even in-app Help mechanism is not working and their Customer Support Contact nos. are out of service.
                                      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi. I am moiz ezzy, i was subscribing my jio sim to jio prime and the payment Was made by mobikwik Online recharge wallet. But i accidentally Input the wrong number my jio sim number is [protected] but i enter the number [protected].
                                        My mobikwik registered mobile number is [protected] and order id is RJ[protected].
                                        So i request you to cancel the recharge.
                                        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have transferred 5000 from my wallet to my account on 7 March. The amount was deducted from my wallet and not credited to my account.
