I booked bus ticket from Hyderabad to Pune on date 20/12/2016 After ticket booked it was showing that ur ticket booked for 19/12/2016.

I investigate find it how this happen due to timezone basis date will change after search bus tickets.

e.g:
Time GMT + 5:30 book date:20/12/2016 Travel date:20/12/2016
Time UTC -6:00 book date: 20/12/2016 Travel date:19/12/2016

After that they donot reply, there was no point of contact, i[censored] called customer care it was always busy no mail id mention

    The irctc ticket not booked. My money deducted from my wellet on 5/12/16. Not refund money now. It is settlement failed transaction. Please return my money. My user i'd [protected]. Irctc told that it is mobikwik fault. If money not back i will cancelled my wellet and complain higher authority. So i kindly request you to solve my problem as early as possible.

        I have try to fund transfer form my wallet to bank a/c, amount debited
        In my wallet but not credit in my bank account yet 5 day had been

        And its customer care service is too poor. We are not able to contact

          I recharged my mobile number twice on 9th December 2016 with Id SWB[protected] and SWB[protected] but the recharge not happened and amount deducted from my mobikwik wallet and they have not refunded the full amount back to the wallet and complaining many times they did not respond. Kindly help me to get my refund back. If this is the way all the ewallet firms are cheating like then it is of no use of making e payment in this period of demonetisation.

            Sir.. I hv a account in mobikwik and it has money which i hv added.. But now from last 15 days am trying to contact mobikwik they are not at all replying or concerned about this...               I have a mobikwik account and added money from bank account to mobikwik account for recharging purpose. When recharge then msg show your primary number is not registered. We check it i haven't any option for registering primary number. I try to care number on[protected] /[protected] both number goes all time busy. Then we try for email on [protected]@mobikwik.com my mail is rejected all time.
              Please tell me how we added primary number.

                I paid rs 88 for stv 88 recharge for my bsnl up east number on 26th nov. 2016 (Order transaction id: bse[protected]. The said amount was though deducted and a success email was received but my mobile was yet not recharged.
                A disappointed and irresponsible reply was received stating check with operator. Despite of which i talked to bsnl customer care but they said no such recharge done from mobikwik on my number [protected] on 26th nov, 2016.
                Also, i made another recharge of rs 88 stv on my same number (Bsnl up east) on 14.12.2016 (Ref transaction id: bse[protected]. A similar success email was received but my number is yet not recharged.

                I thereby request you to refund my rs 88 + rs 88 = rs 176 for transaction id: bse[protected] and bse[protected] dated 26th nov and 14th december 2016 respectively.

                Looking for some positive reply from you.

                On 11 Dec I had a transaction . I added money to mobikwik wallet . amount of 1000 rupees to transfer it to another bank.but the problem is there is no money. I have the transaction history also about adding money. But there is nothing seems about deduction . I want my money back asap.
                I add 5000 in my mobikwik ac before one month..and they didn't allow me to withdrawn my money to my AC now...

                  On november 21st 2016, rs 1001 was deducted from mobikwik wallet towards bwssb bill. It was neither forwarded to the vendor/operator/merchant nor was it reversed to my account/wallet within 48 hours as per their service guarantee. Now i have received the next bill which clearly shows an arrear of rs 1001. I have attached the bill here. I have also attached screenshot of the ticket raised with mobikwik. I also have screenshots and emails implying payment to vendor is being processed.

                    I have added 9000 in my mobikwik account. But after adding i am unable to access my account. It is showing maximum time of otp sent.
                    I am trying to call customer care from 3 days on different numbers, more than 1000 times. But everytime they are saying that all executives are busy on other call.
                    Dont know how to get my
                    Money back.. totally frustrated now. Worst service. Never faced any problem in other site(paytm).
                    But in mobikwik customer care is also not there. Please give my money back. It is urgent.

                    I booked a bus ticket from Durgapur to Kolkata using this Mobikwik wallet. I used the coupon BUSNEW and I didn't get what I was promised. This can be considered as fraud. Please look into it.
                    I transferred money from my mobikwik account to my bank account . Money was reduced from my mobikwik account but was not credited to my account. Transaction history shows no information abt it . Mobile number :[protected]
                    I created an account in mobiwik, entered my number and other details in the recharge option then i clicked payment and paid Rs.150/- through my debit card but the recharge hasn't done yet and the money is not credited in my wallet too. If i try contacting to the customer support the line is busy for about 1 hour.
                    Really frustrated!

                      My money was deducted twice after making payment for my ebill.
                      At first it showed transaction not successsful then it got debited twice.

                      I request you to please refund my amount as i have attached the bank screenshot as well as the mobikwik screenshot. I do not know what kind of service is being provided. it is showing in the wallet that only once deducted and here i have the bank statement from'ZAAK service providers' of mibkwik that it got deducted twice.

                        I have paid my BEES delhi bill Rs 2960 to avail your offer for 200% cashback however got that your bill has been successfully paid and get same amount into my wallet but still that amount showed that my bill is still not paid.

                          I have done recharge of147 yesterday OF MY airtel NO [protected] TRANSACTION ID -EN[protected] and am trying to contact mobikwik customer care they not even picking up the call every time they say please hold your agents are on other 2 calls am trying to call them from yesterday they say same i think it a fraud company that they don"t have customer care to resolve the problem.

                            My last transaction of 5-dec-2016 which was imps transfer to bank account of corporation bank is showing successfully done but today the account holder is very tensed that money is not reached to his account. When i checked into my wallet history it's not showing invoice summary. If mobikwik is not transferred money to his account then refund my money. I also tried to contact mobikwik customer care on no. [protected] till 10 minutes no answer only ivr recording was asking me to hold and my mobile balance deducted. I'm really fed up with mobikwik. This is not first time when mobikwik doing fraud activity with customer. I'm requesting consumercomplaints.in to take an specific step against mobikwik.

                            As everyone can see in uploaded image that Money was deducted from my Mobikwik's WALLET but there is no INVOICE Summary when tapping on this particular Transaction History there's no INVOICE Summary. I also tried on Mobikwik updated App, Chrome Browser, PC'S Browser and so on but the situation is same.

                              Raised 2-3 tickets since 7th December, 2016, but no one bothered to respond for a transaction of Rs.3840 with Reference ID: 5431482cc1048 from one Mobikwik wallet to another Mobikwik wallet. Money deducted from my end, received a mail confirming that I sent money to ********00 but is "pending and awaiting acceptance of receiver" on 07/Dec/2016 at 10:34:17 pm. But now money is neither in my wallet nor in receiver's. Latest Ticket ID is 5628701.
                              Had attached screenshot of that mail too, tried to call customer care several times but wasn't attended.
                              I request a cancellation that transaction and refund of that sum of Rs.3840 back to my Mobikwik wallet ASAP.

                                  User with user id [protected]@yahoo.co.in has been disabled for no reason. I have been using this account from last 2-3 years and it was working fine but suddenly today when i tried to login I got the message that user is disabled.
                                  I have added 500 rs just few days back. I think this is the new way of this company to earn money.

                                  When i am trying to reach customer care with the details provided on the website. Nobody is picking the call.

                                    I have booked a bus ticket from Pune to Shirdi on Dec 2nd Saturday.

                                    Please find details below.

                                    Seat Number : 15, 16
                                    Boarding : Nashik Phata at 21:30
                                    Operator Name: Guruprasad Travels (Bus type: Leyland Non A/C Executive )
                                    Amount- Rs 446

                                    Received a message on 2nd dec from Bus operator that the bus got cancelled. I contacted the bus operator and was told that the refund will be transferred to wallet on 4th dec.
                                    On 5th dec I again talked to the bus operator and he told that the refund has been initiated from his end. But I did not got the refund yet.

                                    I tried to reach mobikwik support several times but it always says busy.
                                    I also send an email to the support id- [protected]@mobikwik.com but the delivery got failed may be because they are not accepting emails.
                                    I further created a ticket in Mobikwik # 5617278 but it is still in progress and no action has been initiated yet.

                                    Request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                      I tried to recharge my mobile number on 5/12 through https://www.mobikwik.com after entering amount proceeded with the payment for recharge of rs:197/- it shows transaction failed i didn't received the recharge also but rs:157/- deducted from my Canara bank account, i received in massage & received mail also that rs:157/- is credited from me to mobikwik, please help us to get it back.

                                      it's mentioned as resolved but it'snot yet resolved, mobikwik can you take action immidiatly, it's worse servise, please do not use this web for anything there is lot of aomplaints on this, atleast after 1wk resolve this & return my money back.
