    I have paid through Mobikwik to Dominos on 11 dec 2015... I Have done Transaction of 606 rupees (50 from wallet ad 556 from my bank account).In first attempt 556 got debited from my SBI account and mobiwik window came but payment not done to Dominos... Mine 556 rs.that got debited from my bank account has not reflected anywhere.That money is not credited in Mobiwik wallet and SBI account and two weeks are over. I have written 3-4 times mail regarding this query. But i have not got response from mobikwik side.I have called to customer number but i am unable to contact them.Why are mobikwik not solving the issue.

      I am an user of Mobikwik wallet. My payment amount of Rs. 2010/- through Mobikwik wallet could not reach to Grofers (Order Id..GRTXN2838511) with Status Message "Failed at PG" on 05.12.2015 at 10.04PM. The transaction Fee of Rs. 2010/- for Product Info - Grofers cart whose Status was Dropped as on 05.12.2015 at 10.15PM. (Transaction Id-GRTXN2838615) As per the above message my Mobikwik wallet balance should be Rs. 2010/-. I have given complaint on 05.12.2015 and 06.12.2015 to Mobikwik. But till now my Mobikwik wallet balance could not be corrected. Already 17 days has been lapsed. Initially it was displayed that the amount will be retuned back within 7 - 10 days. To avoid complaint in Cyber Crime the amount should be returned back to my Mobikwik wallet as early as possible. Mail from Grofers as received is shown below We checked your transaction details and found that the transaction got failed for Mobikwik and the screenshot of the same is attached below.               This customer care support very very worst because when we raising query they will not giving any reply and if they are giving reply also there is not matter simply they are telling your problem is solved and we are not able raise next query also until close before query, In Play store whoever is writing positive reply, customer care is responding, whoever(customer) is giving negative reply they don't bother any thing There is showing money transfer option that is also we are not able to send not more than 500 what is benefit of funds transfer that is also not a free of cost, if debited charges also they wont allow to transfer more than 500 Dear Mobikwik customer service Please try to solve problem immediately

                There are 2000 rupees in my mobikwik wallet.When we add the 2000 rupees in my mobikwik wallet through the bank account atm then just my mobikwik account is locked through the mobikwik team. So please again rectivate the my mobikwik account. If my mobikwik account is not reactivate again then this condition my mobikwik wallet money is return in the my Bank account . when I have already many times mail the mobikwik care and i am also many times send own documents then my mobikwik account is not reactivate in time.                       I purchased a product on myntra.com and I paid through mobikwik wallet but due to some reason I had to return that product. So myntra had refunded the amount but it was not reflecting in the wallet. I told them that money Is not showing in the wallet . They shared a screenshot with me which proves that they have refunded the amount. So I contacted mobikwik about this but they never respond. I sent 4 5 mails but didn't get any reply. I called their customer care support but they never connected to the agent. I spent approx 50rs for calling them but they never respond. I m helpless now. Please help me

                            I bought the HP laptop from HP in which I got the coupon to be redeemed from Mobikwik for 6 months worth rs 2100. So I used the coupan on 18 dec 2015 and add 350 money by debit card in my mobikwik wallet as decribe in offer the total money is added 700 but there will only 350 add. I submitted immediate my issue to mobikwik app my ticket id is - 4037451 . there is no respond by mobikwik plz help immediately to solve this issue

                                    i had load the amount 2000 rs in wallet.when the promotion was going on...still the amount is not credit my wallet..i had continue follow ur customer support number..no body pick my phone what a rubbish service you have provide..you make customer fool ..even my query was not also resolved .if you provide any offer you should be given ...already gone 10 days ..still no response..if my query is not resolved i will never used mobiwik application in future until my wallet amount finished . i am really facing bad experience..overall i am happy ur services.

                                        Purchased Nokia Lumia 730 on 26th Sept 2015. Registered on Mobikwik on 28th Sept 2015 and I got coupon code worked for first time on same day. So I was able to use this code for 3 times. Now for the forth time I am trying to use, it says coupon code is invalid. And as per Mobikwik offers they said that coupon code will be used for 12 times, 1 time each month. I have generated a ticket #3965335 & #3983975 on 8th Dec 2015 and 10 Dec 2015 and the issue is not yet resolved. I have also tried calling on mobikwik customer care no. which are provided on website[protected] and[protected] but no one is answering and recorded voice is saying that our customers executive are busy and my call will be answered shortly. But to my surprise no one answered my call even after calling many times. Previously I was a huge fan of Mobikwik and I was having a feeling that this is Indian company and I should support it in its progress. I also had feeling that now the Indian companies are good and not cheating anybody. I even asked my friends and colleagues to use Mobikwik. But now my feelings are little shattered after this incident. I hope to have this resolved soon.
