From past 2 days, I am trying to use "LUM300" promo code in my new Lumia mobile. It is stating as invalid coupon code. So I read the offer conditions again, iIn one of the point, it states that "only once per user"
"3- Offer can be redeemed only once per user, per month, per card and is applicable for the ‘Add Money’ payment done during the offer period on MobiKwik App Only.”
Hence, i tried with other users for this month and even in that case it’s not accepting the promo code. Kindly look into the issue and correct it as soon as possible. I tried calling the customer care help line but I did not get any response for past two days (It says that our executives are busy in another call for more than 30 minutes-No option for complaint). This offer from your genuine company is the reason for the purchase of my new mobile. So kindly provide a solution asap. For any clarification call me to my personal mobile number (+91-[protected])
Note: This promo code worked only once at the time of purchase. After that it never worked.
Steps that I have followed till now:
Step 1 :( Tried on 15th and 16th of Dec with my registered ID)-Failed with Actual registration
Actual registered user ID:[protected]@gmail.com
Step 2: Read the terms and conditions of offer as mentioned above and understood that only one user id should be used per month.
Step 3: Tried with other users and failed again
Other user id’s with which I tried:[protected]@gmail.com/[protected]@gmail.com[This try was made only due to the point mentioned in the offer as mentioned/attached above.]
Step 4: Even today, I was unable to contact any help line (It says that our executives are busy in another call for more than 30 minutes-No option for complaint, I have only wasted my balance by calling the customer support number. Also there is no response for raised ticket).
When I goggled about this problem, Even many people have stated the same in the below blog, It’s not working for second time.

Even I can show you the bill of my new mobile, It was bought on 12 Nov 2015 and registered before November 15.

Mobikwik — Fraud mobikwik Customer care
I am Ramaling from Kolkata.I had Recharge 2250 Tata Sky TV through Mobikwik. Tata Sky TV has not Rechager.But 220 Rupees Deduct from my Bank A/C.I had Compliant Email Send to Head office of Bank of India and Indian Cosumer form &Mobikwik.Then after Few Hours ago call few number he has said to me i am Calling from Mobikwik, you 2250 Rupees has Deduct from Bank A/C, You give the detail of ATM card.I Give the Details. then he will 24451.00 Rupees transiction from my A/C.So Please Requested to You Please Which Types of Fraud men arrested, Email ID-A.ramalingan Phone-[protected]
