Plz refer to my mobikwik account [protected]@gmail.com, mob no ([protected]) .i have added rs 6000 to my wallet on 15/12/15 .suddenly after doing one transaction of 2000rs, it is saying my wallet is locked due to suspicious activity, and i am not able to login .what suspicious activity have you found i dont understand .i have 4300 rs balance in my wallet which is mine and you have no whatsoever right to block my wallet without any intimation to me, hence you are requested to open my wallet immediately and obilige. this same mail has been sent to [protected]@mobikwik.com on 15/12/15 and again on 16/12/15 which remains un replied as of yet at 4.10pm 18/12/15 9.34 pm, its also sent on 16/12/15 to [protected]@mobikwik.com which also remains un replied ticket id - 4018958 which is also not replyed your customer care numbers also dont work. your customer care numbers dont work at all i have mailed it to [protected]@mobikwik.com, which is also not replyed now its making me think that there is some kind of 2 days have gone no reply from customer care, seems you are least concerned please ensure to reply me at the earliest can u plz provide any resolution

    Hi Team I bought the HP laptop from HP in which I got the coupon to be redeemed from Mobikwik for 6 months worth rs 2100. I was able to use the coupon only for once(Nov 2015) after that Mobikwik didn't accept the coupon. I raised the Ticket[protected] and they said I can only use once, After that I explained the case to them, since than I didn't get the response. I have the emails from HP as a proof which can be provided when required. The coupon is compulsory to be used each month else each month quota will be elapsed. I have been calling Mobikwik customer care daily without fail but no one answers the call. Please help me to resolve the issue.

    Mobiwik topup is just a fraud, They are giving redemption option only for one month.They are just giving publicity for thier site .

        My phone is Microsoft Lumia 640. I create my account in mobikwik and then add money 300 and promo code LUM300, his successful on date 11 Nov 15. But after 1 months I also add money in my account 300 And promo code LUM300 but recharge not successful. Why

            From past 2 days, I am trying to use "LUM300" promo code in my new Lumia mobile. It is stating as invalid coupon code. So I read the offer conditions again, iIn one of the point, it states that "only once per user"

            "3- Offer can be redeemed only once per user, per month, per card and is applicable for the ‘Add Money’ payment done during the offer period on MobiKwik App Only.”

            Hence, i tried with other users for this month and even in that case it’s not accepting the promo code. Kindly look into the issue and correct it as soon as possible. I tried calling the customer care help line but I did not get any response for past two days (It says that our executives are busy in another call for more than 30 minutes-No option for complaint). This offer from your genuine company is the reason for the purchase of my new mobile. So kindly provide a solution asap. For any clarification call me to my personal mobile number (+91-[protected])

            Note: This promo code worked only once at the time of purchase. After that it never worked.

            Steps that I have followed till now:
            Step 1 :( Tried on 15th and 16th of Dec with my registered ID)-Failed with Actual registration
            Actual registered user ID:[protected]@gmail.com
            Step 2: Read the terms and conditions of offer as mentioned above and understood that only one user id should be used per month.
            Step 3: Tried with other users and failed again
            Other user id’s with which I tried:[protected]@gmail.com/[protected]@gmail.com[This try was made only due to the point mentioned in the offer as mentioned/attached above.]
            Step 4: Even today, I was unable to contact any help line (It says that our executives are busy in another call for more than 30 minutes-No option for complaint, I have only wasted my balance by calling the customer support number. Also there is no response for raised ticket).


            When I goggled about this problem, Even many people have stated the same in the below blog, It’s not working for second time.

              My mobiqwik account is [protected]@gmail.com i have used recently mobiqwik wallet to book my railway ticket pnr [protected] transaction id [protected] Ticket was cancelled as it was waiting, irctc has refunded the money but it is not credited in my wallet yet

                    I have purchased nokia lumia 430 with mobikwik offer; which was 300 rs cashback for 12 months,

                    In first case:
                    I purchased mobile, sign up with mobikwik and availed offer on 2nd day for once, then after 5 days of my handset usage, it got some problem and handset was replaced by company with new lumia 430

                    For second case:
                    From new handset i signup with mobikwik, availed offer once, and from second month they blocked my wallet, by saying that same number debit card was used with another account also..Means with the previous account

                    -i explained them case, and was ready to saw 2 different bill and proof of replacement, but they denied

                    Now they blocked my wallet and replayed that your wallet will be remain blocked forever

                            Dear all, I file compliant on mobiwik dated 16dec 2015 at 01:06pm. A wrost guy call my number with a hone number [protected] and talk some abused words about me And my complaint. So please be careful with that dirty guys.Manners is more imrtant than money. Try to avoid ideots and false company's.
                            Dear sir,


                            I am using mobiwik app with an id [protected]@gmail.com and my ph no:[protected](091).I use this app regularly for my mobile recharges.


                            I had been added money to my wallet Rs825/ (350+350+125)

                            dated on[protected] through online banking.


                            After that I use that money to recharge my mobile.I used only Rs197/ (125+17+55) for my recharges. But the remaining money (Rs.628) is not shown on my wallet.


                            I send a mail to your team about this matter. Dated[protected]:03 pm), one person contact by phone and ask my ATM card number. And he said that he was an mobiwik employee, He call me with mobile no (91)[protected]. In the conversation between us he repeatedly ask my ATM card number, and I am refuse to tell my ATM card number. Finally he talk some abused words .


                            I think that is not right way to talk with customers. This is very bad. So I request you please return my money to my wallet and suggest your employee to learn manners. In my transaction list you are showing up to 05Dec 2015, and after 16Dec 2015 only. Why don't you update above transactions. Please solve my problem.

                              In the mobikwik wallet message will be appear that if you recharge 6000 then you will get 6300 and i will do that And i have also 1580 previous total amount will be 7880 rs. Now mobikwik Will locked my account any further discription when i call their customer care then he didnot attend my call. What can i do sir.                                 Only one month i am able to use promo code . now promo code LUM300 is not apply on my LUMIA 540 .                                     I have loaded 2000 INR on 9 th Dec. Suddenly they blocked my wallet with user [protected]@gmail.com, when contacted, they advised me to send estatement and I'd, I did the same but now they are demanding unnecessary documents. I told them to refund the money to original source but nothing happened because their intentions are not clean. Refund my money, I don't want this cash back etc.

                                      I do a complain to mobikwik .. (In case of cash back) but they donot gave any solution of my problem then after i got to RBI then a consumer service call me and told that i am employ in mobikwik ( rahul sharma) (+[protected] and take my email id and asking my otp nu. But i dont give him then they told me that they at manager post after this i gave him my otp nu and they deducted my 640 rupess in my wallet then please refund my balance in my wallet .after this they ask my atm 16 digit nu. and i will refind your balance in account...i did not give him my 16digit number they say i am block your a/c of mobikwik This employee transfer my money to another wallet i have a screenshot of this. I think i face a fraud I want to refund my money

                                        I have lost 6000 rupees through three transactions of 2000 rupees each which happened without my knowledge.I just got text messages on my phone that such transactions happened.I have been talking and mailing the concerned authorities but the response is unsatisfactory and I havent got any refund yet. Also I lost 3500 rupees which my friend had sent.First they said that my KYC limits for the month is reached hence I could not receive it, later even after a month the money is not credited yet.Totally, I have lost 9500 rupees.
