    I tried to add money to my wallet on 20thNov 500 & 300 Rs it failed.However the money was debited from my account but not added to wallet. I raised a ticket on 2nd Dec, But there is no update over it.Ticket no is #3931068. Customer care is also not reachable

      I had purchased microsoft 430 with cash back every month for 1 year from mobikwik. For 1-2 month, it was OK. But now mobikwik is showing invalid promocode and when i tried to contact them there is always reponse is OUR AGENTS ARE BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMER.         I buy a laptop hp give me a coupon vouchers of cashback when i add 350, rs add in mobikwik wallets. The money is debit but cashback not.I complaints to mobikwik many time but not response and also not received call i totally disappointed for yours services.           Sir, It is to submit that i am a regular user of Mobikwik. But last 3-4 days i am not able to login my mobikwik wallet vide user id [protected]@gmail.com Several time i registered my request at mobikwik support desk but no positive response received. I have an amount of Rssomething 2900 balance in my mobikwik wallet. I have an acute need of menoy but i am unble to get back that balance. your good self is requested to look into the matter why mobikwik is harrasing me. this time you help me to login my mobikwik wallet and promise that i will never use mobikwik in future and also will suggest my friends who are using it to stop using mobikwik. what a worst company it is.             My mobiwik wallet is locked without any reason and message is coming as "Wallet locked! Your wallet is found suspicious by payment gateway. Please write to [protected]@mobiwik.com for reactivation." While i contacting to said mail ID, mail failed due to wrong ID. Really it is very strange that so reputed site cheating me / us. My ID is [protected]@gmail.com Kindly unlock my wallet at the earliest.

                  Sir today I recharged Rs821 on [protected] on this app. I selected a recharge from their app of Netpack of 7GB instead I got top up recharge. This is very disappointing as I bought this sim for netpack. I want Mobikwik to change ot to datapack or else they should shut down their site as we have good apps like PAYTM. I trusted Mobokwik more than PAYTM. Now it will change many towards PAYTM.

                          Dear Sir, On 11th DEC, 2015 i use my mobikwik Wallet for Book Ticket on IRCTC App. After successfully Payment Done a message show "throw new IRCTCWSException (H304, '54104900' is suspended/blacklisted. Booking not permitted.);!" on IRCTC App. I mailed them about this, even launch a Complain but they till didn't replied. My mobikwik Complain Ticket No. 3991420. Please refund my money to my Wallet.
                          same thing happened with me.I had tried to book ticket through irctc twice and amount 2031 was debited twice from my wallet.however transaction was refused by irctc.the debited amount has not been refunded to my wallet.I have filed a request for refund vide ticket no 4038041, however there has been no response from mobikwik.their services are pathetic.moreover they are least concerned to even respond to any such complaint

                                      On date of 25th November 2015, I did a transaction of rupee 1050 to add a wallet balance. After completing my transaction the balance 1050 didn't add to my wallet balance. I also contacted to the costumer care to complaint about the mentioned problem above. They told me to wait for 15 days and the money will be added to my bank account. But after that also I won't added to my account. And I'm trying to contact to the costumer care but no response from the mobikwik costumer care support. Please do something for the transaction.
