      I purchased new lumia device under mobikwik cash back offer by using "LUM300" first two time i successfully redeem this code !! but now they showing invalid code and saying i am not able to use this code because i had an account in past !! i never used any other account on my lumia windows phone, they are showing so confusing advertisement and coupon policies

        [protected]@outlook.com Why the hell did they block my account.It just seems like a fake means to earn money.I lost 861₹/- .Kindly reactivate my account and pay me back my money.Else there might be consequences as I would be filing a complaint against the company in consumer court.

        Please help me get out of it and get back my hard earned money.

          I am 1000 Rs transfar to sbi net banking.transtion no.IG0BCKSHQ2.dated 6 Dec 15.but not add mobiwik wallet.i all so complene mobiwik.but not respond.i am conform sbi bank to say my ammount is transfar to mobiwik account.but not add my wallet.

            On date of 25th November 2015, I did a transaction of rupee 1050 to add a wallet balance. After completing my transaction the balance 1050 didn't add to my wallet balance. I also contacted to the costumer care to complaint about the mentioned problem above. They told me to wait for 15 days and the money will be added to my bank account. But after that also I won't added to my account. And I'm trying to contact to the costumer care but no response from the mobikwik costumer care support. Please do something for the transaction.

                I tried to book 2 movie tickets worth Rs.265.8 on bookmyshow.com on 3rd december. The payment was made successfully through internet banking but the transaction was failed. So i am here to claim my refund because i had tried to pay through mobikwik wallet.

It says "your account is locked due to suspicious by payment gateway". mobikwik said to change primary no. to solve this problem but how can i change my primary no. without opening wallet??                               My mobikwik wallet is still locked, I have already verified my ID, Debit card details, and the mobikwik costumer care executive told me that my wallet will be unlocked in 24 hours, but its still locked.                                 Dear Sir, My registered mobile number is [protected], email id: [protected]@gmail.com i have added money in wallet of Rs. 2000 for which i should get cashback of Rs. 175 (Couponcode - CASHBACK) but i didn't get that amount till now, apart from this i dont know how but my wallet had been debited by Rs. 2000 automatically. This is not at all expected from you people, we add our hard earned money into your wallet with great trust but if at all this type of problem or fraud is there how we can trust a giant like Mobikwik. This is the worst ever wallet i used. Please look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as you can. Hoping for frequent and positive reply. Ticket ID: 3969513 & 3976129 After almost 3 days i didnt received any call or any customer care service from your side. Only earning money is the only propaganda of mobikwik. I will not going to leave my hard earned money at any cost, and this will cost your reputation that i can assure you. I am a World record holder and have my article in many newspaper, have linked with many editors too. I just want my money, its a failure of your system security why should customer suffer. Apart from all these your customer support is very week. Customer care executive 14786 whom i contacted had cut the line without solving my problem that too in middle of the conversation.                                   I have added 2000 rs my wallet with apply coupon code successfully ... still the promo amount was not credit my wallet i had submitted already complaint.. Resolution by mobikwik Namaste! We understand that you have not received the cash back against the promo code CASHBACK. Apologies for the inconvenience. We would like to inform you that on successfully application of the promo code, you will get a dynamic coupon code within 24-48 working hours. On getting that dynamic coupon code you need to do further transactions to avail that Rs. 175 cash back. but dynamic coupon code not received after 48 hr.

                                    I used mobikwik wallet on ibps payment gateway. i select mobikwik wallet and made payment by sbi net banking. then 612 rs. is debited from my account and a blank page shows. i wait for 3-4 minutes . my fees is not submitted to ibps. and now mobikwik says incorrect email id. my registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and phone no is [protected]. 612 rs. debited on[protected].31pm.

                                      Hi Team, I booked tickets on 5th Dec from Bookmyshow using Mobikwik, but somehow tickets were not booked and money got debit from my Bank Account. I tried reaching BookMyShow and Bank, but they are telling its stuck with Mobikwik. Kindly resolve this asap. Tickets were worth Rs.401.22. And as transaction has failed twice, it was debited 2 times from bank account
