Mobikwik wallet gives facility of adding cash to a user's wallet when the user deposits cash in the icici bank under a generated Order ID. So i generated an Order ID:[protected] for Rs. 1550/- on the Mobikwik Android App, and as per instructions of the app regarding the nearest icici bank, I have deposited cash of rs.1550 under order id=[protected] under my name and mobile number ([protected]) in the account of One Mobikwik Systems Pvt Ltd in icici Bank Swastik cross Road Branch under Transaction ID M3242797 (as provided by the Bank) . The bank official also confirmed of receipt of cash in the mobikwik pvt ltd. GENERALLY I receive the amount instantly, but I have not received the same as credit in my account till this date[protected]. I have raised Ticket no. 3901224 on the Mobikwik Customer Care Numbers :[protected] and[protected], As per the customer care representative, every time i call them, they would escalate and forward the problem for a solution to their higher authorities (for 4 times now.) they are still not able to give me my money back or credit it in my wallet. please help me.

Complaint marked as Resolved I received a call from Mr. RohanKumar, Accounts Head of Mobikwik. he asked my details, and tried to understand the problem. then, the call got cancelled. i was unable to understand the solution provided by him. then in the afternoon, I received the payment update of Rs. 1550 as credit in my wallet with the narration "Payment Update". Actually the narration should be "ICICI Cash Deposit Transaction Id: ..." Anyway, I am happy and thankful to Concumercomplaints.in for solving my problem within 6 hours only. thanks a ton.
