My mobikwik wallet is locked. I have send my all documents to [protected]@mobikwik.com as well as [protected]@mobikwik.com. Still problem is not solved. Though I have generate the Ticket to solve problem they just closed ...I am not reopen the ticket because account is locked. Plese help ...Really suffering. After this I will never invest money in mobikwik ...Very poor service, Only 1 customer support no. Customer agents talks everytime promise with new query that they unlock it but still not unlock my account..       Hi on 24 nov i have recharged inr 3000 but since then it is not reflected in my wallet. Also my number which is[protected] is not reflecting as a primary number and its shiwn as [protected]. The worst part is that Noo response after repeated reminders. 1.update my wallet 2. Update my primary number to [protected] Vodafone delhi circle and resolve the issue asap. Dilip

        I am using a single Mobikwik account. I have no other Mobikwik account and used it on a single mobile handset. I accessed my account through my computer apart from my mobile. I read all terms and conditions and I met all of them. Mobikwik app was pre-installed in my Lumia 640 handset. I sign up for Mobikwik which makes me eligible for using promo code LUM300 for 12 months. After availing the offer for 3 months on 4th month when I try to use the code it displayed invalid code massage. When I contacted Mobikwik customer care they told me to update app and try again. My app was updated already but I try again and same result. I contacted them again and they responded saying it will be resolved with 24-48 hours. But there was no response from them. I have to create another ticket addressing it to get their response. After much delay on 28th November they told me I was ineligible for the offer because I have try to use the code from different accounts and devices which was totally wrong. Please make sure that I can use the promo cashback again.

              My name is dushyant thakur, Yesterday 12/02/2015 recharge worth of 197 RS done with transaction id : REL[protected] the amount was deducted from my bank account but not recived in relaince account, later check with website it says contact the services provider and tried to call on customer care of reliance communication they request to contact the servicer provider "Mobikwik " I am tried calling CC of Mobikwik they do not pick up the call. Now the balance has been deducted and both company raise their hand

                Mobikwik wallet gives facility of adding cash to a user's wallet when the user deposits cash in the icici bank under a generated Order ID. So i generated an Order ID:[protected] for Rs. 1550/- on the Mobikwik Android App, and as per instructions of the app regarding the nearest icici bank, I have deposited cash of rs.1550 under order id=[protected] under my name and mobile number ([protected]) in the account of One Mobikwik Systems Pvt Ltd in icici Bank Swastik cross Road Branch under Transaction ID M3242797 (as provided by the Bank) . The bank official also confirmed of receipt of cash in the mobikwik pvt ltd. GENERALLY I receive the amount instantly, but I have not received the same as credit in my account till this date[protected]. I have raised Ticket no. 3901224 on the Mobikwik Customer Care Numbers :[protected] and[protected], As per the customer care representative, every time i call them, they would escalate and forward the problem for a solution to their higher authorities (for 4 times now.) they are still not able to give me my money back or credit it in my wallet. please help me.

                I received a call from Mr. RohanKumar, Accounts Head of Mobikwik. he asked my details, and tried to understand the problem. then, the call got cancelled. i was unable to understand the solution provided by him. then in the afternoon, I received the payment update of Rs. 1550 as credit in my wallet with the narration "Payment Update". Actually the narration should be "ICICI Cash Deposit Transaction Id: ..." Anyway, I am happy and thankful to Concumercomplaints.in for solving my problem within 6 hours only. thanks a ton.
                I received a call from a Private number. the official told he is calling from Mobikwik, and he asked my Credit or Debit Card number (sharing of which is highly confidential) details for refunding my amuount of Rs. 1550/- (under ticket no. 3901224). I asked him to credit in my wallet or I'll give my bank account number because sharing Debit/credit card number is not permissible by me. then he told that "to phir sir, refund to nahi ho payega. sorry."
                please solve the problem asap.

                  This is not fair from mobikwik. I've redeemed 'lum300' successfully from my lumia phone for 2 months and now have amount around 1, 100/- in wallet. Now mbk has blocked the wallet saying "suspicious activity". When complained, mbk replied mentioning that my primary number is in other accounts and has mentioned few accounts which are being used by my colleagues in my office under the same ip address. But the shocking thing is, mbk told that my primary number is in their accounts. Why would i give my primary number to them? mbk has given wrong statment and is planning to rob the money. The thing i suspect is, mbk has designed some software application to eliminate fraudsters. I appreciate mbk but, the designed program is malfunctioning and blocking genuine accounts also. That is the problem. So, mobikiwk has to intervene directly in person and realize that the designed application is working wrong, if it is genuine. Don't play with customers' money. Your offer is linked with microsoft mobiles and even microsoft also has advertized this in it's official site. So, we need to pressurize microsoft also, regarding the activity of mobikwik. Let us join our hands, to put mobikwik in public and let every one know, who is playing fair game.
                  Agree with the above post, we also trusted Microsoft apart from MOBIKWIK...
                  There is no hesitation to fight with either of Microsoft or Mobikwik
                  I bought Lumia 430 mobile only because of this offer...Now that coupon code is not working...This is very bad from Mobiwik and Microsoft...

                    One of the fraud company I have seen, I am lucky to say everyone that I have transfer small amount of money to test this kind of cheater and they proved themselves that yes we are cheater. I had try to charge MTNL dolphin number, transaction failed but mobikwik had deducted Rs. 150 from my wallet. In second incidence 10% cash back not given. I request every body to advertise for this company. Even my bank official told me via phone call don't transfer money in mobikwik and paytm.

                            I have purchased 2 microsoft lumia 535 phones for my parents after knowing about LUM300 offer (add 300 get 300 cashback for every month upto 12 months). I made 2 accounts, n.china.[protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com. I got cash back for 2 months but mobikwik locked those 2 accounts now.There was no suspicious activity from my side.

                                    Hi I recharged my Tata docomo number from mobikwik app. There i chose full talk time 150 rs. The recharge was done, but i did not get full talk time . i got only 128 rs. I contacted docomo customer care. They said if we recharge from mobikwik we will not get full talk time . than why mobikwik is showing full talk time that in their app and website . This is cheating . please give justice to me . and refund my amount

                                        I had transferred Rs.4500.00 to mobiqwik wallet on 10th Nov, 2015. They take this amount of money to the wallet in one day but dont transfer more than Rs.500.00 in one day. So i had to reverse my transaction to my bank account. It's been 20 days and and the same has not been done. They say the amount has been reversed but my bank account does not show the same. All the telephone numbers provided are fake. No customer satisfaction. No management takes the calls. I need my money back ASAP.
