I have made 2 transactions on 4th may from there gateway for booking Ebay product through ICICI but both the time amount got deducted from my bank account. They have provided me refund for only one transaction. I have tried to call on there customer care but no one picks up the call, even they are not replying to ticket which i have raised through there website and they have closed the ticket, when ever i call they are telling that wait for days back end people are working on in and from last 22 days still i didn't get any refund.

    I tried adding the money to my MOBIKWIK account(registered mobile No. [protected]), to book a ticket in bookmyshow, however 233.70 INR was deducted from my ICICI account and transaction got declined. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]---... Dear Customer, Thank you for banking with ICICI Bank. You have made an online payment of INR 233.7 with Transaction ID [protected] towards payee ZAAK EPAYMENT SERVICES PVT LTD from your Account XXXXXXXX3014 on May, 17, 2015 at 14:21 . In case you have not made this transaction, please call our Customer Care. [protected][protected][protected][protected]-- Then i booked my tickets from HDFC credit card account, now its been more than 7 days i haven't received the money back into my account. Also I logged 2 incident with mobikiwk 2657188 and 2677046, but then they told that the transaction was successful, and there is no option to create a new ticket(if MOBIKWIK havent replied back to your previous ticket). I am totally frustrated with these cheap quality company and service. There is no option to call them, cant create a ticket(since MOBIKWIK havent replied to previous ticket)/no email support. Please take action against MOBIKWIK and get my money back in my account.

      Yesterday (26.05.15) at around 2-00pm, I recharged Rs.41 to No-[protected] and was successful with ref no. - ECOMPUR/MOBIKWIK/NEW DELHI/260515/09 14. Later on I recharged Rs.227 to same no - [protected], which shows successful with ref no. - ECOMPUR/MOBIKWIK/NEW DELHI/260515/09 21, and the amount of rs.227 has been debited from my A/c. But, I am really sorry to inform you that the amount has not been recharged to Airtel no- [protected], which has been confirmed by Airtel. Kindly recharge the same at the earliest.         I have made 2 transactions on 6th may from there gateway for booking ipl tickets through bookmyshow but both the time amount got deducted from my bank account. They have provided me refund for only one transaction.             Thinking that Mobikwik is one of the best recharge apps I recommended it to many of my friends. But to my bitter experience a tranx of Rs 1251 is rejected and Wallet balance got reduced. My complaint status says it's in progress. I would like to know what time it remains as progress. An sms from Mobikwik is appended for your reference.               on[protected] a person claiming to be from SBI call centre contacted me from the number [protected]( i have tracked that it is a Punjab circle AirTel Number)and told me that the my ATM card validity is going to end on that day and in order to enhance its validity i was asked to give debit card number and the OTP (One Time Password) that came to my mobile. I lost Rs. 9880 on POS [protected] at mobikwik.com txn number 976277.I was not aware of the OTP feature of the Debitcard of SBI.I thought as the person was not asking for the PIN no transaction could be done.I request for the cancellation of the transaction and refund of my amount. I have seen that the fraudsters are filling in money into Mobikwik wallet. It is high time that Banks and government agencies should check the transactions in Mobikwik made by fraudulent means by duping poor people like me.

                Hello there..Here is my Transaction Id O_8702100Z1W.I have booked the ticket today to travel on 27th of this month from bangalore-guntur.Amount is debited from my mobikwik wallet but ticket is not booked.I want my amount back as the ticket is not confirmed.hope for the quick resolution asap..

                  I will add 9000 rupees to my mobiwiki wallet but when I know only 10000 rupees only add on this wallet so I want to refund this 9000 rupees to my respective bank account because I need this urgently. I was also complain to mobiwiki helpdesk and ticket number is 2680662. But till after 8 days I will not any confirmation message from mobiwiki wallet.

                    I got the message in mobile get rs 50 recharge in just rs.25. I recharged rs.25 but I didnt got the offer amount 50 at all. I request to refund my money or top up amount for rs 50 is fine. I don't have balance in my mobile just tohave minimum balance I recharged but unfortunately I got internet pack for four days which I cannot use in my mobile.Transaction id [protected].

                      While booking tickets on BookMyShow I selected mobikwik payment option, the amount also got deducted, but there was a last moment failure on BookMyShow and the payment was also deducted from mobikwik application. The following message was received from mobikwik. I have mailed them about my complain but after 4 days they didn't response me.I have also send them screenshot of offers.My Transaction Id is[protected]. Yesterday i get a offer notification from you side in which they are showing 10% cashback maximum 100. code is KWIK10APP. code applied successfully but i couldn't get any cashback of added 1000 rs. in wallet.                               Sir, My mobikwik wallet is debited by two fraud transaction, order id 93251 & 93257 amounting Rs. 5750, But mobikwik is not taking the responsibility of this scam or fraud happen to my wallet. i make a lot of complaint to mobikwik but they are not giving any response. ticket no. of mobikwik complaint is 2614596 & 2606836. they said that they are not responsible for the money in your wallet. somebody is hacking there server & using our wallet money & mobikwik said that they are not responsible for that. You are requested to look into the matter sole my issue & make some strict laws against these types of company so that they should take the responsibility of the money in there wallet.                               still not satisfied, my money is still not refunded by the company, they are doing fraud day by day & not giving answers to the complaint.
                              On 30 June 2015, some one used my Mobikwik wallet to pay Dominos for an amount of Rs 985. Contacted Mobikwik regarding this. They told payment initiated and nothing can be done. Ticket #2931126.

                                Sir I made a request on 17 may 15 at 19:12 hrs for recharge of 150 rupees for inter net pack on mobile no.[protected] BSNL Kerala. However, latter.                                       Sir, I, Shiv Bachan Sharma, have an savings account in SBI UTARLAI, Barmer (Rajasthan) and got it transferred to SBI NAJAFGARH Branch, New Delhi-110043 in the month of Feb 2015. On 14th may 2015, i received a call from* "MUKESH SHARMA mob no. [protected]" *saying he is a manager from SBI KURLA MUMBAI BRANCH, asking to renew the ATM CARD and he also know that i had transferred my account from Utarlai to Najafgarh. Further, he asked 16 digit number of ATM CARD and asked to be on line. He took 12 times OTP number to renew the ATM CARD and told me that i will get the new PIN number after that because your ATM CARD is being antivirus cleaned. In this way, he took out Rs. 1, 04, 000 from my account on 14th may 2015. When we tried to locate the number in truecaller, it showed the name* ' SBI FURJI '. We lodged an FIR NO.395/2015 at Police Station Najafgarh. But so far, delhi police is unable to trace that caller identity of the mobile no. [protected]. We had also emailed our matter to the CBI cyber crime cell but yet no reply is received.* 1, Transanction Id: 1. POS 356066 2. POS[protected] 2. Transanction Amount:1: rs 9999/- 2: Rs 9999/- 3. Mobile Number: [protected] Kindly, look into the matter for an early action please.                                         Hi, ​ Really they are running a business without any credibility at all. I faced similar issue with 4 transactions. All were debited from my account but only 2 got added to the wallet after repetitive complaints. They are still unable to find out the details of other 2 transactions. They do not have a customer care number as well. Pathetic service and Pathetic customer care.
