I have done 2 online transactions using mobikwik wallet during which the transactions failed but my bank account was debited. The amount debited from my bank account has not been added to my wallet and neither is displaying in their transaction history. This is happening frequently and these guys are not even refunding the money back.

    I did not get any positive response from Mobikwik. I raised this query on 09.02.2015, still i am waiting for their response. I was trying to recharge of Rs 200 to of my mobile number through mobikwik account on 09.02.2015. I did not get the recharge done in my mobile but the amount got reduced in my mobikwik balance. I did not received any transaction ID. The simple way they can check my Feb'15 month statement. Kindly help me to resolve the issue The details as i know that Transaction Id: I did not received Email Address: [protected]@gmail.com Mobile number: [protected] Date & Amount: 09.02.2015, 200 Thank you.

        i will try to transfer money my friend account only 1 rs. but when i get hdfc credit card message 1500 rs deducted from my card. can you verify please. i ask with hdfc customer care. they says talk with mobikwik team. but they not pick up my call. please return back money in my account.

          Some one gave a call that i am from Sbi Bank and your ATM has been blocked and tell your ATM no. and also tell the registration no. and i said it . but unfortunately some one has misutilised the debit card purchased from my account txn 393847.txn392851.So kindly block the transaction and refund my money to my account as soon as possible.
          Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          What action you have taken . I need my money be refunded as soon as possible. Kindly do some needful action as soon as possible.
          This two trasaction has to bloked or cancelled. txn 393847.txn392851and refund my money as soon as possible.

            By using your mobikwik app some people are debit the money from sbi atm they are said as atm customer care from delhi they said your atm will blocked in some time if you want to continue it give your password and they debit 10, 400 rs from my dad's account please dont take it light &please refund the balance in my dad's account. I hope you are doing something for us. I will visit tommorow next.

              Hello, I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I have received couple of calls today (13-May-2015 time in between 10 AM to 11 AM) from [protected] and [protected] numbers and they made an unauthorized transaction from my SBI savings account on the said time. They have forced me to disclose OTP ( One Time Password ) which I received in my mobile and they repeatedly told me they are calling from SBI and finally I shared the OTP.I have Observed that there is an unauthorized transaction appeared in my SBI A/C [protected] transaction id[protected] with details "POS PRCH POS WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DELH 4000", Its look... for any more information please contact me [protected], [protected]

                Hi, I have tried booking ticket and chose Mobiwik as payment method. This is the first time I am using this service. It asked to add money .I chose Internet banking as option and proceeded paying. In my bank account, it is stated that the "Transaction is successful" But in MobiWik it is shown as transaction failed.I thought that this is some issue with transaction and re tried and again same happened. 307x3= 614 Rs .gone..                     Hello sir, a person called from sbi card claiming to be from Sbi Card Gurgaon ; asked for details of card dt of birth correspondence addresss to generate required pin of credit card and to my surprise at 11.34 the message came that transaction of rs 10000.00 has been debited to my card fraudulently. The matter was taken up with SBI Card who refused to take any action before 8 days.Why such system when the Company MObikwik is totally fraud and there are no of complaints against them.The site of credit card is being hacked and customer complaints details are being hacked by them.                         Hello sir, This is the second time this has been done to me. I am really amgry on the service provided by Mobikwik online recharge. I recharged my videocon d2h hd having customer id as[protected] with ₹395 but the rechrge is still not came. It rather says that the recharge is successfully done. My Mobikwik email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please help me or i will have to take some severe actions

She got a call from the number +91-[protected] where he claimed himself to be SBI bank manager to renew the SBI debit card.He asked for the card number and the one-time password which my aged mother having no knowledge of being duped disclosed easily. Later we found out that Rs 9990 was debited from the account towards Mobikwik.com. The details are as below: 6-May-2015 POS 752706 www.mobikwik.com 9990 Transaction detail: POS 752706 IFSC Code of SBI bank: SBIN0006152 Once I came to know this, the card was blocked and FIR was also filed with the local police station. Can you please look into the issue so that the transaction can be aborted and the money refunded to my mother's account. I am urging your sincere help in this regard.
