wallet balance not updated

Refund my deduct amount

Hello mobikwik you cheater payment gateway/wallet i tried to to purchase items by using your payment gateway you are able to get the amount from my bank every time successfully but what is the problem only occurring while getting items placing and the i am not able to see my balance even your wallet also .Your customer care number not responding my mobile bill was wasted every time...

What the hell is happening here? I have recharged in the noon for my aircel no [protected] but still the balance is to update? Why the hell its still pending? If the transaction fails refund the amount and why the hell I should wait till end of day to know the status?

I just want to get hell out of the mobikwik and will never recommend it to anyone?!@!!...

Money got deducted from Bank but money has not been added to wallet

i did 2 transaction yesterday [protected] and [protected] each of money 233.46 ... money got deducted from my Bank account but mobikwik wallet (for purchasing clothes from American swan) was not updated. I had done transaction with mobikwik previously but never faced the issue but this time after waiting for 24hrs also my money has not been neither added to wallet nor returned to bank account. i need the refund now in my bank....
