Sir, I had added Rs 78 to my wallet on 14/01/2015 and after I did recharge My number [protected](MTNL) for Rs. 79 as i Rs. 1 is already had in my wallet then I got message from you that "your recharge is pending, if this not happen money will be transfer to you tomorrow, thank you" then I waited recharge to be happened but it didn't, I raised ticket on 17/01/2015 for adding my deducted money(Rs. 79). The details of the raised ticket are: 1. Open ticket No: 1977454 2. Created On:[protected] 3. Time- 20:00:26 I want to my money back As soon as possible and stop be fooling people. Your response to customer's complaint is so poor and i want to no more your customer and I recommend others not to be part of Mobiwik, Paytm is better than you. Thank You Contact No:[protected]

can i now correct information regarding recharge in mobiwick, money was debited but recharge was unsucessfull .can u slove my problem..and not at al giveing any responce to us after debiting the amount in debitcards.

It is showing in History that transaction has taken place and i have received msg from my bank as well stating money has been deducted but it is not showing me in my Mobikwik wallet...       Worst service provider, mobikwik. They have blocked my account '[protected]@hotmail.com' and not refunding my money which is left in that account. After sending dozens of mail, they replied that it might me you have forgotten your password. Still not received any reply after informing them it is blocked by their side.

        Hello, I added Rs. 600/- in to my mobikwik wallet on 15.01.2014, (Transaction Id [protected]), but even after 72 hrs i've not received it into my wallet though it's reflecting into the history. I raised the issue but they didn't reply me, thereafter i raised the issue with their assistant nodal officer and nodal officer, yet i've received no reply from their side. The company don't have any customer care call center to be approached. Besides in other case on the same date I made a transaction on makemytrip through mobikwik wallet but i didn't receive the cashback for my transaction made on makemytrip (Transaction Id BMBK[protected]) through mobikwik wallet, while the company is running a cashback programme of 10% for the transaction made on makemytrip through mobikwik wallet.                     My Transaction Id is[protected], added Rs 9980, money deducted from my account on 09 Jan 2015 at 15:07:22 hours. This transaction is wrongly added by me. You are requested to cancelled my Transaction Id [protected] and refund the deduct amount of Rs 9980/-. I have already registered my complaint on 10 Jan 2015 but 05 days have been passed and neither any reply from your site nor any action taken for refund my deduct amount and cancelled my transaction ID[protected]. Please take necessary action for refund my amount.

                      Hello mobikwik you cheater payment gateway/wallet i tried to to purchase items by using your payment gateway you are able to get the amount from my bank every time successfully but what is the problem only occurring while getting items placing and the i am not able to see my balance even your wallet also .Your customer care number not responding my mobile bill was wasted every time

I have raised a ticket with them but I have not received any update on it. It is tedious in absence of consumer care to get any query resolved. There should be more scrutiny on e commerce site.
