I added Rs. 600/- in to my mobikwik wallet on 15.01.2014, (Transaction Id [protected]), but even after 72 hrs i've not received it into my wallet though it's reflecting into the history. I raised the issue but they didn't reply me, thereafter i raised the issue with their assistant nodal officer and nodal officer, yet i've received no reply from their side. The company don't have any customer care call center to be approached. Besides in other case on the same date I made a transaction on makemytrip through mobikwik wallet but i didn't receive the cashback for my transaction made on makemytrip (Transaction Id BMBK[protected]) through mobikwik wallet, while the company is running a cashback programme of 10% for the transaction made on makemytrip through mobikwik wallet.
