Recharged my mobile [protected] through mobikwik and amount was deducted from my side. Trans. no - [protected] mobile - [protected] There are 3 tickets for this complain; 1984370, 1993600, 2017914. Poor service from mobikwik. Refund the amount asap.

    Mobile number [protected] was charged through the mobi wiki balance was deducted from account but no benifit received . We have raised the concern with All the details but no any response from mobiwiki even there cutsomer care number is not working . Please help me to get my amount and urge you to take the required action as it seems this compnay is complete fraud

        Hi, I added 308 and 310 money to Mobikwik wallet on 21st Jan 2015 and yet the money has not been added to my Mobikwik wallet. It says 0 balance. Please help me resolve the issue.         I got a call from this number just few minutes after i posted the issue on consumer complaints. Number is [protected] and the person on the phone was claiming that he was from mobikwik and was asking me to PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS so that he can refund me the amount.

        Guys please beware of those fraud calls, they will ask you details and will do transaction on different sites with those details.

        When i called back on that number, it is connecting to SBI cards IVR.

        Please guys beware and don't give any info on your card on any cost.

          Yesterday I was adding money to my Mobikwik wallet through net banking to recharge my mobile. My money was deducted from the account whereas there was no wallet balance seen in my account. Also evenafter 24 hrs there was no refund. I am trying to call their Customer care centre but they rae not responding. I want my money back.

            Complaint- I have recharged my DoCoMo phone with Rs.158 on Jan 1, 2015. The transaction failed and I have not received recharge amount into my phone. I have received the following message from Mobikwik on the same day- Hi, Your recharge TRX-ID [protected] for Rs 158.0 is pending. If you do not get the recharge today the amount will be refunded to your Wallet automatically. But it has been 20 days and I did not receive refund in Mobikwik Wallet. I have complained many times to Mobikwik via mobile app, there has been no response at all.

                sir i have recharged 730.00 to wallet in mobikwik on 15/01/15.the ref nos are[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].however my wallet bal was showing 330.00rs.after that i have recharged 200.00 to my mobileno [protected] through wallet balance.now it is showing 130.00 rs only.where as the amount is supposed to be 530.00 rs. i checked with mobikwik history payment also. in that every thing is showing correct but wallet account bal is showing 130.00 only. please resolve the matter earliest. thanking you.my email is [protected]@gmail.com with mobikwik.com

                  Dear Team I had Created an accountt Mobikwik Site on, while Entering all my details on the Sign Up, the page did not had the details of the Bank through which the Payment of any services (debit card /credit card ) was not mention. Now my Account (Mobikwik ) shows an amount of Rs 1140. I am having a HDFC Debit & Credit Card . Today while making a payment of my Pospaid Mobile bill, the Page wherein i had to select the Bank, does not have the HDFC bank Name Mention . Pls confirm the same, or else your site is not useful to me & neither I have A Bank of Baroda or SBI Card as per the list mention on the Payment Page . Please look into this & also bring this to the Company's Notice that to please mention the Banker name with whom they are tie up so that, a person while joining the site can view the list of Bank which the card he hold on the very first page while entering his Details . Humble request to please refund the amount of Rs 1140 /- or please suggest a way to utlise the amount Require your instant reply with suggestion as soon as possible My Mobile Number [protected]

                    i had done recharge of rs 219 on 19 jan 2015 aroud 4 pm from my wallet balance at mobikwik . TheTransaction Id [protected] is created but i yet not received my recharge plz kindly resolve my problem. i called videocon customer care also they said transaction was failed but i not even received my money back

                          I recharged my mobikwik wallet with Rs. 1000. Though it got deducted from my bank account but not credited in mobikwik wallet. Transaction no: [protected], [protected], BMBK[protected],[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] Transaction amount: +58, +1000, -1041, +982.9, +100, -20, -20 ( final balance should be 1060 instead it is 60 only).                             Sir, I had added Rs 78 to my wallet on 14/01/2015 and after I did recharge My number [protected](MTNL) for Rs. 79 as i Rs. 1 is already had in my wallet then I got message from you that "your recharge is pending, if this not happen money will be transfer to you tomorrow, thank you" then I waited recharge to be happened but it didn't, I raised ticket on 17/01/2015 for adding my deducted money(Rs. 79). The details of the raised ticket are: 1. Open ticket No: 1977454 2. Created On:[protected] 3. Time- 20:00:26 I want to my money back As soon as possible and stop be fooling people. It is showing in History that transaction has taken place and i have received msg from my bank as well stating money has been deducted but it is not showing me in my Mobikwik wallet...                                 Worst service provider, mobikwik. They have blocked my account '[protected]@hotmail.com' and not refunding my money which is left in that account. After sending dozens of mail, they replied that it might me you have forgotten your password. Still not received any reply after informing them it is blocked by their side.

                                  Hello, I added Rs. 600/- in to my mobikwik wallet on 15.01.2014, (Transaction Id [protected]), but even after 72 hrs i've not received it into my wallet though it's reflecting into the history. I raised the issue but they didn't reply me, thereafter i raised the issue with their assistant nodal officer and nodal officer, yet i've received no reply from their side. The company don't have any customer care call center to be approached. Besides in other case on the same date I made a transaction on makemytrip through mobikwik wallet but i didn't receive the cashback for my transaction made on makemytrip (Transaction Id BMBK[protected]) through mobikwik wallet, while the company is running a cashback programme of 10% for the transaction made on makemytrip through mobikwik wallet.
