Dear sir, I added money from SBI online 300 rupees in wallet on last Saturday. Amount debited from bank but not updated in my wallet. My Transaction Id is [protected]. From that day i was trying to Contact And Submitted support created ticket but no replay. Mobikwik ticket number is #1933031

    i did 2 transaction yesterday [protected] and [protected] each of money 233.46 ... money got deducted from my Bank account but mobikwik wallet (for purchasing clothes from American swan) was not updated. I had done transaction with mobikwik previously but never faced the issue but this time after waiting for 24hrs also my money has not been neither added to wallet nor returned to bank account. i need the refund now in my bank.

                My Transaction Id is[protected], added Rs 9980, money deducted from account on 09 Jan 2015 at 15:07:22 hours. This transaction is wrongly added by me. You are requested to cancelled my Transaction Id[protected] and refund the deduct amount of Rs 9980/-. An early action is requested please.

                                    On 06.01.15 i made recharge from mobikwik for my Airtel and Bsnl mobile number, but my recharge was not processed till now, Transaction details as below. 1) Transaction Id [protected] for Rs:197. 2) Transaction Id [protected] for Rs:177. Also i had raised ticket for both in the help column. Eventhough it was not resolved. Ticket number mentioned below. TICKET #1879966 TICKET #1885697 Sum of Rs.374/- was stucked in mobikwik.                                       My self is Safwan my mobile no.[protected], which i have recharged [protected] 1st 200rs and 2nd 100rs 2times for this no. [protected] for this no 200rs totally 500rs. The money will be deducted from my wallet and recharge is not done and i got message stating that it will be refundable but i couldnt get. so please resolved this complaint as early as possible, If not will go to consumer court.. So please try to avoid clashes.
