i got call from no. [protected] from mobikwik. he said that he will resolve the problem. But now i am trying to contacting on no. [protected] then announcement coming no. is switched off. It seems that mobikwik are trying make fraud.

    Order [protected] for MSEB bill paid Rs.3510 which does not show in MSEB site for in online payment mode. Last time also the same thing for Rs.2720.00 on 08/12/14 & after followups you had refunded. If the Payment mode is not working pls remove from your site, , unnecessarily its waste of time, money & the most is trustworthiness of your site. Last time I thought it may be due to some technical reasons so I still had faith so I paid now but again it is repeating. Hope you understand very clearly this time & do the proper upgrade in your systems or remove the option. Thanks Raju [protected]:04:31.0 Recd your msg on 29/12/14 at 17:37 hrs for the ticket no - 1701730 which is resolved. I have a complaint for another transaction - ref ticket no[protected]/12/14. How can you send the message for the old ticket number which is resolved instead of resolving the new ticket raised. Its completely misguiding & very unprofessional on your part. Its not expected from you. Hope you will now realise what is to be done & revert urgently as the I have to pay by tomorrow which is due date as it is for the last unsuccesful transaction I have to pay interest. If the transaction cannot be done pls refund the full amount to my credit card account.       HI, On 20/10/2014 i was trying to pay my bill for amount 1082/-. But the transaction has failed. Transaction ID-[protected]. I spoke to my bank and they told me that the transaction has been processed from their end. I had asked mobikwik to refund the amount to my account and I was informed that they have reverted it and it would take 7-21 days to appear in my account. But that has not happened. I have spoke to the bank as well and I have been informed that the amount has not been reversed to my account at any point of time. I had raised the ticket 4-5 times and all the time I got the reply saying that it would take 7-21 days. This complaint is not entirely about the money but also the kind of service that I got from Mobikwik. This is happening since October month. Requesting you to please look into the issue. Thanks, Rabi

I have already filed an FIR for this at Hari Nagar Police Station with FIR # DDWO - 6113. I request you to please have this 9999 Rs.               Actually i want to add my mobikwik wallet with Rs.50/- and i made a transaction which furthur results in debit of Rs.50/- from my Andhra bank account but the same is not credited in my mobikwik wallet with Rs.50/- and still showing my previous balance of mobikwik wallet of Rs.79/- only.                                   Hi,

                                  I was tried to book a ticket from bookmyshow mobile application and chosen Mobikwik as payment option, when i tried to load money to my wallet, everything was successful. Money was debited from my credit card account. But i got failed message from bookmyshow application.

                                  But when i checked the History in my wallet it was showing the transaction

                                  20/01/2015
                                  13:02:34 hours Add Balance
                                  via web Transaction Id[protected] Credit 307.42 Invoice

                                  But my balance was not updated with this transaction amount. As i needed the ticket urgently i transferred money directly in mobikwik.com site for Rs. 310. It was successful. Later i booked the ticket with this new amount. But still the old transaction was not updated in my balance amount.

                                  For this first transaction i raised a ticket in mobikwik.com site. Ref. no. 2004360 dt.[protected]:11:26. No response for the ticket.

                                  Then sent a mail to [protected]@mobikwik.com. But for that also no response.

                                  Can you please check the first transaction and if possible cancel this transaction - as i added money again and completed my task. If not possible to cancel the transaction, please add the balance.

                                  My mobile no [protected] added an amount of Rs.1000 through net banking on dt.[protected] and received message also that the said amount has been deducted from my bank account, when i gone through the Mobikwik application through my mobile MYACCOUNT sub menu Transaction History indicating that Dt[protected] Adsd Balace is Rs1000 Bu physically it showing old balance amount is only Rs26 .

                                  Immediately i gone through sub menu help dusk larged a complaint insistently i have received messages from AD-MOBIKW dt.[protected] as Mobikwik Support Alert Type:Ticket Status:Open Ticket No.2059279 Created on[protected]:42:35 Category: Android.

                                  But still no action taken nor the return to my account please take necessary action and do need full

                                    Many times i tried to redeem my coupon cards / offers. But it shows invalid. It doesn't have the option called delete account too. The promo codes which given by the mobikwik are not valid and sometimes it hangs while transacting money.. In an emergency this side is not good for recharge. Waste of time and money.. thankyou

                                      Dear sir On 2nd I had purchased from eBay using mobikwik the amount of product is 2837rs remaining 4rs was there in my mobikwik account and on 4th my friend [protected]@yahoo.com has sent me 2000rs and I had requested to transfer that money and it was successfully transfered on 10th of dec .but because of some reason I had to cancel the order on eBay and eBay gave me refund on 13th of Dec so again I had given request to transfer the money to my bank account and after some 2-3 days I got message stating that 2004rs will be transferd to my bank account so again I had given request to transfer the remaining 828rs also.after a day I got the mail stating that it is due to technical error all your money will be transfered to bank.but only the 2ñd request has been granted .and only 828rs has been added to my bank account remaing 2004rs is missing so this problem might be arised due in between eBay transaction one more transaction was happened because of that all problem arised and you thought both are same money but they both are not same So please help me and give my money back to my bank account Name-prajwal Bhat Ph.no - [protected] Account no[protected] Ifsc-cnrb0000768 Remaing amount -2004rs
