no reply..not refunding my money

mobikwik is the most dormant site i have come across... no costumer care person is replying... i have mailed, messaged, done everything... but these ppl dont care at all... i I have not received any reply from your side for my transaction no. BMBK[protected] what is the reason for your non responsiveness ???????? I had cancelled an order on ebay for which i had paid through mobikwik unfortunately.. but mobikwik is not updating my balance...

The money take from my account but does not credit in valet

Sir The mobikwik have debit in my south Indian bank account trough internet banking but the amount does not credit in to my valet.so that i lost the money that i tranfer in to mobikwik valet. Payment amount not reflecting in Wallet

Inspite of that my Savings AC had been credited with 1500 and Mobikwik wallet showed zero and my payment was not even done.
