I have add 517rs in mobikwik wallet for order in snapdeal but unfortunately it was cancel.i was mailed so many time for my transcation -CCABL2AFK193 but no customare care person is replying.pls solve my problem as soon as possible and reply me.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
11.03.2015 i will add money from city union bank from our branch..the money was debit my account.but not add my mobikwik account.what i do? my money 100 rupees waste.. please help me

    mobikwik is the most dormant site i have come across... no costumer care person is replying... i have mailed, messaged, done everything... but these ppl dont care at all... i I have not received any reply from your side for my transaction no. BMBK[protected] what is the reason for your non responsiveness ???????? I had cancelled an order on ebay for which i had paid through mobikwik unfortunately.. but mobikwik is not updating my balance When ebay says it has refunded the money y the hell aren't you updating my account?????? it has been 20 days since the cancellation...Please reply and give me my money!!! transaction amount rs.8, 074 email. ame.[protected]@gmail.com

        My initial wallet balance is rs. 4. i got call from [protected]. they said as call from mobikwik, they asked me to tell the transaction number i said to him. after that my wallet balance is 0. they transfer money rs. 739 to [protected]@india.com. I got confused when will i get my refund amount of 739. this is fraud call or mobikwik customer care?? they said ticket number as[protected] reply as soon as possible. Contact Details: [protected]@gmail.com Transaction id: BILLDESK- BINB[protected]/ZAKKPAY/thru Net Banking - ref:[protected]/12/2014 13:53 INDIAN BANK. I added balance of Rs. 734 in mobikwik wallet through NET Banking of INDIAN BANK on 18/12/2014. But still i did not get my balance my bank balance also is debited i contact zaapay they said to contact mobiwiki. so please help me. if my balance did not get means i will make a complaint on mobikwik.           i transferred an amount of Rs.10, 000/- from my SBI account to Mobikwik wallet for my purchases .details given below. Txn Date : 03-Dec-14, Description .:TO TRANSFER-INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd--, Ref No./Cheque No: CCABL1ERW160IG00GTZMF2 Debit Amount:Rs.10, 000.00 but very pathetically it gave a message it has not added to the wallet. I filed a complaint in that site with ticket no:1647860(on 03.12.2014, time:18:37:21). They havent resolved. i got a regret message from them on 8th December 2014 telling within 3 days(by 11th December 2014) they will resolve the issue. They haven't informed anything till now. Now, whenever i try to sign in, there occur log in problem. My amount has been there for last 10 days and there is no reply from them. I request you to help me in this regard and get back the amount as early as possible to my SBI account [protected], IFSC:SBIN0005099. now, whenever I try to log in, it says password mismatch, and when i again try to log in as per their link sent to my mail address, it doesnt work at all. yours sincerely, AKhilesh NP, [protected], np.[protected]@gmail.com.             I added balance of Rs. 1350 in mobikwik wallet through NET Banking of HDFC BANK on 13/12/2014. But still i did not get my balance my bank account is debited still i did not get my balance. so please help me. if my balance did not get means i will make a complaint on mobikwik.                     Sir The mobikwik have debit in my south Indian bank account trough internet banking but the amount does not credit in to my valet.so that i lost the money that i tranfer in to mobikwik valet. I have to re-fund my amount in to my account My acount no of south indian bank is [protected] The secont last transaction of 51 rs does not credit in to my valet ( in the screen shot)

                              Made a payment for purchase on dominos (23 Nov) on which cash back was applicable, which was to be received within 24 hours, For the same raised the ticket[protected] for which confirmation received on 27 as successful, however no cashback received, again raised a ticket[protected] for which they confirmed to pay within next 48 hours, still not received again raised multiple tickets -1709055, 1723221, 1730792, but no revert received. pls help.

                                    Dear Team, I had used mobikwik to pay my postpaid airtel bill on 8.12.2014. The transaction was not completed and has given messege "Transaction unsuccessful". Inspite of that my Savings AC had been credited with 1500 and Mobikwik wallet showed zero and my payment was not even done. Request you to look into the issue ans suggest as unable to get any answers from Monikwik and unable to lodge complaint at thier site.

But unfortunately the rate-cutter costis Rs. 76/- immediately I received SMS message on same day at 4 p.m regardingthe refund of wallet amount Rs. 73/-.But still the amount was not credited in my account.                                         I had tried to make a recharge for my cellphone with the MTNL 3g pack on mobikwik.THe amount of Rs. 1299 was debited from the credit card but it did not complete the recharge.the money got deposited in an e-wallet of mobikwik, but I want the recharge done which they are not providing.They have also not replied to my request of giving me a refund .I have mentioned the details below: Transaction ID [protected] Transaction Date Thu Dec 04 19:10:33 IST 2014 Transaction Amount Rs. 1299.0 Please look into this.
