i transferred an amount of Rs.10, 000/- from my SBI account to Mobikwik wallet for my purchases .details given below.

but very pathetically it gave a message it has not added to the wallet. I filed a complaint in that site with ticket no:1647860(on 03.12.2014, time:18:37:21). They havent resolved. i got a regret message from them on 8th December 2014 telling within 3 days(by 11th December 2014) they will resolve the issue. They haven't informed anything till now. Now, whenever i try to sign in, there occur log in problem. My amount has been there for last 10 days and there is no reply from them. I request you to help me in this regard and get back the amount as early as possible to my SBI account [protected], IFSC:SBIN0005099.
now, whenever I try to log in, it says password mismatch, and when i again try to log in as per their link sent to my mail address, it doesnt work at all.

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This recharge if Vodafone is not still done and deduction of amount has been deducted So plz refund my amount to my mobikwik wallet
please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
TICKET #2137886 and TICKET #2128483 both is for same issue. These tickets were logged on 5the feb. and 6th feb. But still not resolved.
I recharged my Airtel mobile number [protected] for Rs.210. I got the recharge notification but recharge is still pending and the recharge amount is still not refunded to my wallet.
Please resolve this as its been 9 days and the ticket is still open.
