Sir i have complaint against your transaction systems b cos my refunded amount those paid by EBAY ON 05.12.14 in my MOBIKWIK WALLET but this transaction is not received in my wallet account from your side so please sort out my this problem as soon as possible.This is my third notice regarding same complaint other wise i will take leegal action against you.

    On 10-DEC-2014 I tried to make a payment of rs.1318 for Snapdeal.com transaction through Mobikwik payment method .. Money is deducted from my Mobikwik wallet but the same was not reflected in Snapdeal site and I have not received successfull transaction confirmation from snapdeal site .. please reverse my rs.1318 that was paid to snapdeal.com Here are Transaction Details : 10/12/2014 -12:30:31 hours Wallet Debit to snapdeal.com Transaction Id CCABL1AFH493 I have a snapshot of Mobikwik confirmation page of Rs, 1318 that is paid to Snapdeal .. I spoke to Snapdeal customer care about payment of rs.1318 from my MobikWik account ..They said they have not received the money that's why they could not able to process the order .. Domions did'nt received the order Please refund the money in wallet. If any other steps needs to be taken let me know. I want the money back in wallet.         Today i received a call on my number from [protected] and they tell to me that they are calling from Mobikwik customer care regarding your issue. Afterthat they send a OTP to my mobile number and ask for it...again receive call from [protected] they are asking for my OTP ...I refused him for giving my OTP...then i was check this Mobile No[protected] Truecaller this is fraud caller


        Pls help me sir

          Dear Sir/Mam, This is to inform that my Mobikwik wallet is not reflecting any money although based on my recent purchase I should have more than zero. Two days back I got a message from ebay that my money(Amount-109.65) has been refunded back to my mobikwik wallet, but unfortunately I can see nothing there. Kindly check and update my account so that I can use mobikwik for any payments done in future. Based on current scenario I cannot trust this service as it has been 2 times now that my money has not been refunded back. Thanks, Nikhilesh Tiwari.

          I have done an transaction on the 26/12/14 . From my savings bank account my money of 3000 has been debited but even after 12 hrs plus i have not received it in my wallet. The trascation no is[protected] . i have received open ticket no 1785846 saying they will revert back. But nothing has been done. Please do the needful as my bills have to be paid

            I was contacted by some with mobile number : [protected] and per there interaction I share the screen shot and other details to [protected]@india.com .
            They called me again and made were asking my ATM and account details (which I refused to share)
            dont know how but they login to my Mobikwik account recharge there number with my remaining amount .

                  Respected Sir, Yesterday(12/12/2014) I ordered pizza through Domino's site and selected to pay through Mobikwik. After clicking on the final payment option a blank page loaded and the transaction failed. To my surprise, the payment had been done on Mobikwik and 378/- were deducted from my account. Now, my money is gone and I did not receive my pizza. This is really annoying when you have planned to order food from outside and so your mother have not done any preparation for making food. Not at all expected from a site like Mobikwik. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.                     my mobikwik account: [protected]@gmail.com I did many transactions on snapdeal and ebay- 2 transactions of 940rs each- 10% cashback promised but got only rs.48 2 times. where did 94rs go? 2 transactions of above 3500- 10% cashback up to 100rs promised but received only 50rs. 2 times, one time 50rs were added and on 2nd 50rs it said account blocked. where did rs.150 go? i also received rs.20+rs.7+rs.8 from ebay but did not get added due to account blocked. where did rs.35 go? please activate my account and add these 94+150+35rs. =279rs.

                            My name is Akhil R from Vellore. Today I have received a call from mobile no. [protected]. He told me that he is from SBI Bank, Salem Branch. He asked me my debit card details. I told him my atm card details. Txn ID 332327, 332445. ATM CARD details 622XX4914. They used to make a purchase of Rs 500 each on POS WWW MOBIKWIK.COM at 3.30 on 04.03.2015. This was a fraudulent transaction. With the above details I hope that you would be able to know what the transaction was for(probably a bill payment) and in that case you be able to intervene and stop further proceedings of this transaction.
                            I have a/c in SBI, Singhana Road, Narnaul(Haryana) in the name of Ranjan kumar i received a call from mob no.[protected] of an unknown person on my mobile No.[protected] on 04.06.2015 saying that he is speaking from head quarters of SBI branch Mumbai and told me that your ATM card will be issued within 72 hours as i had applied for New ATM Card in SBI Narnaul on 4.6.2015 and he asked me to tell my old ATM card number and as per his inquiry i gave him my ATM card number.after few minutes i received a message on my mobile regarding Purchase of an item worth Rs.9, 999/- from my ATM card. My bank passbook shows debit entry of Rs.9990/- on 4.6.2015 in favour of POS 943972 WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DEL. Please help me AND REFUND ME MY MONEY AND CANCEL THESE FRAUD TRANSACTIONS. My ATM-CUM-DEBIT card no.[protected] and my saving bank account is [protected]
                            Please today i.e.15/07/2015 at 11.59 AM I received a call from Mobile No.[protected] from a Bank Manager that my ATM card is changed and asked present card No for verification. After giving ATM card No. within 20 mnts at 12.19 noon the person has made a withdrawal of Rs.9990 and the msg received " a purchase worth Rs.9990 on POS 70005454 at WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DELHI IND" The person has committed a fraud on me. Kindly

                            1. Stop delivery of goods to the person and return/transfer the such amount back into my account.
                            2. Kindly inform the complete address of the person who is committing frauds on behalf of your company. Thanking you.

                                asking me for my bank card details for cashback against my complaint reported at Mobikwik and consumer forum but after some time during conversation I felt him as a fraud caller also as per true caller app in my android smartphone his number shown as Fake Bihar.

                                He told me that he is from Mobikwik, Mumbai having department in Bihar.

                                When I googled this number [protected], found many complaints as a fraud caller So all friends be aware from these type of fake callers and frauds.

                                I request to responsible authorities to kindly take appropriate actions against this fake caller.

                                  They sent me a promo code for cash back of RS. 150 with rules. I followed all rules but promo code not working and giving false message that I have used it before but that is completely wrong as per account history. I raised tickets: 1612246 & 1617964 in their Help section on their site also sent mail to CouponDunia <[protected]@coupondunia.in>, [protected]@mobikwik.com, [protected]@mobikwik.com but no response. Worst and most fraud services I faced yet!!

                                  On[protected], I reported this complaint to Mobikwik team, and on[protected] they replied me that they will credit the reported amount for promo code by[protected] but still there is no credit for that again I reported them but still there is no reply.

                                  Kindly suggest how to treat this fraud service provider - Mobikwik.

                                  Got a mail from [email protected] as well as SMS from mobikwik that they have credited the reported amount and I have verified same from my Mobikwik account and it showing that amount has been credited. Thanks a lot to Consumer Complaints Team. But also there is an important update: After posting this complaint, I got a fake call from +91-7250906010 with below details: Number: +91-7250906010 Name: Rahul Kumar Gupta Organisation: Consumer forum mobikwik.com customer care asking me for my bank card details for cashback against my complaint reported at Mobikwik and consumer forum but after some time during conversation I felt him as a fraud caller also as per true caller app in my android smartphone his number shown as Fake Bihar. He told me that he is from Mobikwik, Mumbai having department in Bihar. When I googled this number 7250906010, found many complaints as a fraud caller So all friends be aware from these type of fake callers and frauds. I request to responsible authorities to kindly take appropriate actions against this fake caller.

                                  Organisation: Consumer forum mobikwik.com customer care

                                  asking me for my card details for cashback against my complaint reported at Mobikwik and consumer forum but after some time during conversation I felt him as a fraud caller also as per true caller app in my android smartphone his number shown as Fake Bihar.

                                  He told me that he is from Mobikwik, Mumbai having department in Bihar.

                                  Kindly take appropriate actions against this fake caller.

                                        I am recharge my tata sky and the Transaction ID is [protected], dt.- 10/12/2014 for Rs.- 1700/- The problem is this that this recharge was shown the validity of 365 days but after recharge validity shown on my Television was only for 07 months. So, Please resolve the problem as earliest.
