Hello sir,

my name is Nisha Khandel from korba (c.g).i generate mobikwik wallet last month on 11/08/2014.
[protected]@gmail.com my primary no is [protected] .in this mobikwik wallet 85/- amt have .i can't login because when i m sign out than i tried to login than .i have problem to face password wrong.

than i generate 2nd email id with this [protected]@GMAIL.COM But in this mobikwik wallet there is no amt to continues i wan't to delet this account .but again problem i m face i can't login .i wan't delet also but if i login than i will do delet na .but

i can't login in both account beacause of primary no r same .i can't login to delet also

what can i do .plz help to use my mobikwik wallet .in this email address

      sir my transaction i.d :[protected] of 2990 rs amount is flagged due to manual verification and yet nt recieved my balance back to my account nt even my wallet balace is updated ...this app make me totally disturbed due to nt getting back of my money plsss get back my money toi my account and contact me on my no.[protected]

          I transacted s 50 and added that amount to mobikwik wallet on 29th August, 2014 through MOBIKWIK IOS app. I have added Rs. 50 into your wallet, and tried to redeem ENTERMOBI on same IOS device for the first time only through the same device from my account. But it is telling that: You are not eligible for it. I am using the code first time and using my apple IOS. Please check the issue and reply with me the exact reason why are you not allowing me to use the promocode?? I followed all terms and conditions for the cashback and am eligible for the same. Please let me allow it or tell me the exact reason applied for me! Otherwise please let me know where and with whom to contact for getting a proper resolution?

              Sir, I made a payment for my landline phone 25270900 for 2 times Amount 923 24/08/14 20:07:18 hours Bill Paid for [protected]( MTNL Delhi ) via android Transaction Id [protected] 23/08/2014 06:29:40 hours Bill Paid for [protected]( MTNL Delhi ) via android Transaction Id[protected] But payment not received by MTNL till date. I raised a complaint with mobiwik regarding this and I got a call back from them and said that they will refund the money in my Debit card and they started asking card details such as card number, cvv number, card expiry date .But I refused to tell them these details. I told them to transfer my refund to my saving bank A/C no or to the mobiwik wallet as the usual process is that the money is transferred to mobiwik wallet . They talked in such a bad manner and told the refund will not be initiated until I gave them my card details. I got that call from [protected] on 27/8/14 at 7:57 AM. My telephone connection has already got disconnected due to non payment of the Landline Bill.

                Sir, I made two transactions with mobikwik.com on 26/8/2014, each with Rs.300/- i.e., in total of Rs.600/-. As per the site of mobikwik.com, the recharge is successful but amount is not recharged to both the mobiles i tried to recharge i.e., mobile no's. [protected] and [protected]. The transaction details are give below for your perusal.

                1. Transaction id = [protected];
                Amount recharged = Rs. 300/-;
                Mobile no. tried to recharge = [protected];

                2. Transaction id = [protected];
                Amount recharged = Rs.300/-;
                Mobile no. tried to recharge = [protected];

                    My name is vanga srinivas reddy, having IDEA mobile post paid connection with mobile number [protected].I have paid Rs.1419.00 on 02/08/2014 towards my IDEA mobile bill through ONE MOBIQUICK.However it is not credited to my mobile bill so far though the bill is dibited to my credit card..As such I am forced pay again as my mobile services are disconnected. In view of the above I request you to refund my amount Rs.1419.00 back to me immediatly as I already paid same bil second time.

                          i paid rs1500 against my idea bill of mobile no [protected] amount was deducted but not paid to my idea ac i have also sub mmited my voter id iam not able to operate your on line site if the mobile no was added why did you not complete the transaction now i am sending you the mail asking you to resolve the matter it was a blunder of mine paying through mobikwikit is so kwik that a complaint has not been resolved in three days i dont understand your site working why are you not paying the money to idea they have shut my service because kindly send the money against my idea no no thanks

                          I did the online IDEA Unlimited Recharge of 509 rupees using your wallet but the recharge is not done even after 4 days has passed. I also raise the tickets on your portal Ticket #7806401 & Ticket #7806401 but still it is in progress state, My money is already deducted .
                          I want money money back.

                          Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              i choosed cash pay of 600rs and i paid it..they said it will be updated within 3 hours but nothing happend later 300rs was updated but what happen to the other 300rs..i raised a complaint but they said wallet has been updated but nothing happend..Atlest refund it..Worst service..Registred email id :[protected]@hotmail.com...my contact no.. at the time of cash pay :[protected]..But right now im using other no.[protected]

                                made a payment by your portal on 10.7.2014 but yet its not received to BSES Rajdhani. My Transaction Id [protected] and this month my Bill is double . its totally your fault. and the number you given on site is invalid. I made payment by debit card and the payment transaction cut one times from MY debit card.                                       i had paid money of rupees 13799 to buy a product on e bay through mobikwik wallet . money had been deducted from my account but it wasn't updated in my wallet and from mobikwik i received a mail to submit an id proof to update the amount and i sent the id proof (voter card) but again they said there is a limit of 10000 for addition of amount on wallet they said and we had refunded your amount to your bank it may take 7-21 days. but its already 21 days gone but there is no response from them .please help me to get out f this .
